只要被發現 不是口誅筆伐 就是告上法院

但為什麼全世界 只有人類虐待動物會被逞罰?

動物虐待 虐殺動物的情形 天天都在發生
獅子 老虎 鬣狗 熊 為了爭地盤 爭交配 爭食物 天天虐殺保育類動物

在非洲哪一隻草食動物被獵殺時 不是被血腥分屍 凌遲數十分鐘才斷氣?

動物學家說: 這叫食物鏈 草食動物天生就是該死 不然肉食動物怎麼活?
人類不得干預

說得既殘忍又振振有詞 天生自然要尊重 不得破壞

既然主流價值觀是這樣
那人類保護動物 愛護動物 尊重動物生命要做啥?

這世界80%以上的動物 都活在野生地方
這80%動物 幾乎天天都在虐殺語被虐殺

請問人類世界中的愛護動物 是不是根本是個笑話?
因為在分分秒秒鐘 你看不到的角落裡 動物虐殺動物的事情 才是自然界的真理?

華爾街日報14日報導，美國第四大行動電話公司T-Mobile US Inc.在開賣蘋果(Apple Inc.)iPhone 5一個月後，本週一悄悄地將售價調高50美元。報導指出，16GB iPhone 5頭期款原本是100美元(兩年內需額外月付20美元)、現已調高至150美元，這使得購機總成本自580美元調高至630美元。相較之下，美國其他電信公司的無約購機價約650美元。

T-Mobile是美國最後一家擁抱iPhone的電信大廠，上個月在發表售價時並未說明100美元是優惠促銷價。T-Mobile的iPhone 4S頭期款為70美元，兩年內需額外月付20美元；iPhone 4頭期款為18美元，兩年內月付15美元。本月初股票價牌的T-Mobile(註：德意志電信擁有74%股權)開賣iPhone的第一個月銷售成績為50萬支。

根據科技研調機構Gartner最新公佈的統計數據，2013年第1季蘋果在全球智慧型手機市場的佔有率自一年前的22.5%降至18.2%。

bgr.com 13日報導，來自美國電信公司AT&T的消息顯示，截至上週為止業界首款內建「Facebook Home」應用程式Android智慧型手機「HTC First」在美國的累計銷售量不到15,000支。Android/Chrome部門主管Sundar Pichai在接受wired.com專訪時表示，他並不認同Mark Zuckerberg(臉書執行長)所謂以人際關係為中心的設計理念。

mashable.com 8日報導，HTC First在美國AT&T官網的兩年綁約價大砍至0.99美元、降幅高達99.72%。AT&T並未說明宏達電這款手機限時優惠的確切截止期限，僅模糊地表示「今天截止」。截至台北時間15日上午9時55分為止，HTC First的兩年綁約價依舊是0.99美元。

中國南方暴雨 10省受災 33人死亡

中國大陸南部地區近日連續暴雨不斷，同時夾雜雷電冰雹，導致10省受災，至少33人死亡，12人失蹤。

報導指出，最近南部各省受對流天氣影響，出現大風豪雨、局部地區還有雷電、冰雹，並引發嚴重水患及土石坍方，造成安徽、福建、江西、湖北、湖南、廣東、廣西、四川、重慶及貴州等十省33人死亡，12人下落不明。

　　《Pirate Rush - A Speed Boat Adventure》是一款相當有趣的航海遊戲，玩家在遊戲中扮演的是一名要救回安妮公主的海盜，但是公主不知道被藏到哪裡去了，我們必須要把散落的地圖碎片收集起來，才能找到被綁走的公主。不過地圖碎片也不是這麼好收集的，你必須要在每個小關卡中，收集到足夠的金幣來兌換成鑽石，而每個大關卡最後找到寶箱時，必須要能夠付出足夠數量的鑽石，才能得到寶箱中的地圖碎片。

　　遊戲中的駕駛效果非常真實，當你轉動方向盤的時候，必須要用點力才會移動，而且不管是轉動或是撞到海中的石頭之類障礙時，整個畫面都會搖晃，玩久了會讓人頭有點暈眩的感覺。


只要沿路找尋金幣吃就好，若有看到磁鐵的話記得要吃，會幫你把周圍的金幣都吸過來


若是時間不夠的話，可以把左下方的速度加快，讓你能順利達到終點


不過看到寶箱之後還是需要付足夠的鑽石給看守海盜，若是不夠的話可以繼續試


收集到足夠的地圖碎片就能找到公主，到底會在哪裡呢？

竹市射箭小將赴美比賽 經費缺百萬

新竹市射箭好手將代表中華隊到美國參賽，卻仍缺100萬元經費，希望企業能協助。

新竹市富禮國中、香山高中、中華大學今年7月將派出8名選手參加美國射箭邀請賽，選手中包含奧運國手譚雅婷，但海外交流經費龐大，目前仍欠缺100萬元，富禮國中校長宋隆文盼企業贊助「未來這些都是奧運可能得奪金選手！」

