監理單位疑洩個資害3人欠百萬

〔自由時報記者蘇芳禾／台北報導〕購車一次付清款項，也可能被催繳百萬車貸？民進黨立委林佳龍接獲台中三位民眾陳情，遭到詐騙集團冒用身分到監理站補發行照，進而向銀行申請車貸，林佳龍昨天質疑，豐原監理站明顯涉嫌洩漏個資；公路總局台中區監理所長陳聰乾公開致歉，強調若監理所有人涉嫌，絕不會包庇。

三名台中市民眾先後於台中市區、豐原區一帶購買轎車，在同一監理站、同一銀行，遭人持偽造身分證件於監理站補發行照。三人在收到銀行的存證信函後才發現遇上詐騙集團，現在不僅背債還要無端吃上官司。

受害者郭小姐出席記者會時氣憤表示，自己收到存證信函後，親自到監理所了解狀況，最後竟然被監理所依個資法拒於門外，即使後來帶警察前往還是失敗而歸；反觀詐騙集團卻能輕易以假證件到監理所補發行照，銀行也在當天直接核發貸款百萬元，十分離譜。

陳聰乾在記者會上多次致歉，他強調，監理所也是受害者，希望警方能夠快點偵辦破案，將歹徒繩之以法。

「監理所說自己是受害者，我真的聽不下去。」林佳龍說，第一件案例發生經過媒體披露後，又陸續發生第二件、第三件類似事件，監理所第一線人員訓練不足，也應查出資料流出源頭。

確為受害者銀行將協助處理後續事宜

金管會銀行局科長張林員指出，若未來確定消費者為受害者，銀行將積極提供協助辦理後續事宜。

【高佳菁／台北報導】焦點股台積電（2330）今日除息，根據過去經驗，成功填息機會大，將可望為未來除權息行情加溫，統一投顧預估，指數短線將在季線、半年線間震盪整理，投資上則可留意即將除權息之個股及中小型之績優個股。

統一投顧指出，證所稅及兩岸服貿協議簽訂等利多已經反應，加上台股量能持續不振，使加權指數欠缺向上突破季線反壓之推力。不就技術面觀察，5 日線向上穿越10 日線， KD黃金交叉、MACD由負轉正，因此短線大幅修正的機率亦不高。

就在昨天晚上11點多時出了車禍
機車前面全毀,我身上都是大片黑青
女友腳踝縫了兩針,鎖骨斷了!
醫生說康復時間最快半年,最慢一年
一年沒好就要開刀處理!
當然醫療跟機車修理費不用說
我知道該怎麼處理
醫療費對方全部負擔
強制險會賠償一天最高一千元
包括我自己的強制險都會給付給我女朋友
對方剛買的新車好像有乙式險可以負責我機車部分的修理費
對方轉彎車並且沒有打燈號左轉
我為直行車!

我想問的問題是:

六月時工作提出離職程序,六月底離職
結果再7/5號時出了車禍意外
這中間我們還再找工作
但對方並不知情,不知道再工作損失上面能不能用7/10號領到的6月薪資
跟對方談工作損失呢?

還有精神撫慰金以上訴所有賠償總額的1/3來談

以上是否有不洽當或是應改進的地方
懇請高手指導 ...

那游泳池還是縣政府委外經營的..車班也多..車資36元..如下路徑:

國中出來>過鐵道>右轉

中華路.看到站牌(往桃園)搭乘.桃園.中壢客運

【綜合報導】中國安徽省積溪縣周二(2日)有一名開著BMW的男子，在路上任意變換車道、車子開得搖搖晃晃，被交通警察臨檢，警察看駕駛一身酒氣，和他要證件，男子卻說自己是國家級的特務人員，正在執行極機密任務，交警不信，他竟從口袋中掏出一張《酒後駕車許可證》，表示這是國家公安部特別頒發的，他已經通過了酒後駕駛考試，要交警讓開。

當然，交警沒有理他，開了他價值人民幣1500元(約台幣7372元)的罰單，並因為他持假證件，帶回警局繼續調查。

柔軟性、可靠度兼顧，Apple 申請全新的軟性電池專利技術

9b794e34b51dc72dc45f68188013efdc 美國專利商標局（USPTO）於近日公開的專利文件中，赫然發現 Apple 註冊一項軟性電池專利（Flexible Battery Packs）。透過集合式的微型電池技術，打造兼具柔軟度與可靠度的電池機構，預測能夠應用在未來軟性液晶面板或穿戴型智慧裝置上。

在 3C 產品進入鋰聚合物世代後，電池能隨著開發人員需求設計成各種形狀；但鋰聚合物電池太過堅硬，反覆彎曲會造成損壞，不適合用在未來的軟性面板或手錶裝置；傳統電池也有另一個風險，一旦電池內部發生故障，整顆電池就會報廢完全無法使用。

