6成低酒精飲料標示不清 部分含焦糖色素

為瞭解市售低酒精飲料標示是否易於辨認，消費者文教基金會今（4）日公布調查結果，發現15件低酒精飲料中，有9件不符《酒類標示管理辦法》規定、標示不清，違規率高達6成，甚至有2件未標示原料成分。此外，在調查的樣品中，有2件添加可能會增加致癌風險的焦糖色素。

消基會今年6月底抽查15件市面販售的低酒精飲料，根據調查結果，其中有9項商品不符《酒類標示管理辦法》規定，包括未將酒類品牌字體加粗並大於其他標示，或者飲酒警語、顏色與包裝底色未加以區隔。消基會祕書長雷立芬表示，被點名的廠商應儘速修正，清楚標明酒類品牌名稱或飲酒警語。

低酒精飲料指的是酒精含量5%以下的酒精飲料。消基會認為，因為低酒精飲料具有酒精濃度低、口味多樣化及方便飲用等特性，此類飲料的警告標示應該更為顯著，才能降低被兒童與青少年誤飲的危險。

消基會董事長張智剛說，《菸害防制法》要求香菸的警語面積不能低於包裝面積35%，然而政府對於酒類警語的要求，只有顏色需互為對比色。他希望，未來酒的標示規定，能比照菸品來辦理。

此外，調查也發現有2件商品內含焦糖色素，分別是ASAHI調情聖手雞尾酒螺絲起子、ASAHI果實瞬間水果酒葡萄等。雷立芬指出，焦糖色素的作用為增加食物香氣及色澤，但經動物實驗證明，具有致癌性，因此，衛生署已決定將焦糖色素，改列食品添加物加強管理，並在1至2個月內公告限量標準。她建議，消費者可能沒有預期酒類飲品中會添加焦糖色素，業者應主動加註說明。

國泰金：7月經濟氣候可望放晴

國泰金昨天公布最新「金融情勢指數」及「月GDP與經濟氣候」，由於全球經濟成長可望自第3季起緩慢加溫，台灣經濟氣候可望撥雲見日，7月的經濟氣候可望放「晴」，今年經濟成長率「保3」可能性不高，但「破2」危機暫除。

國泰金研究團隊指出，雖然美國聯邦準備理事會(Fed)主席柏南奇量化寬鬆政策(QE)退場的論調，造成全球金融市場大幅震盪，新興市場面臨資金流出壓力，但QE有秩序逐步退場，背後代表的是美國經濟可望持續溫和復甦。

經濟氣候方面，國泰金將5、6月的經濟氣候由「陰」上調至「朗」，且研判自7月起經濟氣候可望進一步改善至「晴」。國泰金指出，由於經濟氣候轉晴的機率值尚未過半，須留意經濟再現疲弱的不確定性，但模型預測經濟氣候為「雨」的機率值為零，下半年經濟不致重回衰退困境。

國泰金表示，市場對QE退場的不安情緒衝擊下，雖然台股指數震盪劇烈，但近期跌幅並未擴大，成交量亦未明顯萎縮，且匯率略有貶值、利率維持穩定。整體而言，6月的金融情勢指數日平均值為 99.8，僅略高於5月的 98，仍處於穩定狀態。

國泰金認為，下半年在經濟弱復甦、物價相對穩定及市場資金充裕的狀況下，央行仍可望維持政策利率不變；近期日圓匯率在95~100元之間波動，在QE退場預期及韓元貶值壓力下，台幣仍有貶值壓力，應有助於金融情勢寬鬆及推升經濟。

中國今天(4日)拒絕再讓對手演出逆轉勝，以27比25、25比14、23比25、25比21戰勝韓國，拿下2013年亞洲東區男子排球錦標賽第3名，賽後中國助理教練李鷁說：「贏球靠的就是一股氣勢！」

昨天中國在4強賽先贏2局，但最終遭到日本倒追3局逆轉擊敗，無緣闖進冠軍戰。今天早上中國全隊也特別開會，跟球員提醒忘掉前戰輸球的心情，全力搶勝。

中國首局末段22比24、23比24、24比25落後，3度逃過局末點，最終靠著江川的發球直接得分以27比25逆轉搶下首局。打出氣勢的中國次局沒有遭遇太多威，順利以11分差取勝率先取得聽牌。

