我4月初經朋友介紹到台中一家語言補習班試聽, 這是第一次試聽;
試聽完後, 他們主管就要求要先刷卡劃位,
我那時就有跟她說, 我還沒確定要上課,
她解釋, 沒關係, 我們先劃位, 不過卡, 等我確定要上了再過卡;
結果我回去想了想, 就有告知我在那邊上班的朋友說, 我沒辦法過去上課, 請她幫我刷退;
結果她一直跟他們主管催, 都說有在處理, 但一直到現在都沒退回來;
銀行也過卡, 入賬了, 帳單我這邊已經先繳掉了;
據我朋友轉告, 她主管說5/28就已經辦刷退了, 但是我跟她要刷退單據, 都一直沒給, 我想她們補習班是想擺爛的樣子;
這怎麼辦? 有辦法申訴嗎?
我只去試聽過一次,之後就沒再去過了

遠傳董事長徐旭東今天表示，安倍推三箭計畫提振經濟，台灣也可以有五箭或六箭，多刺激經濟是好的，他同時建議政府應更積極發展軟體產業。

徐旭東今天主持遠傳股東會，會後談及日本提振經濟及年輕人薪資問題時提到，雖然從國際局勢來看，美國復甦沒有很快，中國成長有放緩的跡象，歐洲還是有點問題，不過台灣下半年零售不看淡。日本政府推出安倍三箭政策，台灣也可以有五箭或六箭，拉抬整體經濟動能，台灣體系是健康的，一個經濟體系就是要往前走，公共建設可以多做一點，多刺激一下經濟。建議政府可以從經濟體系、外匯存底、經濟結構和公共建設等多方面來進行。

受到大陸經濟疲軟影響，5月廣義貨幣供應量（M2）增速稍有回落，路透引述平安證券固定收益部研究主管石磊認為，這表示實體經濟仍處低迷。

中國人民銀行（大陸央行）日前公布數據顯示，今年5月M2餘額為人民幣104.21兆元（約新台幣510兆元），較去年5月增加15.8%，低於路透預期的15.9%。狹義貨幣（M1）則僅較去年同期增長11.3%。

廣發銀行金融市場部高級交易員顏岩指出，雖然M2未來會隨基數影響自然回落，但想接近成長13%的調控目標，仍需透過產業政策或價格水準調節，預料近期不會有大規模刺激經濟政策出現。

南投縣中興新村的荷花，近年成為中部地區知名的賞荷花首選，隨著天氣漸漸升溫，中興新村的荷花已經開花超過三成，從6月9日起，更是南投市荷花季的開場，而主角當然也是中興新村的荷花池。

雖然包括南投縣水里等觀光地區，都有大大小小的荷花池，不過南投市中興新村已經儼然成為中部地區賞荷的代表，中興新村荷花池有兩處可以觀賞，一處在中興新村入口省府路旁的椰林大道旁，另一處則位於省政資料館後方的庭園內。

每年從五、六月開始，荷花池陸續妝點上紅色的彩妝，粉白色荷花在綠葉襯托下，特別鮮嫩，中興新村的荷花有大賀蓮與見蓮佔大宗，其中大賀蓮顏色桃紅，花枝高於葉面之上，最吸引人的視線。

見蓮則通常隱於綠葉之下，需要細心去發現，見蓮的花瓣較圓，花期長達五個月，蓮蓬似斗型，也特產清甜的蓮子，這兩種荷花都都是台灣常見，目前已經開花超過三成。

中興新村過去在省府時期就是一個極具特色的地方，這裡包含了眷村文化、歷史建築以及特有的人文風情，獨特的人文氣息，讓圓環旁的椰林大道的蓮花池，更具有不只是自然景觀的豐富內涵。

省府路兩旁的老椰子樹，伴隨中興新村走過有四、五十年的歲月，加上荷花盛開讓椰林大道成為鮮明的印象，也成為吸引遊客的絕佳景點。不論是漫步其中，或在沿途的咖啡店中點上一杯咖啡，坐下賞荷都各有意境。

今年配合荷花季，在椰林大道進行人行道和荷花池景觀新建工程，並將損壞多年的傳統噴泉重新打造成七彩照明及水霧噴泉，讓中興新村成為更具夏季風情的景點。