射箭隊是新竹市強項，不少優秀好手幾乎都出自富禮國中射箭隊。

富禮國中地處偏遠，學生多來自弱勢家庭，96年由射箭國手倪大智開始培訓，加上竹科聯詠科技長期贊助，如今已成台灣女子射箭隊國手搖籃。

射箭隊的4級制布局從香山國小、富禮國中、香山高中到中華大學一條龍，學姊帶學妹，技術不斷精進，讀大一的譚雅婷是我國奧運選手。

富禮國中女子射箭隊在今年全國中等學校運動會中，拿下高中和國中組團體與個人4面金牌，表現亮眼。

昨天射箭隊成員香山高中的喻文奕、林芝渝，和富禮國中的蔡佳芸、李宜嘉，為新竹市風城運動島計畫代言，在全中運拿下射箭金牌的喻文奕及李宜嘉，用箭射下汽球，宣告運動島計畫正式展開。

宋隆文透露，今年富禮國中射箭隊將派出含蓋國高中、大學共8名選手，在7月到美國參加射箭邀請賽，上1屆中華代表隊拿下5金5銀佳績，參加國際賽事的經驗讓選手有更多學習機會，例如譚雅婷就因此奠定了參加奧運的基礎。

但出國比賽8名選手加上教練、領隊費用總共需要117萬元，扣除向新竹市政府預計爭取的16萬元，還有100萬元缺口，希望能有企業贊助，幫助這群未來可能在奧運奪金的選手增加實戰機會。

已故歌后鄧麗君，向來是王菲的偶像，王菲更曾推出一張翻唱鄧麗君的專輯緬懷她。昨（16日）王菲更透過微博，把自己打扮成鄧麗君，神似程度百分百，乍看之下幾可亂真，許多網友當場紛紛幫王菲改名為「王麗君」或「鄧麗菲」。

今年適逢鄧麗君逝世18年，鄧麗君紀念演唱會亦將於本月19日，移師到北京的首都體育館舉行，不過5月16日17點16分，王菲倒是通過微博，搶先曝光她參加紀念演唱會的造型及曲目，並與大家一起分享圖片。（如下圖）

圖片中，有鄧麗君生前未完成的遺作《清平調》的歌詞，以及王菲山寨成鄧麗君的模樣。只見她一頭鄧麗君年代的齊耳卷髮，耳邊也插上一朵白色花朵，雙手托腮，非常漂亮，和鄧麗君早期的一張宣傳照，幾乎完全一樣。

此微博一出，眾網友紛紛表示特別期待兩大天后的「同臺演出」。而王菲也留言道：「謝謝曾經來過，願一直美好。」

而根據鄧麗君胞兄、「鄧麗君文教基金會」董事長鄧長富透露，王菲將在倒數第二個出場，演唱鄧麗君的三、四首作品，也包括鄧麗君生前未完成的遺作《清平調》，屆時兩代天后會以一種特別的方式隔空對唱。

每次看之前都要先提醒自己 心態要正確 不要太認真.....XD 太瑣碎的我就懶得吐了 1. OP前就來兩個爆點是怎樣... 先是黑長直自爆想變有名 搶了台VVV來開 果斷不做人 (目測切開很黑....) 然後跟主角自爆一堆我很可憐巴拉巴拉的東西 博取同情後 就給他咬了下去...?! OP後馬上用男主角身體調戲大小姐?! 還用男主角身體做了各式各樣的事 (C84希望) 話說偶像+蘿蔔 我好怕黑長直到時候在戰場喊「聽我唱歌吧!」之類的話 (眼神死) 2. 想當然緊接著就是修羅場了 但翔子正宮果然不是當假的 馬上識破這不是晴人會做的事 黑長直也很老實交待她的動機 (也太老實了吧...) 3. 多爾希亞突然出現 包圍學生們了 出擊時發現多了一台四號機(黑長直) 話說這出擊分鏡有濃濃的SEED風.... 大小姐你的加油方式也太特別了吧....這又不是什麼體育競賽 是戰爭阿...(昏倒) ARUS上議員領便當 黑長直花了30秒威了一下打小兵 馬上被打臉3分鐘 搞半天還是不知道 機體爆發到底是因為駕駛員內心爆種 還是好友數爆增的原因阿... 其他我已經不知道要不要吐了....XD -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.25.174.114

勞委會：全面凍結菲勞即刻生效

（中央社記者魏紜鈴台北15日電）勞委會主委潘世偉今天表示，已公告全面凍結菲勞引進，立即生效。

菲律賓海岸防衛隊員9日在台菲重疊海域開槍射死台灣漁民，總統馬英九促菲律賓從12日凌晨起的72小時內，為事件道歉、賠償、懲凶和談判漁業協議，否則將採取凍結菲勞引進等多項抗議措施。