第3局歷經12度平手後來到21平，最後中國攻擊被韓國攔網直接得分，23比25輸掉。為了不讓昨天狀況重演，李鷁也在第3局結束後特別跟球員心理建設，第4局開打後中國一直保持些微領先，最終成功在這局將比賽結束。

「其實韓國整體實力比我們好，個人能力強、比賽經驗多，今天能夠贏球真的是靠著一股氣勢，打出年輕球員該有的球風。」李鷁表示，「第3局結束之後怕球員心裡頭有陰影，還特別跟他們談了一下，所幸第4局就把比賽贏下來，如果打到第5局在體力上會是個大麻煩。」

成功搶下第3名，李鷁坦言比預期高出1名，「開打前評估中華、日本跟韓國實力都在我們之上，加上又是年輕球員出戰，原本預期是可以拿下第4名，今天成功咬下韓國算是意外的收穫。」

台北要吃素食的港式飲茶，有新開的「養心茶樓」，那在台中呢？台中其實比台北還早就有素食港式飲茶，叫做「棗子樹」，就在熱鬧的誠品勤美店的14樓，而這家店也是海芋吃過後非常難忘的一家店，於是將他介紹給大家參考一下。


整體的用餐環境相當的優，而且翻桌速度也算快，服務人員的服務也不錯。

而以下是他們的菜單，菜色可說是相當不錯。




在看了菜單之後，就是來點菜啦。首先先點了「鎮江肴絡」這道開胃菜。

在仔細一看吧，水晶的素肉凍吃起來相當 Q 彈，而且相當爽口而不油膩，搭配醬料可說是把整個味道都提出來，相當特別。

再來是「棗子樹香羹」，這也是棗子樹的招牌菜色，配料相當豐盛，有筍絲、金針菇、花菇、素肉羹等，味道相當道地，也不會太鹹。

配上一點醋，可說是更提味，但別加上太多了唷！

再來是「穗香蘿蔔糕」，這道菜外皮相當酥脆，口感也算是綿密，我覺得相當有港式的fu。

再來則是「泰式月亮蝦餅」，內容非常札實。吃起來的口感也相當不錯。

而這是「泰式月亮蝦餅」的剖面圖，可以看到這月亮蝦米非常真材實料。

再來分別是「棗子樹湯包」，一籠有六顆，湯包和餃子是棗子樹最大的特色，我覺得都相當不錯。

「棗子樹湯包」裡面可是貨真價實的，吃起來真的會有汁喔！

接著是「香香豆腐餃」，一籠一樣有六個。

而這內餡也相當飽滿，餃子和湯包真的名不虛傳，是棗子樹的最大強項。

最後吃的則是「百菇灌湯包」，還沒開動前的樣子。

原本以為料不會很多的，結果撈了一下，料超級多的。

而這是他們的湯包，吃起來也相當爽口。

整體來說，我覺得這家店給我的口感都相當不錯，而且交通便利，不只在台中，在高雄也有分店，不過海芋僅去台中店吃過，所以只敢報告台中店的食用心得，下次如果有機會，再去拜訪高雄店吧！

【綜合報導】擔心埃及局勢擴大成為中東地區的危機，人在坦尚尼亞進行訪問的美國總統歐巴馬（Barack Obama）周一證實曾親自致電給埃及總統穆希（Mohammed Morsi），希望穆希能「妥善處理危機」，並避免埃及的局勢失控。
 
一位不願具名的華府官員表示，白宮的立場盼望穆希能夠立刻採取行動來回應反對者的訴求，美國政府的努力還包括了：參謀首長聯席會議主席丹普西（Martin Dempsey）向埃及政府警告，美軍駐紮的國家中一旦出現該國軍隊參與違憲的政變行為，美國將減少軍事援助；美國駐開羅大使館的官員也已與埃及反對陣營接觸過。華府官員透露，這表示白宮已改變了先前對於埃及的「袖手政策」（hands-off approach），並在局勢尚未惡化前介入。

