由於前2回合因為天氣因素都各自順延1天，因此台灣時間今晚將先進行第3回合賽事， 結束後球員們稍做休息，將重新編組立刻進行第4回合，LPGA官方希望能在美國當地時 間周日1天內順利打完最後的36洞，依照規定，只要是四大賽事都必須打完72洞才能算 是正式成績。

沒有雷，純推荐! 在IMAX下檔前，今晚去美麗華衝了第五次。 從來沒有一部電影能讓我衝到第五次的，上一次重覆看電影還是N年前國中的時候…… 我對JJ這位導演真的很佩服， 倒不是他拍出了什麼很深的意境，而是他真的拍出了一部大家可以各取所需的片。 前面完全沒看過也可以感受到它的爽度、老放也不會覺得被拋棄、 想娛樂它很娛樂、想看漂亮畫面它也很漂亮、 喜歡帥哥的滿艦橋都是(連壞蛋都帥)、 喜歡美女的每集都安排身材超棒的正妹只穿內衣給你看、 偏好熱血友情大家向夕陽奔跑吧的觀眾可以跑個十圈、 要燃燒腐魂的朋友們也有充足的燃料讓大家直接核爆、 想看劇情的雖然有些老梗但也都很緊湊地鋪了個十足十、 就連想看3D技術的它IMAX也應用得很好。 今天第五次在戲院裡我又哭了，那個經典畫面總讓我想起系列作的第二集， 那個猜測是真的，換個時空就會被驗證了，雖然坦白說自己也有小小的腐魂可燃燒， 但小時候在腐化前我就已經喜歡上ST了， 於是單單成員間的友情就能讓我噴個十公里淚水， 雷達不用開出來都沒關係。 這兩次看完時我都在想，如果我是老史巴克，看到這些年輕的伙伴奔向星之大海、 他們之間發生的種種故事、他們的成長，心中該會有多麼百感交集。 物是人是，但光陰全非，即使他不在這裡，瓦肯人的長壽也早就註定他最後要孤獨了， 每每思及此，就覺得老史巴克這個角色的堅強令人好心疼。 真的很感謝這群演員和工作人員，給了我們一部好片，尤其是導演。 ………好啦雖然我知道他根本是個STAR WAR的大放，但這真是部好戲XDDD (那個克林貢星球小艇追遂從畫面上看根本就很STAR WAR~~XD但很精彩無誤!) 錯過真的很可惜，非IMAX也好、二輪也好，各位朋友請不要錯過， 一起進電影院感受一下星空深處的熱血與夢想吧!! -- PS其實我從三刷後就開始想寫心得，可是因為梗真的好多，怎麼寫都會超長XDDD 想必會讓人看得很煩~"~就單純只推推了XD 請大家樓頂糾樓咖、阿爸糾阿媽，給好片支持一下吧!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.166.162.123

桃園縣文化局當代水墨展以宏觀視野，比較台灣和國際水墨畫藝術發展特色。 記者鄭國樑／攝影

桃園縣文化局昨天起至23日，舉辦「溫故知新」台北當代水墨雙年展，局長張壯謀說，這次美展以宏觀的角度介紹現代水墨的發展、台灣和國際當代水墨畫現況互相比較分析，藉由水墨發展的趨勢，提升台灣當代的水墨創作。

張壯謀表示，這次展覽共展出8國不同文化背景的水墨畫作，包括桃園縣在國際上知名的水墨畫家劉國松、黃光男、袁金塔、羅芳、嚴雋泰，香港王無邪、杜之外、康雁屏、管偉邦，大陸華之寧、劉子健、王璜生、張詮、李軍，韓國李根雨、金修珍、卜順哲，美國林延、瑞典姜瑾、法國詩藍、荷蘭馬蕙等，有60多件作品。

參展藝術家袁金塔表示，台灣水墨畫傳承中國水墨畫，對西方的吸收也絕不是「表象的移植」，況且西方文化也有它的矛盾與危機，適不適合台灣，大家都應以高度「自覺性」來檢視，能反思、思考，這樣台灣現代水墨畫發展，才能更上層樓。

為了讓民眾更瞭解水墨創作及媒材運用，8日（周六）、9日上午10點至12點，在文化局1樓大廳舉辦兩場親子推廣教育活動：「手抄紙製作與水墨創作」，親子創作活動共25對，限國小三年級以上免費參加，額滿為止。報名專線3322592轉8511張小姐洽詢。

很多學校可以用同等學歷考插大或是申請進入同等的校系年級，
 
大多的學校只要透過申請證明就可以用相同的課程去抵學分，
 
但是還是要看該校系的規定，有些學系還是有必修或是必選修的課程。

大陸銀行旗下的金融租賃公司加入融資租賃行業5年來，業務突飛猛進，但華夏時報點出，這種影子銀行的規模呈現暴增式發展，可能發生系統性風險。

報導稱，銀行旗下金融租賃公司投入市場後，大陸融資租賃行業資產規模邁向人民幣兩兆元大關，僅次於美國，成為全球第二。其中，受銀監會監管的20家金融租賃公司資產規模已超過8,000億元（約新台幣4兆元），5年間暴增28倍。

所謂融資租賃，即產品的所有權在租賃公司，企業按不同時間段付款租用；這是針對企業的新型融資，也是變相盤活資產、拓寬現金流的方式。

依資金來源，融資租賃公司分為外資、內資及銀監會監管的金融租賃公司，資產規模前10名多數來自銀行；目前破千億的銀行金融租賃公司包括工銀租賃、民生租賃和國銀租賃，其中國銀租賃以1340.34億元成為大陸最大的融資租賃公司。

銀行旗下的金融租賃公司僅用5年時間，凈利潤便高達數億甚至十幾億元。去年，國銀租賃、民生租賃、工銀租賃、華融租賃的獲利都超過10億元，居行業前列。

瘋狂融資做大的同時，各種風險已若隱若現。交銀租賃總經理陳敏強調，「不看誰活得好，看誰活得久」。國銀租賃董事長王翀也表明，應該重新審視自身定位，避免業務過度競爭帶來的風險。

大陸銀監會規定，金融租賃公司經營槓桿上限為12.5倍，到第1季末，各家公司都已超過上限，急而補充資本金。銀監會前副主席蔡鄂生也曾表示，目前中長期業務居多的模式也存在流動性風險，需要考慮中長期的資金來源問題。

流動性風險之外，融資租賃行業也面臨經濟周期系統性風險。工程機械租賃業務自去年以來逾期還款不斷增加；另外，部分企業將已破舊的舊設備「包裝」進行超額融資。
