【綜合報導】有性侵前科男子黃建憲(21歲，在押)去年5月劫殺同社區住戶桃園縣育達高中美女老師林伊葭（葭音同家），桃園地院昨以黃男僅因缺錢搶錢，竟把勒昏尚有氣息的林女丟進消防池活活溺死，手段兇殘，犯後無悔意，判處黃男死刑。

去年5月20日下午，社區住戶育達高中女老師林伊葭開車回家，準備搭電梯上樓時，遭黃男勒住脖子搶錢，一度昏厥，再打開地下室消防池鐵蓋，把仍有氣息的林女丟入池裡，黃還拿手機照射池內，確認林女淹死，再蓋鐵蓋。

黃男隨後拿走林女手提包內1800元等財物，若無其事帶女友去燙髮和付房租。

聯準會(FED)主席柏南克(Ben S. Bernanke，見附圖)昨(19)日預告量化寬鬆貨幣政策(QE)可能明(2014)年告終，讓從德國到紐西蘭等國家的債市重挫，美國公債殖利率6月20日再度延續昨日的大升走勢。

道瓊社報導，Tradeweb報價顯示，紐約債市6月20日尾盤時，10年期公債殖利率大漲11.1個基點至2.419%(創2011年8月以來新高)，價格持下跌30/32至94-5/32；30年期公債殖利率大漲10.1個基點至3.513%，價格持下跌1-24/32至88-8/32。2/10年債殖利率差距由前一個交易日的2.002個百分點擴大至2.092個百分點，意味市場對經濟的悲觀程度下降，主因通膨預期升溫讓投資人決定索取較高的報酬。

債市成交量也大幅上升。美債最大同業經紀商ICAP Plc統計，美國債市20日的成交量跳增21%至5,670億美元，創5月31日以來新高。2013年美國債市的平均日成交量為3,160億美元。

全球債市都在柏南克結束談話後大幅震盪。彭博社報導，德國10年期公債殖利率20日盤中大漲12個基點至4個月新高1.68%，英國5年期公債殖利率則在標售需求疲軟的影響下盤中一度飆漲24個基點至1.48%(創2011年10月28日以來新高)。此外，紐西蘭10年期公債殖利率20日更暴增30個基點至4.09%，為2008年10月以來最大單日漲點。

美國財政部20日標售的70億美元30年期抗通膨債券(TIPS)需求疲軟，也讓債市進一步走疲。財政部標售的30年期TIPS平均得標殖利率為1.42%，創2年新高。象徵買氣的認購比率(bid-to-cover ratio)為2.47倍，低於過去9次拍賣的2.69倍平均認購比率。

不過，有「債券天王」美譽的全球最大債券基金操盤手葛洛斯(Bill Gross)認為10年期公債殖利率應該難以繼續上揚。他在接受彭博廣播節目「Bloomberg Surveillance」專訪時表示，10年期公債殖利率在2.40%左右的債券價格擁有重要支撐，他不認為殖利率能夠維持在這個水位太久。債券殖利率與價格呈現反向走勢。

服務貿易協議今日簽署，將開放陸資來台經營美容美髮業。 （本報系資料庫）

服務貿易協議今（21）日簽署，將開放陸資來台經營美容美髮業，經濟部國貿局副局長徐大衛昨（20）日表示，除了20萬美元的投資門檻外，若大陸要再增加來台員工人數，每增加一人必須要增額投資3萬美元，且最多有7人的人數上限。

服務貿易協議簽署後，美容美髮業的開放對台灣就業市場的衝擊程度有多高，民眾仍不得而知。經濟部次長卓士昭上周在海基會舉辦的台商端節聯誼專題報告中，特別強調，開放後有20萬美元投資門檻限制，唯有達標後，才能有企業負責人來台，且不能從事勞務。

而徐大衛昨日在立法院國民黨團記者會上更表示，除了20萬美元限制外，如果大陸企業要增加來台的員工人數，每增加一個人，就必須要增加投資3萬美元，而且最多人數上線為人，因此對於台灣就業市場絕對不會有影響，不需要擔心會有大批的大陸勞工來台從事美容美髮業，影響台灣民眾生計。

