（中央社記者鄭傑憶羅馬2013年9月28日專電）為了符合歐盟對財政赤字佔國內生產毛額（GDP）不得超過3%的要求，義大利政府準備在10月1日將加值稅由21%上調到22%，但聯合內閣的左右政黨相互指責對方是造成加稅的禍首。
根據義大利媒體報導，由左派民主黨（PD）雷塔（Enrico Letta）領導的聯合政府，原本打算把上調加值稅的日期延後到明年元月，過渡期間利用調高燃料稅彌補不足的稅收。
但由於聯合內閣的左右政黨內鬨不斷，恐怕來不及在10月1日前通過行政命令，阻止即將上路的加值稅調漲方案。
右派人民自由黨（PDL）的參議員史濟法尼（Renato Schifani）說，「調漲加值稅都是雷塔的錯」。左派民主黨的財政部副部長巴瑞塔（Pier PaoloBaretta）反駁，「都是因為人民自由黨擋住其他稅收來源，才會要提高加值稅。」
前總理、現任終身參議員的蒙蒂（Mario Monti）也表示，如果要調漲加值稅，是因為貝魯斯柯尼領導的人民自由黨堅持要凍結徵收房屋稅。
「商業聯合會」（Confcommercio）主席桑嘉里（Carlo Sangalli）呼籲政府避免調高加值稅，他說，「民眾和企業都已經被榨乾了，這會嚴重損害實體經濟。人民會更緊縮消費，造成店家關門。」
根據估計，加值稅上調1個百分點，每戶家庭每年將增加207歐元支出。桑嘉里說，調高加值稅對家庭毫無助益，要減輕政府債務，應該從刪減政府支出著手。
此外，義大利政府也計畫加緊腳步出售部分公有不動產，預計可進帳15億到16億歐元。

胡瓜和Janet以超視《金頭腦》入圍今年金鐘獎綜藝節目主持人獎項，在老將胡瓜身旁，她成了最佳綠葉，胡28日說，一開始也質疑她的主持：「即使她英文很厲害，但主持節目也用不到英文啊！」經過兩周磨合後發現她領悟力高，如今更誇她是第二個高怡平。
面對胡瓜，Janet壓力不小：「之前自己主持《瘋台灣》，可以一直講話，開始主持《金頭腦》時，傻傻地一句話都插不上，有點沮喪。」兩人合作半年，她成了胡瓜最佳拍檔，「有些環節還是要靠Janet才有效果。」胡瓜、高怡平主持《非常男女》得過金鐘綜藝節目，胡瓜也以《挑戰101》拿下個人第一座金鐘主持人獎，主持知性節目似有助胡瓜得獎。
Janet樂當綠葉襯托紅花，近幾年金鐘綜藝節目，更不乏紅花綠葉配。哈林在《超級星期天》中和張小燕搭唱，黃品源伴隨張菲為《綜藝大哥大》順利敲鐘，阿雅吐槽吳宗憲也順利把《我猜我猜我猜猜猜》推向金鐘，３年前侯怡君更在豬哥亮旁邊讓《豬哥會社》鍍金，綠葉角色功不可沒。最具代表的綠葉當屬陽帆，和張小燕搭檔《周末派》、《綜藝萬花筒》，也和胡瓜主持《鑽石舞台》，配角當得稱職。

每逢颱風豪雨就會坍方中斷的蘇花公路，目前公路總局正在部分路段進行改建工程，為了讓工程中的長隧道施工更安全，施工人員利用「無線射頻辨識系統」（RFID）搭配紅綠燈號誌，可以有效管控運輸車輛進出，不但提高安全性，也讓工程進度更順利。（閻大富報導）
傳統公路隧道施工時，為了讓進出的大型車輛瞭解洞內情形，通常在隧道口會設置牌面，以人工翻牌及登錄方式，不僅速度較慢，也容易出錯。
為了改善這個問題，目前正在施工中的「蘇花改計畫」，就首次採用和國道電子收費相同的「RFID無線射頻」技術，運用在兩個最長的「觀音隧道」與「谷風隧道」間。
公路總局副局長夏明勝指出，RFID系統是由人員車輛配帶電子標籤（Tag）主動發送電磁波，藉由讀取訊號資料傳送到主機，管制站人員可透過螢幕看見偵測到的人員和車輛位置，配合隧道避車彎與紅綠燈，有效管控施工人員和車輛進出。
公路總局表示，隧道工程潛藏許多危險，藉由RFID系統可瞭解人員與機具第一線工作情形，當危害發生時，也能很快掌握避難狀況，並即時應變調派機具協助，是長隧道工程的一大進展。（圖：施工中的蘇花改隧道）

李宗盛28日在小巨蛋開唱，曾和他傳緋聞的張艾嘉和老公王靖雄聯袂出席，坦言很想聽兩人創作曲〈愛的代價〉，還打趣建議結過兩段婚姻的他，「趕快再結個婚吧。」態度大方。兩人當年在「滾石」共事，也合寫〈愛情有什麼道理〉。
張清芳昨揪團買100張票，共花48萬力挺好友，她說與老公宋學仁最愛聽〈當愛已成往事〉。李曾幫她製作《感情世界》專輯，張在之前演唱會上邀李合唱該曲，唱完他開玩笑說：「唱完這首歌後，希望妳的命運能終結改變。」以歌祝福張婚姻長長久久，當時宋是座上賓。
王月與姚黛瑋則隻身到場，閃躲鏡頭，相當低調。黑人、范瑋琪、李烈、蔡健雅、王識賢、光良、品冠、黃韻玲、林夕、幾米、王偉忠等人都到場。文化部長龍應台也到場觀賞，稱讚李：「從年輕到現在，音樂中聽得出他成熟的感情，台灣需要多一點這樣的歌手。」

