南韓KOSPI指數27日以高盤(1,844.60點)開出後，因聯準會(FED)減碼量化寬鬆貨幣政策(QE)的疑慮趨緩而走勢強勁，終場上漲1.56%(28.62點)，收1,863.32點，創6月19日以來收盤新高；週線上漲2.22%，結束連續3週跌勢。KOSPI 6月重挫了6.88%，創2012年5月以來最大單月跌幅。
Thomson Reuters報導，外資在27日反手買超後，28日再度買超了4,445億韓圜(3.8663億美元)的韓股。
聯準會(FED)兩位具有影響力的官員在27日出面談話，希望能緩解QE可能太快減碼的疑慮。亞特蘭大聯邦儲備銀行總裁Dennis Lockhart 27日試圖舒解利率恐提前上升的疑慮。他表示，假設有一位抽菸者試圖戒菸，而FED主席柏南克(Ben S. Bernanke，見附圖)只是要求這個人彈性使用尼古丁貼片，但市場上部份人士的反應卻好像FED要這人立即禁煙一樣。
紐約聯邦儲備銀行總裁William C. Dudley 27日則宣稱決策者可能會延長買債行動。他說，減緩買債速度並不代表QE退場，而聯邦基金利率距離正式上升應該還有好長一段時間。他還表示，美國經濟也有可能不如FED預期。
出口類股今日走強。三星電子漲0.22%，收1,342,000韓圜。現代汽車漲3.44%，收225,500韓圜。SK Hynix, Inc.漲1.79%，收31,200韓圜。
鮮京電信(SK Telecom)6月26日在南韓正式啟動全球首見消費者用進階4G LTE(LTE-Advanced，簡稱LTE-A)，其資料傳輸速度在實地測驗後的確為傳統LTE技術的兩倍之多。韓國聯合通訊社(Yonhap)28日報導，在首爾城市南邊實際用與鮮京電信LTE-A網路同步推出的三星智慧型手機「Galaxy S4 LTE Advanced」顯示，在台北時間28日上午8時左右測試的資料下載速度為34.9 Mbps、上傳速度為10.1 Mbps，大約為傳統LTE網路的兩倍之多。鮮京電信終場勁揚2.94%，收210,000韓圜。
南韓製藥大廠Celltrion Inc.今(28)日股價在市場預估其類風濕性關節炎藥物「Remsima」有望獲得歐盟主管機關核准上市的帶動下走強，終場勁揚6.77%，收41,800韓圜，創4月17日以來收盤新高。Thomson Reuters 28日報導，Celltrion執行長Seo Jung-jin預定要在今日台北時間下午4時30分召開記者會。

| 台股盤前 歐美股市周四續揚 台股周五挑戰半年線反壓

【劉煥彥／台北報導】歐美股市周四續揚，除了反映周三歐洲央行總裁德拉吉談話外，美國最新經濟數據不錯也是原因，包括上周初領失業金人數減少9000人至34.6萬人、5月消費者支出上升0.3%，及5月成屋銷售簽約指數上升至6年高點。
聯準會官員也開始安撫市場，紐約聯邦準備銀行總裁William Dudley就說，若經濟惡化，聯準會甚至會擴大現有850億美元的購債規模，重點在於「一切端視經濟前景，不是只看時間表」。
大慶證券表示，台股周四雖有類似島狀反轉型態，但量能未能大於周三，因此今天仍需補量再攻並站上7900點，才能確認打出低檔區的第1隻腳，搭配歐美股市續揚，台股有機會挑戰半年線7950點到季線8059點附近關卡。