行政院勞工委員會主委潘世偉表示，我方沒有接到菲律賓令人滿意的回應，將啟動相關措施。目前「全面凍結菲勞引進」已公告後，立即生效。

據勞委會統計，近期平均每個月有近2000名新菲勞申請案，包括廠工及家庭看戶工等，但以科技電子界申請居多。職訓局長林三貴說明，凍結菲勞引進的公告內容包括：雇主新提出申請外勞案會予核准，但內文將加註不得引進菲勞；至於已取得招募許可者，只要菲勞尚未入境，配合外交部同步禁止核發菲勞簽證。

林三貴表示，全面凍結菲勞引進公告後，不影響現正在台工作的8萬7000名菲勞工作權益，公告內文只有開始生效日期，無截止日期，勞委會將全面配合國家整體政策，視其後續發展，待菲律賓給予令我方滿意的善意回應，才可能解凍。1020515

Razer大型電玩搖桿定名Atrox 日本5月推出

最早在2011年東京電玩展碁間正式曝光，同時去年也有進一步展出的Razer大型電玩搖桿周邊，目前確定將以Razer Atrox正式名稱推出，主要將對應微軟Xbox 360硬體平台使用。

在2011年於東京電玩展期間正式發表，同時宣布將由特定格鬥遊戲玩家參與測試、調整的Xbox 360大型電玩搖桿周邊，目前確定實際產品名稱將為Razer Atrox (悍猛狂獅)，5月將於日本為優先上市，並且將配合Razer線上商店於5月21日開放預購，而6月底將於全球市場推出，建議售價將是新台幣6290元。

Razer Atrox整體設計並沒有太大改變，大致維持去年間之後的微調狀況，例如僅針對內部線路配置做部分改變，原本內部右側提供玩家放置替換按鈕的收納槽，後續修改為放置拆卸工具，以及可更換式搖桿頭的設計，左側下緣收納盒空間也增加一些。

而搖桿模組同樣採用日本三和電子 (Sanwa Denshi)所生產的八向精密搖桿，以及10組高靈敏按鍵，至於搖改外觀也提供客製化設計。

在傳出和碩(Pegatron)“分食”蘋果iPhone訂單的消息之后，蘋果主要合作伙伴鴻海交出了一份低於預期的財報。

鴻海更知名的營業名稱為富士康。5月14日，鴻海公佈的2013年第一季度業績顯示，當季凈利潤同比(比上年同期)增長9.5%至163.5億元新台幣(1元人民幣約合4.89元新台幣)；營收則遭遇10多年來最大幅度的下降，驟減19%至8089.7億元新台幣。

與此形成反差的是，同樣來自台灣的硬件製造商和碩今年第一季度營收同比增長29%，凈利更是增加了80.6%至23.1億元新台幣。和碩同時表示，今年下半年大陸工廠將新招40%的員工，以應對能擴張。這引發了外界關於和碩將拿下更多蘋果iPhone訂單的猜測。

外界預期，和碩有望拿下廉價iPhone訂單，或進一步削弱鴻海的盈利能力，進而衝擊鴻海與蘋果多年的“感情”。

鴻海和和碩的業績為上述傳聞增添了幾分可信度。值得注意的是，外界預計蘋果業務至少占到鴻海營收的40%。

在本月初，市場就有傳言稱，和碩一家“獨吃”蘋果廉價iPhone的代工訂單，所以要在大陸工廠大幅招人。與之對應的是，鴻海旗下的大陸工廠曾傳出停止招工的消息。

鴻海發言人邢治平表示，營收出現同比下降，主要是因為能利用率下滑。能利用率下滑，某種程度上印證了此前蘋果削減iPhone 5零部件訂單的傳言。

不過，眼下鴻海正在分散業務風險，減少對包括蘋果在內的低利潤率代工訂單的依賴，轉而開始收購零部件廠商生高端零部件，如外殼和連接設備。英國《金融時報》援引分析師的話稱，過去一年，這方面的業務提高了鴻海利潤率，在營收下降的情況下支撐了利潤。

與鴻海不同，已經參與到部分蘋果品代工的和碩則試圖壓低利潤率，以更具優勢的價格爭取蘋果訂單。目前，和碩手中擁有iPad Mini和iPhone 4S的代工合同。

和碩在月初公佈的一季報顯示，其當季的營業利潤率為0.8%，遠低於同期鴻海1.7%的營業利潤率。

和碩一直走的是品分散的代工路線，涵蓋了PC、消費電子和通訊品三大模組，且PC板塊比重較低。和碩董事長童子賢被台灣《工商時報》評價為眼光精準，躲過了PC業海嘯。

而台灣《經濟日報》援引美林證券台股研究部主管鄭勝榮的話稱，和碩在大陸的人力無法與鴻海相比，而且和碩今年也沒有新增智能手機生，所以鴻海還是廉價iPhone的主要組裝廠。

台灣《工商時報》稱，目前和碩大陸工廠約有10萬名工人。而富士康大陸工廠的工人規模約為140萬人。

目前，市場對於和碩究竟拿到了多少廉價iPhone的訂單仍無定論。甚至對於廉價iPhone的問世時間都未有過統一意見，盡管大部分預測為今年秋天推出。
