廠牌:HP 型號:Pavlion DVD 購入日期:2011.8 距上次使用正常時間: 9月底 OS版本: WIN7 平常作業內容: 文書、影音 問題內容: 月底突然發生開機速度變慢，從歡迎畫面到桌面，需等待很久的 時間(約15~20分鐘)，但也同時也顯示說開機檔案遺失，因此用暫 時的檔案，原始的桌面、文件、圖片等等資料都需要檔案夾才能讀 取，如同變成新的使用者一樣 後來整個重灌(復原至原廠設定)之後，變成開機都很正常，但是有 時執行速度很慢，點IE要開7.8鐘以上，下達下一個指令，會執行但 變成非常LAG，通常這類事情發生在開機約5分鐘之後，5分鐘前都會 很順暢，一到時間馬上頓掉 有裝NORTON 360，掃毒或是整理都OK，一開始想說是熱當，但今天 一開機5分鐘左右馬上就發生狀況，讓他一直開著不理他，晚上回家 到目前都用得很正常，不過上星期六卻相反，一直開著未關機，要 用時變得很LAG，星期日早上一開機又很正常 不知有人知道問題在哪？謝謝！ 補充：我有查CPU使用率都在20%以下，有時只有個位數，但執行速度 一樣很慢 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.25.137.23 ※ 編輯: mcintyre 來自: 114.25.137.23 (10/09 01:44) ※ 編輯: mcintyre 來自: 114.25.137.23 (10/09 01:46)

【林媛玲／新北報導】卵巢癌因症狀不明顯常被女性忽略，發現時往往已是末期，治療效果不佳也容易復發轉移，雙和醫院婦產部今天發表卵巢癌的新腫瘤指標BTK（癌細胞生長激素）。

婦產部主任袁九重發現婦女身體發生卵巢癌腫瘤持，癌細胞被偵測出BTK，如果使用BTK抑制劑可能有效抑制癌細胞生存，讓治療效果更好。但BTK目前尚未進行動物性實驗，這項發現台灣尚未正式發表，預計本周六邀請近多國癌症專家共同討論。

大型國際郵輪近年來頻頻造訪基隆港，造成東2到東4碼頭船席吃緊，基隆港務分公司最近擬訂新遊戲規則，未來兩年，若國際線客輪想搶先靠泊，必須先簽約砸錢買優先權，但這項新作法引起基隆航商反彈，批評是「富人條款」。

港務長林福港昨天表示，這項辦法是經過反覆討論，也參考美國邁阿密港、香港等地的優先靠泊制度，並非憑空想像，公司會蒐集多點資料，再召開協調會說服航商。他「強烈希望建立秩序」，以解決船班撞期相爭不下的問題。

基隆港務分公司最近修改基隆港船舶繫泊作業要點，打算試辦兩年優先靠泊辦法。凡是今年11月1日前在基隆港務分公司網站預報來港（今年至2015年）的國際線客輪，才可享購買優先靠泊船席權資格，其餘空檔時間再開放購買。

有意購買優先權者提出申請，簽約後明年元月起船舶靠東2到東4碼頭，除依費率表繳交港埠業務費，還要再依航次量繳基本費每航次從12萬到18萬元不等，若擁有優先權的航商「搶」碼頭，再以萬元起跳比價，喊價高者取得船席。

港務分公司經理張朝陽在會中指出，當來港郵輪愈多、愈大，搶船席的情形會愈來愈普遍，需要重訂規則，依契約精神來走。

南昌船務總經理曹育民不滿船席指泊就地喊價的作法，指港務分公司想賺錢就叫窮人讓路，「合法但不合理」，違反公平公開原則，認為應恢復到早期預報單純化。興和船務負責人鄭梓建也說，碼頭是公用財應該讓大家來使用，港務分公司船席指泊用心就沒問題。

在場參加航商你一言我一語，幾乎立場均一致反對港務分公司實施買船位的作法，基隆巿船務代理公會理事長楊吉利說，最後大家都花錢，問題還是一樣，等於是富人條款，形成不公，港務分公司增加營收而已，不如乾脆提高碼頭費。

台水公司提出的「降低漏水率計畫」昨天獲經建會委員會通過，十年內共將投入七九六億元，盼將目前全國平均約百分之廿的漏水率，五年內降至百分之十七，十年內降至百分之十五以下，換算屆時每年約可省下零點八座石門水庫的蓄水量。

依據統計，全球平均漏水率約為百分之卅，台灣雖低於平均值，但比起日本的百分之七、新加坡的百分之四等，還有一大段差距。根據台水估計，國內每年實質漏水量約六億立方公尺，相當於漏掉三座石門水庫。

台水初估，在計畫執行期間的二○一三年至二○二二年內，就可陸續省下總量達五座石門水庫的蓄水量。

宏達電今天宣布為黑人原創音樂獎（MOBO Awards），打造純金版本的新HTCOne，限量5支，單支造價約新台幣近13萬元，是HTC有史以來最昂貴的智慧機。

【高佳菁／台北報導】台股連3日量縮守穩於5日線上，期間雖有回測8300點關卡，但均能化險為夷，在型態偏多以及短線區勢未變下，研判後勢挑戰今年高點8439機率仍大，惟美股何時轉強以及量能是否放大仍多方是關鍵。
 
大慶證券指出，在金融股轉強推升下，台股昨日來到波段次高點，而10/17日的兩岸金保會，在市場預期主管機關將釋放利多下，也有機會成為另一股推升金融的動能，只要金融成交比重持續維持於10%以上，在國泰金與富邦金領先過高下，將有助於金融輪動輪漲。
 
