市場最新訊息傳出谷歌(Google Inc.)正在開發搭載Android作業系統的遊戲主機、智慧手錶，甚至打算重振旗鼓推出兼具Apple TV視訊串流機上盒與立體聲放大器功能的家庭娛樂裝置「Nexus Q」的次世代裝置，似乎要與蘋果(Apple Inc.)一較高下。

谷歌股價最近呈現高檔震盪走勢，表現遠優於蘋果。谷歌27日終場上漲0.39%，收877.07美元；年初迄今漲幅達23.99%。相較之下，蘋果27日終場下跌1.08%，收393.78美元，創4月19日以來收盤新低；年初迄今重挫26%。

華爾街日報27日於美國股市收盤後引述未具名訊息人士報導，谷歌正在開發Android遊戲主機、智慧手錶，希望能跨出智慧型手機、平板電腦領域，將自己的形象重新塑造成硬體製造商。另外，谷歌還打算推出次代Nexus Q，但價格遠會低於先前的299美元。訊息顯示，谷歌的智慧手錶將透過藍芽技術與個人智慧型手機連結。

根據訊息，谷歌希望能自行設計、行銷上述裝置，並在今年秋季發表其中至少一款產品。另外，Android的次世代版本已來到最後修整階段，應該也會在今年秋季問世。

Android遊戲軟體近來大受歡迎，市場成長速度遠高於微軟(Microsoft Corp.)、Sony Corp.與任天堂(Nintendo Co.)開發的遊戲。訊息顯示，市場預期蘋果可能會在次代Apple TV發表時同步推出一款遊戲主機，而谷歌則對此作出回應。

英國金融時報3月27日曾在引述訊息人士談話報導，谷歌去(2012)年曾嘗試在距離加州Mountain View總部僅有15分鐘車程的工廠組裝Nexus Q，但在發表數週後突然於去年8月宣布取消銷售計畫。

另外，根據華爾街日報27日訊息，除了正在開發中的Moto X外，谷歌還打算在開發中市場推出一系列低價Android智慧型手機。allthingsd.com報導，摩托羅拉(Motorola)執行長Dennis Woodside 5月29日在第11屆「D: All Things Digital」(簡稱：D11)科技名人訪談大會上曾經表示，從現在起到今(2013)年10月底為止，摩托計劃重新推出一系列的手機，同時還會發表一款內建多顆感應器、能夠感測周邊環境的旗艦智慧型手機「Moto X」。Woodside說，Moto X將在德州組裝，但處理器將來自台灣，OLED螢幕則會來自南韓。

《日本經濟》5月份零售額成長0.8% 5個月來首增

日本經濟產業省28日公佈經濟數據指出，2013年5月份日本零售業銷售額(速報值)較去年同月成長0.8%至11兆4,790億日圓，為5個月來首度呈現增長、且增幅創2011年11月(成長0.9%)以來新高水準，並優於Thomson Reuters事前所作調查呈現持平(月增0.0%)的預估值；經季節因素調整後的零售額月增1.5%。當月日本僅汽車零售業和機械器具零售業銷售額呈現下滑。

另外，5月份日本批發業銷售額較去年同月成長0.3%至25兆9,990億日圓，結束連11個月下滑局面；經季節因素調整後為月增0.9%。5月份日本整體商業銷售額(批發+零售)較去年同月成長0.5%至37兆4,780億日圓，12個月來首度呈現增長；經季節因素調整後為月增1.8%。

經產省表示，5月份日本大型零售商(百貨公司+超市)銷售額較去年同月成長0.9%至1兆5,889億日圓，3個月來第2度呈現增長；其中，百貨公司成長2.4%至5,252億日圓、超市成長0.1%至1兆637億日圓。就同店(營業滿1年以上店面)銷售額來看，5月份日本大型零售商銷售額下滑0.4%，其中百貨公司成長2.8%、超市下滑2.0%。

5月份日本便利超商銷售額較去年同月成長4.2%至8,252億日圓；就同店銷售額來看為衰退1.2%。

罩頂電動車進化版　一輛32萬台幣

穿梭在城市間的大街小巷，甚至還能在山路上奔馳，這輛看起來像是金龜車，但其實它可是法國車商研發出的「電動汽車」，這輛電動汽車總共有3種不同顏色，流線型的車體外觀，加上前後雙座的設計十分可愛，有人說看起來就像是罩了頂的機車，而其實這家車商，早在2011年就開始量產電動汽車，如今他們將這款熱賣車款重新改裝，推出2013年式最新版。

網路影片：「這輛車充電要花3.5個小時，搭載17匹馬力的電動馬達，最快時速可以達到50英哩(約80公里)。」

只要充滿電，這輛電動車可以開大約80公里，設計團隊特別把原本後座改成置物箱，讓駕駛座椅可以有更大、更舒適的空間，而且這樣的設計，也可能讓菜籃族採買，或是披薩店、速食店外送使用，實際駕馭速度比想像中快很多。

