彰化縣埤頭、田尾、溪州及北斗等地，近來頻傳農田馬達竊案，農民叫苦連天，轄區的北斗警分局昨宣布逮捕1名竊賊，另起獲2具馬達。但農民氣竟只抓到1人，要警再追查逮賊，怒吼「抓到先揍一頓！」

農民指出，竊賊已大規模找馬達下手行竊，應是集團作案。縣議員李俊諭今天邀請20幾名受害農民與警方，在埤頭鄉崙子社區召開公聽會，農民要求，警方簡化竊案報案流程及增設監視器。

【金屬盤後】金跌銅漲

（中央社台北2013年5月18日電）國際金價挫跌，創下4年來最長跌勢，主要因美元升抵34個月高點，以及美國聯邦準備理事會（Fed）官員表示，美國貨幣刺激政策規模可能在數個月內縮減。

舊金山聯邦準備銀行總裁威廉斯（John Williams）16日表示，聯準會最早可能在第3季開始減碼每月購債金額後，美元兌1籃子主要貨幣攀抵2010年7月以來最高水準。證交所交易產品（FTP）持有的黃金部位自2月中旬以來，逐週遞減。

駐紐約多倫多道明證券公司（TD Securities）副總裁史蓋卡洛西（Steve Scacalossi）在報告中表示，隨著全球股市迭創新高，法人投資撤離黃金市場，加上央行的刺激措施逐步從美國經濟退場，黃金市場面臨逆風。在美元走堅的環境下，金價難有表現。

紐約6月期金收盤挫1.6%，每盎司報1364.70美元，連續7個交易日下跌，改寫2009年3月以來最長跌勢。金價盤中一度觸及1357.60美元，創4月18日以來低點。

紐約7月期銀收盤跌1.4%，每盎司報22.352美元，本週跌幅擴大至5.5%，創1個月來最大單週跌幅。

紐約6月交割鈀金期貨收盤跌0.1%，每盎司報740.25美元。鈀金價格本週計漲4.9 %，連續4週上漲。根據莊信萬豐集團（Johnson Matthey Plc）13日的報告，鈀金去年供給缺口創2000年以來最大。

紐約7月交割白金期貨收盤跌1.2%，每盎司報1468美元，連續第2週挫跌。

國際銅價連續第2天上揚，主要因中國大陸庫存降至7個月低點，以及美國消費者信心攀抵2007年以來高點。大陸是全球最大銅消耗國。

芝加哥Kingsview Financial策略師齊曼（ MattZeman）指出，倘若庫存下滑，是好徵兆。看來市場已觸底，部分股市熱正擴散至銅市。

紐約7月期銅收盤漲0.9%，每磅報3.323美元。銅價本週計跌0.9%，終結連3週漲勢。紐約期銅今年計跌9%。

倫敦金屬交易所3月期銅收漲0.3%，每噸報7305美元（每磅3.31 美元）。倫敦鋅錫鉛價齊揚，鋁鎳價同跌。（譯者：中央社劉淑琴）

台股早盤欲振乏力，台北外匯市場新台幣兌美元匯率弱勢盤整，中午暫收29.973元，升值7.7分，台北外匯經紀公司成交量6.2億美元。

匯銀人士指出，美元續強，日圓走勢偏弱，台北匯市雖有出口商拋匯，但外商銀行買匯力道積極，新台幣陷入盤整，中午暫收29.973元。

外匯交易員表示，新台幣中午升值7.7分，但若排除央行前一個交易日阻升約1角，新台幣實質匯率走貶。

國際匯市方面，香港及南韓股匯市今天因假期休市一日。台北時間中午12時27分左右的國際匯價，1歐元兌1.2864美元，1美元兌102.30日圓。

台北外匯經紀公司新台幣兌美元匯率今天開盤價為30.060元，盤中最高29.931元、最低30.065元，中午暫收29.973元，升值7.7分，成交金額6.2億美元。

