立院三讀 內部控制聲明書申報與財報同步

立法院院會今天(21日)三讀通過「證券交易法第14條修正案」，將內部控制聲明書申報期限改為會計年度終了後3個月內，與年度財務報告申報日期同步。

立法院在2010年6月修正證交法第36條，將年度財務報告申報日期由會計年度終了後4個月內改為3個月內，但內部控制聲明書申報期限未同步修正，導致內部控制聲明書申報可能晚於財務報告。

為使兩者同步，以促進公司健全經營與財務可靠性，立法院三讀通過相關法條修正，將內部控制聲明書申報期限改為會計年度終了後3個月內，與年度財務報告申報日期同步。

莊智淵、陳建安奪金拿90萬 體育署拒加碼

莊智淵、陳建安首度在世界桌球錦標賽奪金，振奮人心！不過，依現行規定，只能獲得九十萬元國光獎金，引起不少人抱屈，對此，教育部體育署長何卓飛表示，這是依照國光體育獎章獎勵相關辦法頒發，不會因為個案加碼。(陳映竹報導)

莊智淵與陳建安在巴黎世界桌球錦標賽奪得金牌，阻擋中國連霸，讓國人感到驕傲。不過依照「國光獎章」的賽事分級，奧運得金牌可獲一千兩百萬元，在亞運得金牌可獲三百萬元，奧運比賽種類的世錦賽第一名可得三百萬，但北京奧運之後，已經取消桌球雙打賽，因此，這回莊智淵與陳建安兩人只能領取九十萬元獎金。

從三月份的棒球經典賽，到這回的桌球世錦賽，凸顯國光獎章制度僵化，體育署長何卓飛表示，不會因為個案加碼獎金，不過，運動賽會經常有變化，針對這部分正進行修改。

何卓飛說，近日即將召開第三次聽證會，廣泛採納專家和體育專業人士的意見，新的獎章制度預定在七月修正公布。

離譜！復興航空發動機起火　隱瞞失速迷航罔顧72乘客性命

去年5月2日，一架復興航空由台北飛往馬公的班機，發生發動機起火事件，導至訊號異常，民航局還曾以「相當不尋常」來形容該次意外。該架班機起飛10分鐘後就被迫返航，經過1年的調查，飛安會20日公布調查報告指出，該班機的飛航組員隱瞞航管人員，還一度出現迷航、未設定失速警告等，程序明顯缺失。

復興航空編號B-22810、ATR-72型GE515的班機，去年5月2日由松山機場飛往馬公，不料在起飛約10分鐘後左右，飛機警示燈亮起、訊號出現異常，經過調查發現，飛機左發動機葉片產生縮恐缺陷，導致「疲勞裂痕」而產生油管斷裂，大量滑油從斷裂口向後噴出，造成發動機火警。

復興飛航組員發現之後，立即滅火，並申請返航，但班機返航後，機組人員並未告知發動機失火的情況，未能及時讓機場管制人員進行後續的協助和判斷。該班機返航時，還一度航向接近大屯山區、高度過低，導致拉高重飛時，只剩單發動機馬力不足，出現3次失速警告，增加降落時的風險。

飛安會介入調查後，20日公布調查結果。當時包括機上乘客和機組人員共76人，驚險度過一場「空中驚魂記」，旅客回想當時仍飽受驚嚇，直呼返航過程「飛機一直上上下下很可怕」。飛安會分別對民航局和復興航空提出17項飛安改善建議，民航局也會根據報告調查機組人員是否有違反規定，若確實有重大疏失，將會處新台幣6萬至30萬元罰款。

Firefox OS 手機動手玩：手機之外的各種可能

44aacaee8ff8cbdc3d272e01277b8df4 筆者曾經將 HTC HD2 刷上 Firefox OS 來進行把玩，但執行效果不太順暢，在 JSDC 會場上，筆者把玩到了由 ZTE 中興所生產的 Native Firefox OS 手機，果然有 Tune 過的有差，以入門規格來說速度十分不俗，同時也向 Mozilla 詢問到了更多細節。

台灣 Mozilla 美商謀智是 Firefox OS 的開發重鎮，當然在攤位上少不了展示自家的開發成果。雖然拿出來的不是最近正夯的 Geeksphone，但 ZTE 所開發的這隻入門手機可能會更接近於 Firefox OS 所要攻佔的族群：便宜、入門、夠用。

ZTE 這款手機還是開發中的機種，內載的 Firefox OS 亦然，但運行速度已經十分不俗，較筆者之前刷的 HTC HD2 好上不少。ZTE 這款開發手機硬體規格僅僅只有 480x320 解析度，256 mb ram。