網路影片：「46英哩、47英哩，時速到50英哩了，51英哩現在下坡，52英哩。」

這輛外型可愛又兼具實用的電動車，價格可不便宜，一輛要價8080歐元，相當於台幣32萬，但節能減碳成為一股趨勢，也讓電動車越來越有市場。

先說一下我的膚質，以前是混和肌，

但不知為何，最近幾年開始越來越乾，整個就變乾性肌…

連夏天都不太出油…

尤其天氣冷在公司吹冷氣，感覺臉更乾…

最近最煩惱的就是洗完臉超乾繃的…

都要趕快上滋潤的保養品才不會那麼乾~

可能是我買的洗面乳洗淨力太強了…(雖然我買的明明是寫著保濕的洗面乳orz)

我目前用的洗面乳~

膚蕊保濕皂霜:

明明寫著保濕，但每次洗完臉都好繃，大概是洗淨力偏強吧！
不然泡沫是蠻多的啦！

另外是用過覺得很乾的洗面乳(簡單舉例幾個)，

佳麗寶 Impress IC 淨白洗顏皂N:

超乾的洗面乳，用完眼周超乾繃的！優點也是泡沫豐富而已

水平衡水感保濕洗面乳:(看推文好像是霓淨思的)

明明洗著保濕跟氨基酸保濕成分，可是洗完臉也好乾…

大概開架蠻多寫保濕的洗面乳(專櫃有的也用過)我都有嘗試過，不過很多都洗

起來不太保濕或乾繃

仁武：脫衣陪酒的小吃店就開在大灣國中正對面。仁武警分局查獲小吃店雇用越南女子脫衣陪酒，一節兩小時坐檯費僅收六百元，小姐搶賺小費，一進包廂就催客人玩「脫衣骰子」，脫光直往客人身上磨蹭，因便宜又直接，吸引不少尋芳客上門。

高解析度（FHD）智慧手機與平板電腦用的LCD面板及偏光板缺貨嚴重，各品牌廠需求太大，但良率提升速度緩慢，使得第3季看來缺貨無解，彩晶（6116）、奇美材及明基材等受惠最大。

其中，奇美材開發出觸控面板用的防爆膜，已率先通過台廠認證，打破被日本New Tac壟斷局面，以15吋筆電防爆膜來說，單價6美元，成本只要1.5美元，利潤高，可望挹注奇美材第3季獲利。

供應鏈人士表示，各大品牌廠全力拱高解析度的平板，加上FHD手機螢幕已成為宏達電、三星等手機大廠的標配，大陸白牌智慧機及平板，也全力搶進FHD手機螢幕，使得需求暴增，材料供應卻無法跟上。

NPD DisplaySearch副總裁謝勤益昨（27）日表示，包括5、5.5及6.3吋等FHD的LCD面板及偏光板等相關零組件都在缺貨，目前看到第3季還是缺。

彩晶受惠大陸智慧機市場崛起，今年獲利表現佳，該公司目前有五至六成產能是生產智慧機面板，規劃第4季全面把產能轉到手機面板，迎接高解析度智慧機的商機。

彩晶第1季每股稅後純益（EPS）0.45元，4月EPS0.32元，法人估計，第2季EPS至少0.9元，上半年EPS挑戰1.4元。工銀證預估，彩晶今年EPS為3.02元。

同時，高解析度的中小尺寸偏光板同樣大缺，在缺貨效應下，價格看漲，可望同步提升奇美材及明基材的獲利。

疑與夫吵架想不開　洗腎女割人工血管亡

【陸運鋒／新北報導】今天上午7時許，汐止區一處民宅發生死亡案件。1名47歲余姓女子被丈夫發現趴在床上沒有氣息，床上留有大片血跡，趕緊打電話報案，救護人員到場發現余女已死亡多時，交由警方處理。

警方調查，現場沒有打鬥痕跡，死者有洗腎病史，鑑識人員發現死者是割斷手肘上的人工血管，因大量失血而死亡，初步判定為自殺。死者丈夫表示，昨晚有和妻子因為一些事情爭吵，吵完後就回房睡，沒想到妻子竟然會輕生。

〔自由時報記者劉婉君／楠西報導〕推動曾文水庫綠色觀光，帶動周邊地區旅遊，南區水資源局試辦首支生態踩線團昨天出發，邀請旅遊業者、媒體及環境工作者先體驗，搭遊艇遊曾文水庫，不怕人的野生山豬、風光明媚的黑鷹峽谷，令人驚艷。

