【劉志原╱台北報導】于美人婚變案，今第四天開庭，針對夫婦探視小孩方式進行調解，于與丈夫James首次在法庭相見，庭訊35分鐘結束，于美人與律師賴芳玉一同走出法院，James則趁媒體包圍于美人時，戴著帽子及墨鏡，低頭不語與律師從妻子身後快閃離去。
于美人指出，她與丈夫James分居後，兒子跟夫同住，但她近日不知兒子行蹤，擔心兒子被丈夫帶出國，已聲請假處分，禁止夫私帶兒出國獲准，另聲請酌定親子權行使，要求丈夫與她討論，兒子探視方式，台北地院今進行調解，這也是2人婚變後，首次在法院見面。

【時報-台北電】日本經濟產業省今(28)日公布，5月工業生產月增2％至97.8，連4個月上漲，並創2011年以來最大升幅，遠高於市場預期的0.2%，顯見安倍經濟學見效，日本出口加快，也支撐製造業產出及整體經濟。

多倫多藍鳥 VS 波士頓紅襪
同樣是美聯東區的競爭對手，這場在芬威球場短兵相接，這場可以預期會是一場精采的比賽。藍鳥方面，本季目前好不容易才爬上五成勝率，但是近況似乎開始有些下滑，目前近3場打擊率僅有0.172，近3場上壘率僅有0.273，得點圈打擊率也只有0.166，都不如紅襪優異。反觀紅襪不僅平均每場可以得到5.13分，而且近3場打擊率高達0.378，上壘率更是飆升到0.428，得點圈打擊率也是高達0.318，這場王建民恐怕會投得相當苦手。
王建民近3場偷順利過盤，表現和控球也沒有太大的問題，不過他生涯遇到紅襪防禦率高達6.23，WHIP更是高達1.85，這場想要輕鬆過關恐怕沒有前三場這麼容易。紅襪的雷斯特本季主場先發5場共34.2局僅責失11分，防禦率僅有2.85、WHIP也是夠水準的1.15，這場回到溫暖的主場，繳出優質先發的機率相當高；趨勢方面，紅襪最近5次主場面對客場派出右投先發時的戰績為4勝1敗，而且紅襪最近5次主場派出雷斯特先發時的戰績為5勝0敗，因此筆者推薦紅襪過盤。

筆電前途多舛，未來還要接受低價平板電腦浪潮的衝擊，根據《工商時報》報導，麥格理資本證券台灣區研究部主管張博淇指出，現階段應該將佈局筆電族群的資金移往轉型腳步較快的聯想、和碩(4938-TW)、英業達(2356-TW)。
筆電前途多舛，未來還要接受低價平板電腦浪潮的衝擊，根據《工商時報》報導，麥格理資本證券台灣區研究部主管張博淇指出，現階段應該將佈局筆電族群的資金移往轉型腳步較快的聯想、和碩(4938-TW)、英業達(2356-TW)。
至於在下半年PC族群佈局策略，張博淇最看好轉型腳步較快的聯想、和碩、英業達，雖然將廣達(2382-TW)投資評等調升至「表現優於大盤」，但評估僅短線反彈標的，此外也建議避開鴻海(2317-TW)、宏碁(2353-TW)、華碩(2357-TW)、緯創(3231-TW)、仁寶(2324-TW)。
張博淇指出，接下來筆電產業的重大變化是大尺寸智慧型手機與低價平板電腦需求將擴大至開發中市場，尤其是中國，因此今年筆電需求成長率恐接近-10%。

于美人控告老公「James」王維倫等人侵入住宅及恐嚇等罪，她昨庭訊後表示，James曾以「維持婚姻」恐嚇並向她要6800萬元；于美人眼眶泛紅地說，「這件事情，王先生，再也不能拿來恐嚇我了」、「相信我的人，謝謝你們，不相信我的人，我尊重，我從此不要活在恐懼當中，再也沒有人能拿這件事威脅我。」
James︰從無威脅恐嚇情事
James昨晚發出兩點聲明表示，他進入自己所承租房屋拿衣物，竟遭妻子、岳母提告，使他因此無法親近女兒，感到萬般無奈。此外，他結婚近16年來，從無威脅、恐嚇于美人，更沒有要求妻子將6800萬元匯到他名下帳戶，盼于美人平心靜氣，勿對外散布不實訊息和損及婚姻關係的話語。
于美人表示，多年來她一直想努力扮演好她的每一個角色，可是丈夫長期用她的公眾形象來恐嚇威脅她；丈夫還告訴她，如果他們離婚，她的事業、她的形象就會毀於一旦，讓她身心俱疲。
于美人還說，丈夫離家後，向她提出離婚條件，她曾努力想挽回；對於丈夫前天流淚要求她撤告一事，于美人說，3月29日的家暴令，她已撤告，可是全台灣有多少婦女首次提出家暴令，之後都是不忍心然後撤掉？撤掉之後，又有多少人獲得善意的對待？
走法律是為顧及于母安全
于美人說，5月18日那天，James帶姊姊、表舅、表舅媽等人到她住處，「我真的是崩潰了，才聲請通常保護令。」
于美人委任律師賴芳玉則說，「法律是最不得已的作法，希望夫妻雙方當面對話」；賴芳玉還說，先前一直在等James回應，卻透過媒體才知道James對婚姻的想法，她希望夫妻倆好好對話，「但法律有法律的界線，也應顧及老人家（指于母）的家庭安寧。」
稱王先生對離婚已做好準備
對於James前天說，「一個完整的家，妳賺得全世界，也買不回來」，于美人回應說，這些話是她貼在家裡冰箱上的格言，也是她一直以來的信念。至於James前天情緒激動流淚，于美人說，丈夫3月29日離家後，有跟她提出離婚條件，她一直努力想要挽回，可是她後來發現，存摺、印章、小孩的護照，全部都被對方拿走了，「王先生」已做好萬全準備。

徐若瑄15歲出道，今年38歲的她過慣明星生活，於是渴望演各種角色突破玉女形象，更想貼近平凡人生活：「最近想去坐地鐵，因為我連怎麼買票都不知道，坐哪一條線也不知道。我從來都沒有悠遊卡，我連悠遊卡可以租腳踏車都不知道。」
她說坐地鐵絲毫不怕被人認出來：「認出來人家也不會傷害你，頂多簽名拍照。那是做藝人應該很開心的事情。身為公眾人物，人家看到妳都不想要妳簽名，不想跟妳拍照，那是一種悲哀。」
她在方文山執導的《聽見下雨的聲音》裡，與同期走紅的釋小龍合作，他如今外型成熟判若兩人，她和林志穎卻是不老神話，「我覺得我們不能把釋小龍說得很像怪物，釋小龍是正常的，可能我跟林志穎是不正常的。」
她今年一口氣接演５部電影，在《瑪德二號》演單親媽媽，又在《72小時莎到你》裡探索性高潮，與任達華合作驚悚犯罪片《惡魔的右手》，導演劉鎮偉的新片剛開拍。

我家電腦是家人共用的，牌子是TOSHIBA
不知道能不能玩尬舞，但是我鴿友下載CS，好像可以玩
那尬舞可以嗎 ?
我兩年前玩過尬舞，但是沒玩了，現在又突然想玩，程式也要重下載
我用昨日小築下載的，不知道是不是壓縮檔
因為我之前是用官方下載的，
可是現在用昨日小築下載就有點不懂
所以可以教我下載的一些步驟嗎 ?
