史諾登：美殺他亦無法掩飾真相

美國前中央情報局雇史諾登表示，即使美國政府囚禁或殺害他，也不能掩蓋事實真相，不能阻止真相曝光。

史諾登在英國衛報網站首先解答他為什麼選擇在香港爆料，美國政府入侵香港的研究設施及大學的問題。有網友也問他，他現在擁有多少機密文件，有多少人擁有文件？如果他出現任何狀況，這些文件是否仍會存在等問題？

史諾登說，美國政府對任何揭密的人，會立即採取行動，他沒有在美國得到公平審訊的任何機會。美國會宣布他叛國。他指出，這不是司法正義，任何人如自願投入這張羅網，將十分愚蠢。而他在監獄外可以做得更多。

史諾登表示，他沒有揭發美國針對合理軍事目標監控的情況。他想指出國家安全局入侵民營設施，例如大學及醫院等，是十分危險的，也是錯誤的目標。如入侵行動有任何技術問題，這些機構的主要系統將會崩塌。而美國國會沒有向這些國家宣戰，這些國家大部分更是美國的盟友。美國國家安全局在沒有得到公眾的容許下，進行網絡行動，影響數以百萬的無辜的人。

他表示，即使美國政府囚禁或殺害他，也無法掩蓋事實真相，不能阻止真相曝光。

高速公路超車糾紛　 一路嗆聲引發鬥毆砸車

【林錫淵／高雄報導】兩名男子昨天中午各自駕車通過國道中山高速公路南下岡山收費站後，因相互超車還按喇叭，雙方互看不順眼，打開車窗互嗆輸贏，吳男（23歲）不爽打電話撂人支援，與陳姓男子（35歲）一路嗆到下高速公路到高市前鎮區中山、五甲路口停車，兩人下車互毆，不久李男三名友人趕到，持球棒將陳男打到在地，再砸毀陳男轎車車窗，並持摺疊刀將四個輪胎刺破，警方獲報趕到，雙方互控傷害，陳男並提毀損告訴，警方將雙方人馬都依法送辦。

【林浩昇／台北報導】Lexus近日推出全新IS小型豪華房車，擁著全新運動造型及拿手的油電科技，並以入門價169萬元搶市，可說攪動同級距豪華房車市場一池春水，而雙B的同級距車款，為了鞏固原有客源，近日也動作頻頻。
 
BMW 3系列房車在6月除了延續原有316i月付1萬5000元輕鬆入主、附送5萬元精品保養券優惠（定價168萬元），還另外針對318d柴油車型，推出4萬 元升級12萬元Sport Line跑車套件優惠，僅限量100台（定價183萬元）。
 
另外賓士旗下主力C-Class車款，本月起也有配備上的加值調整，入門C180、C180 Estate新增電動調整駕駛座椅，價格仍維持188萬元、198萬元；至於中階車款C 200 Classic、C 220 CDI標準版、C 220 CDI Classic，及旅行車款C 220 CDI Estate、C 200 Estate皆升級價值超過7萬元以上的AMG車身套件（車價介218~238萬元之間）。

我某一首歌 原本是用A專輯圖片

可是我要改成B專輯圖片時 手機總是顯示A專輯圖片

但是"其他歌卻沒有這個問題"

歌刪掉 重抓 手機還是一樣顯示A專輯圖片

而且沒放專輯圖片 手機卻會顯示A專輯圖片

不管怎麼用 手機就是顯示A專輯圖片

之前也發生過這種事情 我把手機重新設定(重灌)才好的

我是用千千靜聽輸入專輯圖片 因為很方便

《有頂天家族》動畫期間限定景點巴士於京都正式上路

　　在 7 月份將於日本開播的動畫《有頂天家族》，於 6 月 12 日起的 3 個月之間，推出了將在京都市中定點巡迴的宣傳巴士，遊客可藉此遊覽動畫中的京都風光。

　　由曾經創作過《四疊半宿舍，青春迷走》的京都出身小說家森見登美彥於 2008 年獲得書店大獎第 3 名的作品《有頂天家族》所改編的同名動畫，敘述在由人類、狸貓、天狗三種勢力所組成的這世界中，生活在京都森林中的狸貓名門下鴨家一家之主總一郎，遭遇人類毒手被煮成貍鍋，剩下一家老小，分別是有責任心的長男，變成青蛙不肯出井底的次男，喜歡有趣事物，愛惡作劇的三男與膽小變身還會露出尾巴的四男，再加上迷戀寶塚的母親，與對立的夷川家狸貓、天狗和還有人類之間發生的故事。本作的人物原案還找來了《絕望先生》的作者久米田康治，動畫則由曾製作過《花開物語》的 P.A. Works 負責。