曾文水庫營運四十週年，南區水資源局積極推動觀光，結合曾文水庫附近景點，規劃兼具人文與生態的慢活套裝旅遊行程，從大內區南瀛天文教育園區開始，到具有人文內涵的鹿陶洋江家古厝，再進入曾文水庫，藉由「永續利用館」了解曾文水庫的歷史與水資源環境的重要性，並搭乘環湖遊艇到上游的嘉義大埔鄉，近距離飽覽湖面風光，回程再到楠西區玄空法寺欣賞奇石雅木，最後到龜丹溫泉泡湯舒緩一天的疲憊，為既具知性又有感性的旅程畫下完美句點。

搭乘曾文水庫觀光遊艇，迎風靠近湖面感受兩邊山壁的壯觀，沿途欣賞湖光山色，山豬島的野生山豬一聽到有船駛近，成群從四面八方聚集到岸邊，小豬也緊跟在爸媽後面，一點也不怕人，讓遊客大呼「好可愛喔！」拿起相機猛拍。

在出差的火車上閒來無事來打篇心得 之前一直都戴帝康雙週拋 直到某天剛拔下只戴第三天 並且是最後一副的雙周拋後不小心把水盒打翻 隱形眼鏡飛了出去像變了心的女朋友一樣回不來了 於是乎下定決心去配副長戴式 (不知道哪來的自信不怕再弄掉哈哈哈) 之前一直看板上很推金特麗 便抱持著破除網路謠言(?)的心態去試試 沒想到連我也淪陷了( _ゝ`) 一走進去有點嚇到因為都是名牌的鏡架居多 感覺走精品路線 等了一下後剛好是傳說中的吳經理幫我驗光 真的大推很細心 比我去眼科看還仔細... 因為工作都是整天盯著筆電銀幕看 所以眼睛都會有疲憊的現象 很容易看出去模糊一片 吳經理很細心的幫我做測試 確認我眼睛的狀況ok後才以那個度數為準 左眼一度處於沒辦法通過測試的情況 吳經理還說如果真的沒辦法就只好改天再驗了 不像一般的眼鏡行機器說幾度就幾度 驗一次給你戴一下看看就直接配 這點真的很推 再來價錢部分也是很甘心 吳經理問了一聲怎麼知道他們的店 我就說在ptt雙和板看到的 吳經理便說這個月週年慶沒有卡也是同樣優惠 還送一副太陽眼鏡 雖然不知道市面上的價格 總之價錢我是滿滿意的 取眼鏡時也是送了一堆必需品 之後每個月還會發簡訊通知清洗 還說有需要的話會準備拋棄式給我戴 真的很貼心啊ヾ(*∀*)ﾉ 打得落落長手機排版傷眼請見諒 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 221.120.4.147

人權觀察促中 停止強制藏人遷移

〔國際新聞中心／綜合報導〕人權團體「人權觀察」二十七日發布報告指出，中國強迫藏人「大規模改建房屋和遷移安置」，導致過去七年間兩百多萬藏人離開家園，生活方式遭到激烈改變，卻沒有參與決定的權利；報告呼籲中國當局停止這種政策，並應允許對政策的制定和影響進行獨立評估。

七年內兩百多萬藏人被迫離開家園

這份一百一十五頁報告指出，自二○○六年以來，中國強迫西藏自治區兩百多萬藏人參與「住房改造」——由政府下令翻修或重建房屋，西藏高原東部的數十萬游牧民族則被遷移或安置到這些「社會主義新農村」。這些政策對藏人生活方式帶來激烈改變，但藏人在政策制定過程中卻沒有發言權，且在既有的高度壓迫體制下，事後也無法提出質疑。

報告指出，中國政府表明這些政策是附屬於更大的政治目標，例如打擊藏人中的民族「分裂主義」情緒，目的就是要強化對藏區農牧人口政治控制。人權觀察呼籲北京停止，並允許聯合國人權理事會派員進入藏區視察。

另外，美駐中國大使駱家輝訪問西藏三天行程將結束，這是中國當局在一○年九月以來，首度允許使節訪問西藏要求。

【賴德剛／綜合報導】近況不錯的遊騎兵今天與洋基展開3連戰最後一場比賽，先發投手霍蘭德(Derek Holland)完封9局，助球隊以2比0完封勝，遊騎兵近10戰打出8勝2敗成績，重回美聯西區首位，領先居次的運動家半場勝差。
 
霍蘭德與洋基先發投手休斯(Phil Hughes)今天表現都很搶眼，形成投手戰，霍蘭德雖在1局下面對首名打者鈴木一朗就被敲安，但之後隨即恢復穩定，到投完9局僅再被敲1安，完全封鎖對方打線。
 
休斯投8局僅分別在第3、5局各掉1分，投出近3場內容最佳一役，無奈還是無法贏球，苦吞3連敗。