雖然這台工程機上頭還是有四顆類似 Android 的四天王按鍵，但在正式上市時所有的 Firefox OS 手機都只會有一顆回首頁的 Home 鍵。而 Mozilla 也表示，今年最先正式上市的地區會是從巴西開始，再來則是歐洲，亞洲這邊也還在積極洽談中。筆者詢問是否有台灣手機廠商推出的計畫，Moziila 沒有給予正面的回應，科科。但讓人感到有意思的是，Mozilla 同時也說聯絡的廠商不只是手機廠商，也有在其他裝置上運行 Firefox OS 的計畫。筆者詢問是否有發佈「Firefox OS 平板」甚至「Firefox OS 相機」的可能？ Moziila 回答說類似的提案都有在積極的洽談中，敬請期待。

如果 Firefox OS 有進軍嵌入式市場的話，那就給人更大的想像空間：Firefox OS 目前看來最大的優勢是需求規格低、開發 APP 使用網路技術（HTML5、JS、CSS 等），或許是嵌入電視牆或是廣告牆的優良選擇？但在沒正式上市之前這些都只是空想而已。

大家好

近來看了幾間房屋

發現都剛轉手沒有多久

我想問的是

奢侈稅根本沒有多大效應阿

因為

看了一間房子才隔不到3個月就要轉賣

3個月前轉移為500W

現在喊價730W

我問了仲介

他說當初那個有辦自住所以課不到奢侈稅

但是我心理想...

這樣價格不就層層碟上去了

好失落喔~~~

仲介只要找到一個人頭且辦理自住

這樣價格就可以提高咧

玩家主城　去拜訪好友吧
　　在《將神》中，隨著玩家等級提升，能對自己的主城進行建設的建物數也會增加。遊戲中所需的每一項資源，舉凡招募武將所需的將魂、或是強化裝備的強化石、銘石，幾乎都可透過玩家主城取得。若是玩累了想休息一下，可以進入玩家主城，點擊「府邸」進入修煉模式來掛網取得經驗。

　　另外在玩家主城中有個秘寶商人，每隔一段時間會刷新商品，當玩家突然需要大量的資源時，也許秘寶商人就幫的上忙哦！當然玩家除了能在自己的主城中活動外，也是能拜訪好友的主城的，可在好友的主城中協助生產、順手牽羊、送花給朋友、或是幫忙擊殺魔王哦！


若是某些角度不好點的話，可以使用滑鼠來轉動鏡頭哦！


同盟系統　一起呼朋引伴吧
        同盟系統類似大家所熟知的公會，玩家可尋找志同道合的朋友一起加入。同盟中提供抽獎獎勵，透過每人一天一次的捐獻，同盟等級會漸漸提升，抽獎獎勵也會越來越好。除此之外，同盟系統鼓勵玩家互相合作，在幫助別人的同時也能得回饋，例如幫盟友澆灌也能獲得同盟貢獻值。


星靈系統　開啟強大的天賦
　　星靈系統中，每一次的升級對玩家整體戰力有很大的幫助，除了基本能力的直接強化外，還能取得新的主角戰技，新的主角職業，讓玩家在進行隊伍組合時更具彈性。升級星靈所需的資源為戰魂，戰魂的取得管道很多，有時也能直接從秘寶商人的神秘商店中買到哦！

雖然晚了一點 不過想分享一下在下最近過赫拉的小心得 這邊都是以根性隊挑戰，當然如果能夠組成高倍率秒殺隊會是更快 先貼隊形 這個組合是從根性虹晶隊衍生來的 http://ppt.cc/~vRN 水奶回復700up 中惡魔滿技 好友超低等大蛇http://ppt.cc/DK5C 這我想不用多說，根性應該都無腦過 第二次就不是了 http://ppt.cc/l_v0 看圖已在接關 不過也是預料中 這邊要討論該放棄還是燒石接關 重點在了解每個小怪的攻擊回合跟血 小惡魔1 中惡魔2 魔劍3 我的例子是 初始遇到cd1小惡 3魔劍 所以我第三回起，每三回合會被同時攻擊 而我有cd5中惡魔 所以能在第5回合打掉小惡(約一半血) 再下去就是第9回合有歷龍 就上圖的情況 其實我努力在三回合就已經打超過一半 所以燒一石就安全... 1中惡1劍的話 6回合同攻一次 要算一下自身攻擊力 如果是同回合中惡魔或魔劍 那就有得燒了 請自行斟酌 而為什麼想要帶歷龍 血高讓隊伍很難組成 除了9cd在第一關用外 就是以下的情況 1. http://ppt.cc/A_bG 2. http://ppt.cc/YMsk 1.聽說會有5小惡魔 所以遇到多個小惡魔 噴下去就對了 另外建議選光或暗，避免攻擊被減半 2.是排珠還遇到天降神珠，讓我在高血就通關 虹晶完全失效 歷龍主動技噴小怪夠痛 可以挽救一些失誤 過完前四關就是無腦轉珠啦 不過無腦還是要小心 赫拉和維納斯都是每回合攻擊 手滑就是一石 第一次過就是轉到無聊 一邊看新聞 右手酸了換左手 一石就不見了.... 真虧了有好運開局 有虹晶的高破壞力 一輪不會到極久 大約1小時 比其他磨隊快些 想得到的一些要素都寫上啦 希望能幫上有需要的人 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.251.183.105