「經濟部在協議簽署前，廣泛徵詢過相關公、協會意見，他們都認為，都認為兩岸美容美髮行業交流是一件好事情。」經濟部官員也表示，這些公協會代表都表示，陸資來台一起合作兩岸可以互補，美容美髮業可以用大陸的資金、台灣的人才把這塊市場做大。」

也有業者較為樂觀的認為，美容美髮業有很濃厚「人」的屬性，很多客人傾向選擇熟悉的、語言相通的設計師，「因為台灣人習慣找台灣設計師，老外也是習慣找老外設計師」。

【大紀元2013年06月20日訊】我們經常聽到人們在講退休年金，因為年金一般來講擁有比銀行高的利息，投資可以保本，並享有終身收入的保障。可是，因為年金通常需要一次性轉入一筆資金存放在保險公司，並不是每個人都有這樣的能力，一次存入幾萬塊。

有些人只想每個月存放一點錢，慢慢把錢存起來，到退休的時候有一筆退休金。不過我有很多朋友，他們的退休帳戶過了十幾年，錢可能沒有虧，但是並沒怎麼長。如果繼續這樣，到了退休，收入就可能受到影響。每個人都不可能逃避這個事實而不聞不問，因為時間過得很快，一轉眼十年將會過去。應該在年輕，有能力時，為自己的退休未雨綢繆。

解決的方案可以通過一種新的保險儲蓄計劃，他擁有身前和身後理賠，並帶有終身收入，只需每月存錢，就可以讓您把自己的壽險保額，轉變成終生退休收入，為的是增強退休收入就像終生收入年金一樣，此計劃每年利息可高達13%. 一旦終生收入開始，收入保證終生不變， 而且免收入稅。

【綜合報導】新北市一名穿熱褲、黑絲襪的辣妹曾珮琦（25歲）昨搭男友陳威廷（20歲）座車開心出遊，不料行經中和區興南路觀光夜市時，男友見警把毒品塞進她LV包內，辯稱「放女生身上比較不會被發現」，害曾女遭連累，2人齊依違反《毒品危害防制條例》罪嫌送辦。

警方指出，前晚11時許，巡邏經過興南路時，見陳男駕駛的轎車從巷弄竄出，改裝排氣管發出「轟、轟」巨響，形跡可疑，尾隨在後伺機盤查，陳男企圖偽裝路邊停靠車輛閃警，警方直接拍車門喝令2人下車受檢，揪出不法。

杜德偉暌違9年推出新專輯，新歌「跟隨你」向偶像麥可傑克森致敬！25日是麥可逝世4周年忌日，勾起杜德偉懷念，1987年麥可到香港宣傳，杜德偉被安排扮演麥可身邊的將軍保鑣，超近距離接觸偶像，杜德偉回憶：「被他第一個眼神電暈、緊張地手腳不聽使喚！」

「邪惡的言語，沒把你擊垮，故步自封的環境，沒讓你腐化；你走在前方，堅定而明亮，你把迷霧打開，癒合無助的傷。」杜德偉與詞曲人黃婷、朱敬然分享與麥可的獨家互動，3人聯手創作向一代巨星致敬。

「這個黑人小男孩才大我3歲，但他唱歌跳舞樣樣都很厲害！如果沒有他，我可能不會進演藝圈。」杜德偉40年前開始注意麥可，1984年和1992年分別在溫哥華、日本欣賞麥可演出，他毫不掩飾崇拜情結稱：「我的舞蹈全部是他的影子。」

麥可過世時，杜德偉斥資百萬邀大陸鑄銅大師黃河打造一比一麥可銅像，更大手筆邀請麥可家人從美國前來參加紀念儀式，「可能很多人還不知道，MJ其實是我和Ice的媒人。」杜德偉當時想拍攝一部紀念偶像的紀錄片，輾轉找上嬌妻Ice當導演，兩人進而成為終身伴侶。杜德偉為新專輯台港兩地奔波，Ice聚少離多，目前尚未傳出做人成功喜訊。