今年台南市馬沙溝濱海游憩區舉辦「一見雙雕藝術季」，但前天卻傳出惡質遊客拿石頭砸毀小熊維尼沙雕作品的憾事。警方昨天獲報後，將調閱監視器畫面追查嫌犯下落。

雲嘉南濱海國家風景區管理處指出，嫌犯利用暗夜闖入遊憩區內，破壞卡通區的作品小熊維尾，該作品利用3噸海沙製作，製作經費估計20萬元，若逮到嫌犯將要求賠償。

【大紀元2013年05月19日訊】(大紀元記者徐乃義台灣桃園報導)桃園縣觀音鄉廣福村17鄰有條五米寬筆直的產業道路，成排的楊梅樹十分青翠，村民劉秀夫發現楊梅樹果實已經熟透掉落滿地；由於楊梅果子並不常見，掉落地上的景象，好像紅色珠子一樣，讓這條小路充滿無限喜氣。

劉秀夫實際參與水保局農村再生培根團隊，親手完成綠美化植樹工程，更經常來為樹澆水除草，當看到部分楊梅樹結果時，他滿心歡喜興奮不已，劉秀夫臉露笑容的說：三年前開通這條產業道路後，廣福社區向水保局提案綠美化工程，村民合力種下108棵的楊梅樹；現在樹已長成，有好棵的楊梅樹已經開花結果，還發現紅色的楊梅果子掉落地上，終於盼到結果了。

文史工作者林新來表示，楊梅俗稱樹梅，屬於楊梅科，算是台灣地區特產果樹之一，楊梅果含有豐富的維他命C，它除了可以生食之外，也可以沾梅粉佐食，口感各有特色。早期民間習慣將成熟的楊梅採集加工，以鹽漬和糖漬方式釀製，亦可製成糖水罐頭、果汁、果醬即果凍等食品；楊梅果子加工糖醃乾燥後稱為樹梅乾，為老少咸宜美味的零嘴，純古法所泡製的楊梅酒，除了品味香醇之外，還是養身的補品。

廣福社區希望能研發更多的楊梅產品，提高該植物的經濟效益，該地居民更希望將這條道路，命名為「揚眉路」，亦謂著揚眉吐氣，更能繁榮地方。

行政院農業委員會今天起實施屠宰場外禁宰活禽政策，昨天在高雄各地傳統市場活雞攤商照常營業，業者說，今天起雞肉照賣，只是不在現場宰殺。

高雄市政府農業局、衛生局從今天起啟動違法屠宰聯合查緝小組，積極稽查，並提供民眾檢舉違法屠宰活禽專線電話，希望透過聯合稽查與民眾提供資訊雙重措施，杜絕禽流感可能經由活禽屠宰擴散的管道。違法屠宰活禽專線電話 (07)7902360。

衛生局疾管處處長蔡武雄說，若查獲有攤商仍設置活禽販售，沒有現場宰殺活禽，僅提供民眾購買回家宰殺，仍有傳染H7N9病毒之虞，可以傳染病防治法第36、37條，處以3000元到1萬5000元。

許多民眾喜歡買現場活殺的雞，昨天有不少民眾詢問是否還賣雞肉，業者說，「照賣啦，只是沒有在現場宰殺，一樣是新鮮的! 」

有土雞城業者憂慮屠宰廠將無法負荷大量代宰訂單，高雄市農業局要大家「不用擔心」，根據市府經發局市場管理處統計，高雄市合法登記的雞肉攤有117家，若以每家每天委託屠宰場殺30隻雞計算，屠宰廠每天得處理3500隻雞，目前高雄地區的電宰廠一天可宰殺2萬5千隻。

也有業者擔心每天委託屠宰場代宰雞隻不多，可能被拒，農業局回應說，已鼓勵攤商直接找有跟雞肉大盤商合作的屠宰場，一次買多一點雞隻，放在冷凍庫，就不必每天都買雞。

高雄市政府農業局提醒消費者購買禽肉時，務必認明「防檢局屠宰衛生合格」標誌，可確保來自於屠宰場，且經防檢局派駐的獸醫師檢查合格的衛生安全肉品。
