FB上傳影片如何預設"HD"?

請問FB影片上傳後要怎麼讓別人預設看到就是"HD"的畫質?

而非"還要對方主動點選下方HD字樣"?

我試過了轉檔的各種方式都沒有用

我看有人的FB影片直接看就是HD的了

因為HD的字樣有亮

而我的卻要再點選才有
