想吃玉里鎮的好米，現在只要上網訂購，一次可買足來自不同稻農與品牌、不同米系的玉里好米產品，而且保證是當期採收現碾、不摻舊米或外地米的玉里米。

玉里鎮公所昨天宣告，跨品牌、融匯不同米系的認證玉里米網購平台「玉里飯桌」（http://yulirice.tw）開始上線販售，這也是全台第一個產區原生的認證米網購平台。

玉里鎮公所去年底推出玉里米認證標章，保證民眾吃下肚的是來自玉里鎮的無毒好米，未來鎮公所還會研發出從標章可看稻米履歷，包括農友資料及如何種出好米的背景故事，增加玉里米的附加價值。

玉里鎮稻米種類豐富，經過認證的好米包括台梗2號、4號、高雄139號等6種主力米系，經過鎮公所全程監督，也通過玉里鎮稻米檢驗站的無毒測試，才包裝上網接受訂購。

發表會上，鎮公所邀請知名烹飪老師李梅仙示範荷葉飯及炒飯，李梅仙稱讚玉里米口感特殊，除了有花香味，稠性及彈性，都跟西部的稻米大不相同，有其獨特之處，的確是「好山好水，農民好種米。」

獲得去年十大經典好米的農友鍾錦海說，玉里米好吃在於花東地區工業密度低，天然環境優良，尤其縱谷兩側有中央山脈及海岸山脈，露水乾涸的較慢，稻子可以慢慢吸收水分，米粒才會生得晶瑩剔透。

鎮長劉德貞說，消費者透過「玉里飯桌」網購平台，不但能買到有保證的「正港」當期玉里米，還可參考網站資訊，規畫一趟玉里稻鄉之旅，走訪產區，體驗稻香風情。

（法新社莫斯科19日電） 裝載45隻老鼠和15隻蠑螈等小動物的俄羅斯太空艙，完成繞行地球一個月任務後今天返回地表。這項實驗目的在測試生物承受長期飛行的狀況，結果大部分動物都沒能熬過漫長旅程。

除了45隻老鼠大部分在任務過程中喪命，八隻沙鼠和15隻蠑螈也都沒能挺過來，科學家說，死因是裝備故障或太空生活的壓力。然而，這次任務帶回一些資料，科學家希望能為載人探測火星任務鋪路。

俄羅斯太空任務控制中心（Russian MissionControl）說，Bion-M太空艙在特殊降落傘系統輔助下，平穩降落在莫斯科東南約1200公里的奧倫堡區（Orenburg）。

太空艙在地表上空575公里的軌道繞行地球。太空艙內也有植物和微植物群落。

俄國「進步國家太空研究與生產中心（TsSKB-Progress）部門主管艾布拉希金（ValeryAbrashkin）在太空艙4月發射那天說，這項研究的目的在確定身體如何適應無重力狀態，「以使我們的有機體在長期航行中存活下來」。

科學家表示，因為不可能對目前操作國際太空站（International Space Station）的人員做實驗，所以需要動物實驗。

實驗設計人說，這些實驗主要聚焦在微重力狀態如何影響骨骼和神經系統，以及有機體的肌肉和心臟。

俄國目前預定2030年在月球建立基地，為飛向火星做準備。

中國大陸國務院總理李克強19日訪問印度。實則兩國關係若干領域無法進展，並在許多方面競爭。學者認為，應體認現實，將這視為正常，也不必用威脅或圍堵解讀兩國矛盾。

1個多月前，雙方在拉達克（Ladakh）邊界發生為期近3週對峙。緊張落幕後，李克強19日抵印國是訪問，反映既衝突又合作的國際政治現實。

新德里智庫戰略倡議論壇（Forum for StrategicInitiative）主任賽格爾（Arun Sahgal）說，美國試圖「再平衡」中國大陸的亞太影響力，「若中國太超過（pushing too much），可能把印度推向美國陣營」。他認為，大陸對印度的壓力會有其限度。

而新德里未必得圍堵北京，因為印度「東望政策」（Look East Policy）要成功，應以包容方式發揮作用且須納入大陸。

賽格爾強調，印度並非在東南亞或東亞跟大陸競爭，因為海上交通安全、南海、海上航行及貿易自由，對區域內所有開發中國家都是重要議題，「不該是印度圍堵大陸這樣的議題；印度也不想成為中國對抗（美國）平衡戰略的一部分」。

新德里智庫中國研究所（Institute of ChineseStudies）副主任鄭嘉賓（Jabin T. Jacob）則呼籲外界務實看待兩國關係目前確有若干領域無法進展的現實，「這現實就是，印、中在不同統治方式、政治體制、意識型態下發展，會一直有若干衝突。雖不是有形衝突，這些歧見卻不容易掩蓋或克服，且會持續好幾年」。

他又說，「讓我們實際點，印、中會在許多領域合作，但也會在許多方面競爭、處於醞釀階段，並相互再平衡。重點是，須將這視為正常，若雙方認為這樣就須懷敵意，那就會出問題」。

李克強海外首訪抵印具重要象徵意涵，但鄭嘉賓不忘強調「別把『象徵』這事看太重，我們才剛發生造成倒退的拉達克越界事件，未來也可能再出問題」。

他認為，印度會跟大陸所有鄰國發展關係，但不是為了圍堵北京，而是因跟日本、越南、蒙古等國交往符合利益，「這就跟中國也跟尼泊爾、巴基斯坦、斯里蘭卡交往一樣，不該被解讀成威脅或圍堵」。他又說，如果只為威脅或圍堵大陸才這麼做，那麼它將是非常愚蠢的策略。

對於台灣在印、中關係上扮演的角色，鄭嘉賓說，大陸跟台灣建立經濟關係，印度當然也可在「一個中國」原則下，跟台灣拓展經濟和政治關係，「相信北京有足夠彈性可接受」。

「一中」字眼是否出現李克強與印度總理曼莫漢（Manmohan Singh）聯合聲明中？鄭嘉賓說，「不提『一中』不代表新德里政策改變；若只在任何聲明中加入『一中』，也不代表我們因此就不改善跟台灣的關係」。
