退休軍公教禁令雙薪 本會期可望修法

針對軍公教人員退休後，加入私立大學，領雙薪的問題，軍公教各自的退撫主管機構，國防部、銓敘部及教育部首長，今天在立法院同聲表示，三部已達成共識，將由教育部定出去私立學校的任職定義，國防部及銓敘部將全力配合，三部也承諾這會期會將修法內容，送進立法院審議。