嚴爵27日舉辦發片記者會，為豐富將到來的小巨蛋演唱會，他密集拍攝過場短片，兩天狂操44小時，記者會前也只睡３小時，現場演唱時嗓子明顯吃力，自嘲因睡眠不足，所以表現欠佳：「好像能聽見靈魂的聲音！」
開唱前不排工作
為了護嗓，即使熱到36℃他也不喝冰水，因太累依舊出狀況，唱片公司承諾開唱前一周不排工作，讓他養精蓄銳。他為增強體能也積極健身，最欣賞布萊德彼特在《鬥陣俱樂部》中精實身材，近３個月來每天健身４小時，３餐只吃水煮雞肉配豆漿，已增重３公斤：「以前唱３首就累，現在可以撐完２小時，結束還能去跑步。」體力突飛猛進。
他平常話少靦腆，抒發心情全靠創作，曾１晚產出３首新歌；目前空窗的他雖寫歌在行，卻無法投入戲劇演出，因擔心若有親熱橋段，會讓下一任女友吃醋，所以推掉許多戲約，此次找來黃姵嘉合拍演唱會微電影，視為一大突破。
休學唱歌不後悔
４年前，他從南加大爵士表演系休學回台，至今已發４張專輯，是否後悔未完成學業？他表示為圓夢想並不在意，還將心情寫入新歌〈至少我有我〉，希望歌迷理解他的用心。他於７月27日在小巨蛋舉辦「鋼鐵情人」演唱會，門票洽全台7-ELEVEn ibon、ibon票務資訊網，相信音樂官網或facebook官方粉絲專頁查詢。

繼宏碁(acer)打出4,990元的低價平板電腦Iconia B1及6,900元的Iconia A1在市場反應相當不錯的狀況下，華碩也正式發表低價平板電腦MeMo Pad HD7，售價只有5,900元，雙A兩大品牌搶攻平板電腦火力全開。
華碩在Computex 2013台北國際電腦展首次亮相的平板電腦MeMo Pad HD7終於在市場的期待下，正式在台灣領先全球率先推出，華碩並為這款產品命名冰淇淋機，意味這款產品功能齊全，價格低，一次推出4款顏色，有別於一般黑、白兩色的選擇，就像冰淇淋不僅繽紛，而且人人都可以買得起。華碩指出，第1季華碩平板電腦的市場佔有率超過3成，預計第2季可以維持這個力度。
MeMo Pad HD7採用IPS廣視角看板，廣視角高達170度，1280 x 800的螢幕解晰度，是目前市場上同等級、同尺寸最高的，前置視訊鏡頭為120萬，主相機鏡頭為500萬，支援720P的錄影功能，內建16GB儲存容量，支援最大32GB的MicroSD記憶卡擴充，處理器為1.2GHz四核心規格，記憶體為1GB，從價格及規格來看是市場上性價比最好的，重量更只有302克，也是同級產品最輕的。
這款平板電腦僅有Wi-Fi版本，未來也不會有3G版本，主要原因是支援3G版本的產品華碩先前才出Nexus 7，目前這款產品仍在市場銷售，價格也低於萬元。另一款具備3G功能的是FonPad，訴求大尺寸螢幕平板加上通訊功能，價格也在8,000多。整體來看，華碩平板電腦已經有2個系列是具備3G加上Wi-Fi的，缺乏的是單純的平板電腦，可以藉由價格優勢來切出這塊市場。

涉嫌性侵遭收押的土耳其男大生王凱傑，不服羈押提出抗告成功，上午北院召開羈押庭，結果出爐，法官認為罪證不足，裁定以20萬元交保候傳。

| 王陳對決? 建仔虧非互投對打

〔特派記者林世民／美國佛州聖彼得堡報導〕7月13日起在巴爾的摩的金鶯和藍鳥三連戰，陳偉殷、王建民台灣兩大旅美強投的「陳王會」有機會成局，但要上演史無前例的同場先發較勁，仍需要機緣。
其實陳、王都不時關心對方，面對媒體最常問的就是對方狀況怎麼樣？受傷部位有沒有異狀？英雄惜英雄的心情溢於言表，與球迷同樣期待這一刻的建仔就表示，也很希望跟殷仔在球場上見到面。
「畢竟台灣人能站上這舞台不簡單，要同場更不容易，若真有機會先發對決，當然是很特別的體驗。」不過建仔也笑說：「不會想太多啦，我們都是投手，面對的是對方打者，又不是我們倆互投對打，都有好表現就好。」
殷仔2012年加入金鶯，當時在國民的建仔熱身賽補位拉傷大腿，直到6月份兩人才在跨聯盟對戰見面，兩人賽前互相加油打氣的畫面成為經典；建仔按輪值可能有機會在7月13或14日先發對金鶯，殷仔若6月30日復健賽順利，依投一休四輪值，則錯過對藍鳥系列戰的可能性高，台灣雙雄恐怕依舊無緣先發對決，但至少可在球場碰面。