這次 Apple 放出的電池專利建立在「集合式微型電池」的概念，在生產時就以棋盤般將電池劃分成各個小區塊，微型電池能以串連或並聯連接，並在每個微型電池周邊以絕緣體阻隔。

這種全新的電池排列方式能製造出如布料般的軟性電池，讓產品外形設計可以更大膽地變化。若各微型電池組以並聯方式互相聯接，一旦有零星電池發生老化而壞死，頂多只是總電量減少，電池依然可以繼續使用，達成更長的使用壽命與可靠度。

這項技術還能簡化電池生產流程，工廠只要專心生產一大張如棋盤式的電池片就好，再依據產品屬性切割出需要的電池面積。舉例來說，要製造 iPad 電池要切出 6x4 的微型電池方格，而製造 iPhone 電池則只需切出 1x2 方格即可，模組化的生產流程能大幅提高製造效率。

雖然說專利文件曝光不代表能隨即投入生產，但要實現這項技術的難度似乎也不是這麼高，期待在近幾年的未來就能目睹這項電池技術量產！

大陸膠原蛋白廣告：「我身邊每個朋友都在喝，喝完之後，肌膚的每個細胞都像是會呼吸了。」

大陸膠原蛋白大廠找台灣名模林志林代言，為何不像「志玲姊姊」那麼美？肯定是因為少做了什麼，讓肌膚「每個細胞」都「窒息」了。大陸美容廣告：「想要永保青春，娛樂圈明星是咱們的學習榜樣，據說，無論他們如何各顯神通，都離不開一樣東西，膠原蛋白飲品。」

大陸消費者：「就聽說膠原蛋白的膠囊，可以補充體內缺乏的膠原蛋白，我用過的，幾百的元、幾千元的都有。」

路上隨機抓一個，都肯花幾千元人民幣買膠原蛋白，大陸消費者1年可以吞下「萬噸」以上，百億商機就在專櫃之間，你爭我搶。專櫃小姐：「我們家一直採用純魚皮，深海、500米以下的深海，深海的東西，它很難受到汙染的。」

說的這麼神，彷彿「日月精華」全在這一罐，正準備掏錢出來，另一家專櫃小姐出聲了，要肌膚吹彈可破，得聽她的才對。專櫃小姐：「我們這是從動物肌膚提煉的，現在深海污染其實非常嚴重，而且它(深海)成本第一高，污染又嚴重，所以提煉出來的東西是非常少的。」

各種膠原蛋白商品，眼花撩亂，到底是深海的好還是陸地的好？大陸燒燙科醫生發了一條微博，立刻引起美容市場一陣騷動。大陸燒燙科醫生：「我可以負責任地說，所有口服膠原蛋白都是騙人的，無論他宣稱的療效是什麼。」

大陸皮膚科專家：「其實膠原蛋白製作，很大部分都是動物的皮，因為皮的提取、皮的取得比較容易，比如豬的、牛的、魚的，實際上都是食品加工裡的下腳料，沒有什麼美容價值。」

膠原蛋白是一種纖維性的蛋白質，喝下後經過消化系統處理，分解成胺基酸才能被人體吸收，胺基酸往人體需要的地方去，可不是你想加強皮膚它就乖乖照辦。大陸專家：「膠原蛋白從營養角度來講，它不如牛奶、雞蛋、大豆，都不如的。」

效果不如雞蛋，但市面上的價格可是各個身價非凡，大陸媒體扮成批發商，探探行情。大陸媒體：「咱這賣120元的話，拿貨多少錢？」膠原蛋白廠商：「最大的限度給你實在價錢，這是所有產品的價格表，(成本)48元。」

批發價一瓶48元，市場價格翻了2倍半，能賣到120元，這還是加了包裝的成本喔，再細算才更吃驚，號稱「美白保濕」的膠原蛋白，成本竟遠低於裝它的塑膠罐。膠原蛋白廠商：「國產的話，我們一般用就是1公斤200元(人民幣)，做成飲料的話，裡面內含8-10公克。」

等於每公克2毛錢，1瓶8公克，成本也不過1.6元，林志玲代言的膠原蛋白，就是從這家廠商出貨的，加了瓶子，成本4元，消費者買到時，一罐變成24.6元，身價暴漲6倍。廠商：「說白了這東西吃完了有一部分是心理作用，其他什麼作用都沒有，說白了就是當零食吃。」

賣場裡，專櫃小姐繼續口沫橫飛。專櫃小姐：「這是368元(人民幣)1盒，你可以給她先喝1個月試試看。」民眾：「1個月要幾盒？」專櫃小姐：「1個月最起碼要6盒，1968元(人民幣)，1年當中，最起碼要3-6個月密集補充。」

1個月相當台幣萬元，這無用「零食」，還買得下去嗎？