電子短線仍受營收左右走勢，在成交比重僅剩下5成來看，蘋果供應鏈營收好成績能否帶動電子轉強將是關鍵；傳產短線以工具機股相對強勢，研判將機會接棒先前漲多的汽車、紡織等走強。

資訊服務業者陸續公告9月營收，受今年整體需求提升、季底結帳等效應影響，單月營收多有大幅成長，上游代理商零壹（3029）、聚碩（6112）也月增兩成以上；本季進入年底旺季，相關族群展望樂觀。

聚碩9月營收為6.85億元，較上月增加21%，較去年同期增加34%，累計前九月份營收為55.94億元，較去年同期增加12%；零壹9月營收為4.08億元，月增約28%，年增87.11%，累計前九月營收為30.14億元，較去年同期增加6.9%，顯示資訊服務市場較去年增溫。

網友在她臉書留言：「為什麼要這樣抓狗狗？」、「狗要用教的不是虐待」，她昨澄清：「狗很皮，愛亂咬東西，獸醫告訴我以這樣的方式抓起牠，然後對牠說不可以咬喔來教牠。」她養了2隻狗和4隻貓，每天和貓狗睡在一起，她說：「我很愛貓狗。」愛狗是她自己講的，但阿霞只確定她愛露。

四十五年前，紅葉少棒一舉打敗獲得世界少棒冠軍的日本，開啟台灣少棒熱；但不曾拿下國際比賽冠軍，始終是紅葉旋風的遺憾，昨天紅葉少棒終於填補了這個遺憾。

「紅葉精神回來了！」紅葉少棒拿下南亞盃國際少棒邀請賽冠軍的消息，傳回台東延平鄉隔鄰桃源村，村長伊藍‧明基努安四處打電話告知部落居民喜訊，在田裡工作的選手家長，興奮的丟下農具高聲歡呼。

四十五年前，紅葉少棒隊在缺乏物資的年代，球員以木棍為球棒、石頭當球，赤腳練球，奪得全國少棒冠軍，紅葉傳奇成了焦點。

當年，甫獲世界冠軍的日本關西少棒明星隊來台，紅葉小將再次傳奇性演出，擊敗關西少棒明星隊，開啟台灣少棒風潮，但紅葉少棒卻因部落人口外流，在少棒界逐漸斬消沉，甚至一度解散。

四年前，紅葉才再度成軍，獲得企業與基金會長期捐助，今年四月參加國小棒球運動聯賽，拿下全國決賽冠軍，為紅葉拿下隊史上第二座冠軍。

「我們始終沒機會到國外參賽！」村長伊藍‧明基努安說，這一直是紅葉的遺憾。本月三日受邀參加新加坡舉辦的南亞盃國際少棒賽，在十八支隊伍中，奮戰奪下冠軍。

「第一次出國，穿上中華隊戰袍，第一次就奪得榮譽。」伊藍‧明基努安一早上網得知紅葉少棒奪冠，興奮地四處打電話。正忙於農務的家長得知消息，興高采烈地丟下農具說：「紅葉精神真的回來了。」紅葉國小球員人數不足，一度差點被迫放棄參賽。

伊藍說，家長隨團出國一人要二萬八千元，沒人負擔得起，球員出國沒有家長隨隊加油，但大家都寄望紅葉少棒再現紅葉精神。

「準備殺豬了啦！」延平鄉長胡榮典說，布農族慶祝喜事，最直接就是殺豬，這次紅葉少棒創下歷史，值得慶賀，鄉公所不但會發給一筆獎勵金，也打算與村民、學校討論殺豬慶祝等事宜。

胡榮典說，這幾年積極要讓紅葉少棒再創巔峰，紅葉小將們的表現，圓了老一輩村民再見紅葉奇蹟的夢想，「我看很多人會高興得睡不著。」

來自新加坡的雙胞胎姊妹團體BY2很愛鬥嘴，姊姊白緯芬（Miko）跟妹妹白緯玲（Yumi）一起來《名人搜身》，都說從不分享衣服，裝扮品味也不相同，但看在外人眼中明明就是有很多相似之處，像是都背紅色大包來，應該是約好的吧，但Yumi馬上澄清：「不是！是姊姊學我喜歡紅色的包包。」Miko也不甘示弱：「是我先下手買的。」

皮夾則透露兩人真的是親姊妹明算帳，Miko身上現金不到2000元，但Yumi帶著一疊近2萬元的鈔票，她說：「這是我的房租，晚點要去付租金，我們雖然住在一起，但房租都是各付各的，每一塊錢都要算得很清楚。」

共享200萬BMW

兩姊妹唯一達成共識，也是目前共同擁有最貴的一樣資產，就是今年花了200多萬元買的BMW跑車，「車子是我們送給自己的21歲生日禮物，這是想實現爸爸的願望，他在得癌症前很喜歡BMW，所以我們決定第一部車要買爸爸生前最想要的車。」
談起買車典故有種溫馨的感覺，不過也很快被兩人互虧起撞車次數而破壞，但雙生姊妹從小緊密相連，16歲更出道一起在異鄉打拼，談起未來最想買的東西也目標一致，「希望以後能買房子，我們還要努力」。

assume 和 pretend 這兩個解釋相同... 但是要怎們分辨什麼時候該用哪些字呢?

另外還有
even thought, thought, althought, even if
這幾個也是差不多意思的東西 但是卻不知道該如何分辨什麼時候該用在哪裡

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】美國白宮表示，總統歐巴馬將提名聯邦準備理事會副主席葉倫(Janet Yellen)，​接替現任聯準會主席伯南克，出任下屆的主席一職。

伯南克的任期於明年1月屆滿，葉倫上任後，也將會是美國史上首位女性掌管聯準會。