旺季到 亞洲科技基金績凸

下半年是科技股傳統旺季。在美國返校需求、中國十一長假拉貨潮啟動下，科技基金表現大躍進，近一周境內外59檔科技型基金全部收紅。法人指出，在美國經濟正向復甦，搭配科技新品齊發與蘋果新品可望登場亮相，亞洲與台股科技型基金有望續領風騷。

據統計，近一周境內外科技基金表現中，以亞洲基金表現當道，包括日本、台股的科技基金。其中，第一、二名的摩根日本與永豐領航科技基金績效都在5％以上，平均59檔科技基金近一周績效也有2.7％左右。另外，拉長到今年至今，也僅有2檔科技基金未繳出正報酬，平均59檔科技基金的成績單是9.33％。

摩根東方科技經理人龔真樺說，下半年向來是科技股的傳統旺季，且美國聯準會明確宣示QE退場藍圖，反應美國景氣持續好轉，包括製造業、房市、消費者信心與零售銷售數據都見明顯復甦，有望持續拉升亞洲科技廠出貨動能。

宏利投信認為，近來全球因為美國量化寬鬆可能退場疑慮，風險性資產大回檔，但目前時序進入下半年，具先進技術之全球科技產業表現可期，科技股旺季行情值得期待，基本面仍具吸引力。

亨德森遠見全球科技經理人Stuart O’Gorman表示，目前可投資的科技公司中，大約75％公司總部設於美國，美國因國內經濟推動，已開始呈現穩健的經濟復甦。隨著國內生產總值開始緩慢回升，企業成長也開始恢復至平均水平之上，預料市場信心帶動資本支出上升，科技公司將因此受惠並進而改善獲利。

就產業面來看，龔真樺指出，科技股在新台幣貶值、旺季需求與原物料價格走弱下，下半年漲升空間看好，其中上游產業能見度優於下游。北美半導體設備BB值(訂貨出貨比)已連續5個月在1以上，顯示半導體景氣正持續擴張中，並將帶動晶圓代工、封測、IC設計等相關供應鏈族群。

統一投信認為，由於美國QE退場是有條件的，表示美國經濟回到上升軌道，對新興亞洲國家科技、出口產業為正面利多，因此亞股將重拾上漲動能，急速修正後的股價更具吸引力，可趁現在加碼持有。

【王文傑／花蓮報導】花蓮監獄今上午在監獄內大禮堂舉辦指甲美容及腳底按摩訓練成果展，獄方開放民眾現場體驗，被按摩的民眾直呼讚。

其中一名為愛協助男友販毒入獄7年8個月34歲女子小饅頭(化名)，上月17日獲假釋出獄，她不願中斷最後10天考照機會，主動申請繼續入監受訓，最終考取二級美甲師，她開心說：「習得一技之長，出獄後自己當老闆，一定能闖出一番事業！」

日經新聞、每日新聞4日報導，日本電信業龍頭NTT DoCoMo社長加藤薰接受訪談時表示，因該公司祭出的「two top(強力促銷Sony Xperia A及三星電子Galaxy S4)」智慧手機促銷措施奏功，帶動列為促銷對象的產品銷售強勁。加藤薰表示，截至6月底為止Xperia A(國際版型號為Xperia ZR；見附圖)銷售量已達83萬支(開賣45天的銷售量)，銷售速度創DoCoMo史上之最；S4的銷售量也達到40萬支(開賣39天)的水準。

加藤薰表示，Xperia A及S4的銷售目標各自訂為100萬支，惟照此種銷售氣勢來看，銷售量或許可衝上150萬支的水準。

S4及Xperia A都是DoCoMo大力促銷的機種，雖然S4日本售價較Xperia A貴出約1萬日圓(Xperia A售價為5,000日圓、S4為1.5萬日圓)，但其銷售量目前卻僅有Xperia A的一半水準，也難怪三星要自己砸大錢大砍S4日本售價。

日經新聞3日報導，為了對抗Xperia A，三星已將供應給DoCoMo的S4實質售價調降了約2萬日圓，且該降價措施雖預計實施至7月底為止，但有可能將延長實施。日經指出，一般來說，皆是由電信業者提供促銷費用給零售店面來壓低產品售價，故由手機廠主導(手機廠自己砸錢)來降低產品價格實屬罕見。
