【顏振凱╱台北報導】台北市政府委外經營的青年公園游泳池， 7、8月間推出穿比基尼就可免費入園方案，民間的馬拉灣水上樂園也有穿三片式比基尼入園只要100元活動，台灣女人連線、女權會上午在立法院舉行記者會，大罵「這看似免費，其實是消費」，要求停止歧視及剝削女性的行銷。

台灣女人連線理事長黃淑英質疑，這些穿比基尼免費的噱頭，就是對女性的歧視，物化女體，根本是看誰露最多肉出來，用肉來換100元，「像我62歲會穿比基尼走來走去嗎？很奇怪勒。」黃並諷：「那為何不是『男性丁字褲之夜』？」

女權會理事陳怡君也轟，穿三片式比基尼要怎麼游泳？市府政策應引導進步價值，不該是「民間夜店怎樣，那我們也可怎樣」，尤其2012年，台灣已通過施行「消除對婦女一切形式歧視公約施行法」，公務員對委外的標案，也該盡監督的責任。

【路暢平/南投報導】男子謝色棟因友人購買牛樟芝後懷疑有假，2010年1月夥同多名男子向賣牛樟芝的廖姓男子討公道，從埔里一家汽車旅館內把廖家兩兄弟押走，持棍棒打傷廖某、搶走10多萬元，因事後未退還原購的牛樟芝，法官不採信討回公道的說法，南投地方法院今以強盜罪判處謝色棟7年6月有期徒刑。
判決書指出，謝以手槍柄敲打廖姓被害人頭部、喝令廖家兩兄弟下樓，並押往山區，兩人被拉下車，遭至少3 名不詳男子痛毆，謝稱廖某弟弟與牛樟芝買賣糾紛無關，若不想繼續遭毆打，要廖交出身上財物10餘萬元，廖某臉部、口部均流出鮮血，兩兄弟從深夜遭控制到隔天中午，謝因有槍砲、毒品等前科，且在5年內再觸法，遭加重刑責。

亞洲匯市─等待就業報告 美元揚升

美國6月非農就業報告公布前夕，亞洲匯市周五(5日)美元兌其他主要貨幣走高。

美元兌日元、歐元及英鎊皆升至1個月高點，美元指數更漲到5周高點。歐洲及英國央行維持利率低點不變，歐元及英鎊持續探底。

澳洲聯邦銀行貨幣策略分析師 Joseph Capurso 表示，歐洲及英國央行的鴿派言論以及周五的就業報告，都可能刺激聯準會成為第一個提前退出非常規政策的央行。「也將對美元未來走勢作出更多支撐。」

台北時間 9 時 30 分，美元兌日元報 100.34 元，上漲 0.3%，周三一度升至今年 5 月底以來高點 100.86 元。美元兌歐元升 0.1% 至 1.2896 元，歐元兌日元報129.40，升值 0.2%。英鎊兌美元則跌 0.2% 至 1.5044 元，早盤一度跌至 1.5028 元，為 5 月底以來低點。

美元兌日元有望創下連續 3 周升值走勢，美元兌歐元則自 6 月 28 日以來已升值 0.9%。

《期貨》實質價差轉正，多頭解圍

【時報-台北電】受埃及政變、葡萄牙危機及除權息行情不如預期影響，台指期周四開高走低，所幸低接買盤積極進場，終場上漲33點收7,844點，由原本實質逆價差轉為實質正價差16點，多方信心稍有回籠。

而在籌碼面部分，外資賣超42.20億元，自營商則買超11.56億元，投信賣超4.80億元，三大法人合計賣超35.44億元。

台指期方面，三大法人小幅做多8口，淨空單降至1,258口，外資淨空單加碼79口至2,453口；全月份十大交易人淨空單減碼213口至352口，特定法人淨多單加碼2,398口至3,024口，多空焦著，顯示對後市看法轉趨中性觀望。

凱基期貨分析師梁家榮表示，大盤近期陸續進入除權息旺季，本周重量級權值股台積電未能上演填權息秀。

尤其至7月結算前尚有約80點的除息壓力，是否會引發後勢個股除權息行情失靈，值得觀察。

技術面來看，指數遇到月線反壓，上檔壓力沉重，大盤呈現弱勢的反彈格局，不管是電子期或是金融期的技術面都偏弱。

加上國際上埃及政變，葡萄牙內部情勢不穩，危機再起，在在壓抑多頭走勢。

選擇權買權最大未平倉量落在8,000點，賣權最大未平倉量落在7,600點，因此指數短在期間內，應該會在此區間內震盪。

從本波反彈格局看來，台指期多方防守點約略在7,750點附近，因此極短線的支撐可暫以此點觀察。

但要特別注意的是7,800點及7,700點序列賣權未平倉量並不多，顯示支撐力道並不強，當空頭稍增力道摜壓時，指數很有可能回測7,600點。

從外資選擇權籌碼來看，目前是淨空單約9萬口，籌碼面持續看空，尤其從隱含波動率觀察，買、賣權的波動率下降，買權波動率下降幅度更甚於賣權，市場上的未平倉P/C Ratio也是持續下探，顯見市場大戶看法持續偏空。

元大寶來期貨指出，由於近期除權息行情開跑後，大盤屢屢未能如市場預期演出漂亮的填權息行情，使得修正壓力逐日增加，短線指數恐有再回測支撐的可能。

另外，葡萄牙公債殖利率的飆升是否會進一步重燃市場對歐債危機的隱憂，值得後續留意觀察。（新聞來源：工商時報─記者潘臆涵／台北報導）