　　於去年 9 月第一次舉辦的「京都國際動漫節」，號稱是西日本規模最大的有關動畫漫畫的慶典。於是今年再接再厲將在 9 月 7 日、8 日再度舉辦「京都國際動漫節 2013」。這次京都動漫節與以京都為故事背景的動畫《有頂天家族》合作，推出宣傳巴士，於 6 月起的 3 個月間，宣傳巴士將會在京都市內行駛循環路線，去參加動漫節的人，就有機會坐上「有頂天巴士」。

　　另外在 6 月 16 日，《有頂天家族》也會舉行先行上映活動。除了聲優與製作人員之外，出身京都就讀京都大學又以京都為的原作者森見登美彥也會出席活動，而這也是首次有動漫相關的活動，在日本現存歷史最為悠久的京都南座劇場舉行。

　　電視動畫《有頂天家族》將於 7 月 7 日起在日本播出。

我記得我在夢裡【拿著個有綠色花斑的玻璃水壺，從廁所門口走入廁所，有一面大玻璃，只照到上半身，後來我側面望著“鏡中的我”，我是無表情的、但是“鏡中的我”突然邪惡的笑，最後我和“鏡中的我”都舉高了玻璃水壺把手倒進口裡。。。】

就是這樣，這個夢煩了我很久，求解夢

中法鬥「反傾銷」　急進紅酒備儲糧

浪漫的庭園婚禮，怎能沒有一杯香醇葡萄酒？要兼顧荷包跟面子，這對新人，選擇中低價位的法國紅酒，大宴賓客。莊園餐廳業者：「這都是我們婚宴喝掉的酒，大概一年得消耗掉將近上萬瓶吧，佔掉我們全年利潤1/3。」

莊園1/3營收，都靠紅酒，大陸有7成紅酒經銷商，都跟法國生意，身為其中之一的莊園主人，對於大陸對歐盟啟動的葡萄酒反傾銷反補貼「雙反」調查，實在憂心忡忡。

記者：「這酒窖有多大？」莊園餐廳業者：「這酒窖有400平米，大概有80%都銷售歐盟國家的酒，先進了40尺集裝箱，這一個櫃的酒，這大概有13000瓶。」

擔心成本增加，一口氣進貨5倍，眼下一年倉儲成本，就增加10幾萬人民幣，再到北京葡萄酒貨色最齊全的精品超市。精品超商業者：「它的價格帶99元，這也是99元，也就是說，它還是偏價格帶比較低的酒，它的量走得更高。」

熱賣葡萄酒超過一半，都是法國來的，超商採購人員也擔心，「雙反調查」影響銷量，不過零售業還在為未來市場眉頭緊皺時，大陸最大的進口葡萄酒網路平台，因為消費者預期心理，業績先傳捷報。

酒美網CEO呂意德：「跟去年同期比的話，可能增長20%到30%，法國那邊的酒商，主要向中國銷售葡萄酒的酒商，現在是比較恐慌的。」

一面應付法國酒莊打來的「固樁」電話，一面已經開始調整中長期採購策略，以往大陸進口歐盟紅酒，光是法國、西班牙、義大利、德國，就佔96%，幾乎全拿，法國內銷市場急速萎縮，人均葡萄酒飲酒量從160公升驟降，僅剩1/4，法國人沒喝掉的葡萄酒，本來都寄望要到大陸人的餐桌上。

上游經銷商：「我們總是要做生意，中國大陸葡萄酒市場那麼大，我們肯定會考慮到第三方世界國家的酒了，比如說智利的、南非的。」

新世界葡萄酒品牌不如歐盟「老字號」響亮，但歐盟葡萄酒本來關稅就不低，讓新生趁勢竄起，紐西蘭葡萄酒，2008年在大陸只創下440萬美元市場，2011年已有1850萬美元實力，增長幅度320%，紐西蘭零關稅，成為競爭力，智利也積極洽談，加拿大、南非對大陸銷售，年年成長50%，這還只佔南非紅酒市場的1%，勞動價格相對低廉，加上簽有自由貿易協定，新世界的紅酒，正以「物美價廉」虎視眈眈準備「補位」，但歐盟岌岌可危的，還不只中低價位紅酒市場。