青春一逝不復返，能抓住的有什麼？55歲的李宗盛，昨晚用超熟男歌聲讓上萬名粉絲細思人生，從他的數十首經典歌中，找尋各自的答案。他重新演繹寫給前妻林憶蓮的歌曲「不必在乎我是誰」，唱完大方說：「她唱得還是比我好，我排練時唱得特別激動。」
張清芳夫婦揪團買票
歌壇大哥李宗盛開唱，果真一票難求，昨晚他在小巨蛋舉行「既然青春留不住」演唱會，全場爆滿，連兩側所有包廂都坐滿人，票房吸金近3千萬，扣除製作成本2500萬，還小賺500萬。張清芳「揪團」親友買下100張，貢獻48萬，昨晚和老公宋學仁一起欣賞，透露李宗盛和老公是好友，曾在老公生日時被指定獻唱老公最愛的「當愛已成往事」，唱完還開玩笑說：「希望唱完這首命運會終結改變。」
2前妻3女兒全唱進歌詞
致力吉他事業的李宗盛，昨抱著一把吉他登台，自彈自唱「愛情有什麼道理」當開場曲，演唱到「阿宗三件事」時，他也略改歌詞，把他和朱衛茵、林憶蓮2位前妻生的3個女兒名字都入歌詞，說是上天給他的恩賜。前妻雖都缺席，但李宗盛特別介紹高齡90歲的媽媽在台下欣賞。
感性的李宗盛，唱完「生命中的精靈」時說：「聽到掌聲，我的眼淚都流下來了。」他看透女人心，幫許多天后寫過代表作，他說：「我眼裡的女人都是性感的。」他也在影片中談到，sex這件事，對到了他這個年紀的男人來說，並不會尷尬了。
張艾嘉喊話快點再婚
李宗盛說，他以自己的方式重唱寫給辛曉琪的「領悟」、陳淑樺的「問」，味道截然不同，還首度唱寫給江蕙的「晚婚」。他和剛過22歲生日的愛徒白安在台上唱以前寫給張艾嘉的「愛的代價」，張艾嘉開場前和老公牽手入場，並向李宗盛喊話：「希望他快點結婚。」
昨李宗盛的新單曲「山丘」首賣，他也在台上首唱，最後以獲得多座金曲獎的「給自己的歌」畫下句點。梁朝偉、劉嘉玲夫婦等眾多明星送花，五月天的花牌搞笑寫到：「既然青春留不住，乾脆臨老入花叢，你也隨便唱唱就好。」

最近工作上遇到的問題， 一款module model EM7355 聽客戶說在出廠的時候band 2、5就被關閉了 他是教我下指令 at!entercnd="A710" at!band=? at!band=10,"LTE B2B5",0,12 at!band=10 前面的10 以及LTE B2B5這是名稱我知道 後面的,0,12這是我不懂得，第二行下的指令會顯示資訊 band 2 是顯示0000000000000002 (幾碼忘了 但是最後兩碼是對的) band 5 是顯示0000000000000010 有遇到說比如 band 25是顯示0000000001000000 (舉例因為實際忘了) 那如果我要開band25是要下 at!band=12,"123",0,1000000 這意思嗎? 想請問大大是否有人知道這指令的意思，以及有人有開啟all band 的指令嗎? 因為不知道要在哪板問...就只好在最熟悉的桃園問...抱歉了。 因為google好久根本找無相關的... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.43.20.3

【綜合報導】北市勞動局昨公布7、8月違反《勞動基準法》企業黑名單，共37家業者上榜，以保全、客運及物流業最多，知名企業如「黑貓宅急便」的統一速達、欣欣客運及指南客運等也上榜，誼光保全違規最嚴重，稽查發現保全員單日工作16小時，超過法定工時，且連續30天出勤未休假，重罰60萬元。
此次違反《勞基法》遭罰企業共129家，包括情節嚴重被公布37家，項目以攸關勞工是否超時、休假的出勤紀錄未置備最大宗，有32家違規，違反每天總工時不得超過12小時有26家，工資未全額給付26家；未給加班費業者23家、超過約定工時業者21家等。民眾陳嘉毅說：「大企業罰不怕，乾脆把老闆名字公布，以發揮遏止作用。」

| 日政府因領土標識通知地方政府停用谷歌地圖

共同社報導，由於谷歌提供的地圖中，出現了把日本主張為固有領土的北方四島和竹島標示為外國地名，日本中央政府通知全國地方政府和國立大學等，不在主頁上使用谷歌地圖。
報導說，谷歌地圖有多國版本，但一些地名在大多數版本中都標為日本以外語言名稱，例如將竹島標為韓語名「獨島」、尖閣諸島標為「釣魚台列島」、北方四島標為俄語名等。