紅酒經銷商：「對高端紅酒來說，就是比較慘一點，我一定會把這個量減少的，有的客人肯定受不了。」

主攻高單價紅酒的酒商，準備緊縮進貨，大陸報復歐盟對太陽能產業制裁，拿紅酒當反制籌碼，進口紅酒單價雖短時間內不會巨幅上漲，但大陸紅酒市場，已經一陣騷動，準備面臨「洗牌大戰」。

矽格19日除息 殖利率逾7%居封測業之冠

IC封測廠矽格（6257）訂19日除息，由每股配息2.1元，以今日收盤價27.9元計算，殖利率逾7.5%，居封測業之冠。

矽格首季合併麥瑟營運，毛利率低於法人預期，但公司強調第2季動能逐月穩定提升，下半年通訊、利基型記憶體、電源管理晶片及功率放大器等客戶下單預估仍樂觀，不僅本季營收和毛利率可望逐步回升；法人預估有機會回復到24%到26%的水準。

隨下半年蘋果、三星及宏達電等相繼導入全新802.11acWiFi晶片，預料將掀起一波無線晶片替換潮，預料將為WiFi晶片帶來強勁成長動能。

矽格表示，目前WiFi晶片及相關網通晶片營收占比高達40%到45%，是矽格營運主力。

矽格樂觀看待下半年營運將優於上半年。因殖利率佳，且股款7月5日即可收到，今日吸引長線投資買盤承接，買盤強勁，使矽格股價不畏外資賣壓，仍大漲逾3%，收27.9元，上漲0.9元。

台遠傳推舊機回收 廢鐵變新機

【大紀元6月17日報導】（中央社記者江明晏台北17日電）遠傳電信率先推出「舊機估價買回服務」，除了回饋社會做環保，也加速遠傳2G用戶轉移至3G。

根據IDC報告指出，智慧型手機年出貨量首次超過功能手機，創市際市場研究顧問公司調查也發現，近半數(47%)民眾在手機仍可使用的情形下就會更換新機；對於舊手機的處置，60%的民眾會「單純留著」，31%會「給親朋好友使用」，29%則會「資源回收」。

遠傳表示，觀察到舊手機汰換問題可能造成消費者心中負擔和環保隱憂，率先推出「舊機估價買回服務」，並搭配限時優惠活動，鼓勵民眾至門市用舊機換購新機。

舉例來說，民眾拿著iPhone 4S(16GB)換購iPhone 5(16GB)，只要綁約遠傳月租1158元，新機9400元可扣抵8000元的舊機費用，購機費用實際支付為1400元。

遠傳電信營銷長鄭智衡表示，遠傳從 4月起不再引進2G手機，這次推出限時舊機換新機活動，除了回饋社會做環保，也加速遠傳2G用戶轉移至3G，回收的舊機則提供給二手市場或環保廠商。

鄭智衡指出，遠傳近年積極打造「360度門市心服務」，年底前泛遠傳通路將達1000家，先前在西門町開設的特色店，目前假日業績是一般門市的 2倍，遠傳將在第 3季再推新的特色店。

鄭智衡表示，遠傳用戶4月正式突破700萬大關，但觀察使用中低階智慧機用戶，有不少都選擇吃到飽的高資費型，而越來越多老客戶則改用非吃到飽型，整體而言，遠傳的每戶貢獻金額(Arpu)並沒下降。對未來4G收費原則，遠傳也傾向採取分級收費、使用者付費的概念。

遠傳預計8月初，跟進開賣宏達電蝴蝶機升級版Butterfly s。

【短片】黑男白女打野炮　警察來才拔套

【綜合報導】台中公園前天清晨上演活春宮，台中一所私立科技大學的兩名交換學生到夜店狂歡後意猶未盡，跑到台中公園涼亭「打野炮」，由於當時天剛亮，早起運動的阿公、阿嬤看到一名黑人男子褲子脫一半壓在一名白人女子身上，還不時發出「嗯嗯啊啊」的聲音，莫不臉紅心跳，還有人拿起手機拍照，直到警方到場，男子才脫下保險套並穿上褲子。

警方查出兩人都是外籍交換學生，都擁有中文姓名，男子姓蔡（19歲）是美國籍，女子姓吳（18）是巴西籍，兩人供稱是男女朋友，從夜店出來後到公園休息，但辯稱只有接吻。
 
不過，警方查扣蔡男脫下的保險套，蔡男還脫口說出「戴保險套是擔心精液亂噴」，認定兩人當時從事性行為，訊後依妨害風化罪嫌送辦。
