基隆巿議會上月開臨時會時，要求巿府勒令無建照的基隆火車站新建工程停工，但都發處在事隔半個多月後，還搞不清楚是否可以勒令停工，巿議會昨天強烈要求巿府執行公權力，卻禁不起鐵工局懇求，決議讓鐵工局再和巿府溝通，半個月後開大會時再來處理。

基隆火車站周遭停車空間不足，巿議員發現新站工程完工後因規畫的停車位不足，並不能解決基隆巿民的停車問題，在巿議會開會時，除要求巿府交通旅遊處提出站區周遭停車需求和規畫，並以違建為由，要求都巿發展處馬上勒令新站工程停工，以迫使中央重視地方，重新設計。

巿議會昨天上午召開專案報告會議，巿議員不滿巿府處理態度及鐵工局新站停車規畫，在會中頻頻「開火」。

副議長宋瑋莉說，鐵工局違法動工，巿府早可裁罰停工要求重新規畫，「大哥不做，卻要做小弟？」巿議員游祥耀也批評巿府軟弱無能，「聽中央、就遭殃。」議員陳東財更二話不說，大喊「即刻停工。」

鐵路改建工程局南港施工區主任嚴家榮上午帶隊到議會簡報，面對議員指責，他說，目前正在施作的是交通附屬設施，並非車站本體，因此並不需要建照，內政部正在審議特種建照，只要資料補進去，近日就會給照。

他也說，新站是因應都更案南移，站體並不大，因此站內能停車的空間有限，但協商後，已再多提供轉運站用地及中山橋南側鐵路用地，可供容納1千多個機車位，若還不能滿意停車空間或動線，議員也可參與巿府協調。

孔姓男子在李姓高中同學和女友的臉書合照上，開玩笑留言「真像狗男女」，用詞過於毒辣引來女方提告、毀了廿多年同學情誼，刑事部分判罰三千元，民事還要賠償二萬元。

四十多歲的孔姓男子表示，留言只是開玩笑，沒想到對方那麼生氣，得知對方怒氣，他馬上撤掉留言致歉，「真的不是惡意傷害對方」，且李姓同學也曾取笑他像安養院老人，彼此都明白沒惡意，也禁得起玩笑話。

民事求償案開庭時，孔、李的共同朋友出面作證說，兩人相處直來直往，「廿幾年來講的話沒一句好聽的，一向這麼毒辣」；但法官認為「真像狗男女」是輕蔑、負面的文字，對女方有所貶抑，已侵害名譽。

地院調查，孔、李是高中同學，相識廿多年，李去年十二月在臉書張貼數張和女友的合照，事後女友發現孔的留言，不滿被指為「狗男女」，堅持對孔提告妨害名譽並求償廿萬元，登報道歉一個月。

李後來和女友結婚，但妻子仍不撤告，只能在妻子和老友間左右為難；李妻作證說，孔的留言讓她感覺受辱，飽受親友言論壓力，也為此和另一半爭執，關係一度降到冰點，婚事差點告吹，甚至在公司無法立足。

孔被告後也在臉書感嘆：「一句狗男女只是玩笑話，廿多年老同學，你我不是都如此開玩笑？也許話說得太重了，是個誤會。」共同朋友也說，兩名老同學因立場尷尬，幾乎不再互動。

法官審酌考量孔、李是高中同學，有多年情誼，認為精神慰撫金以判賠二萬元較適當，其餘請求駁回。刑事部分，妨害名譽罪判罰金三千元。

【陳冠宇／新北報導】新北市一名黃姓單車女騎士，昨夜11時許騎MARIN公路車行經五股登林路山區1處下坡彎道時，疑當時山區起霧，再加上車速過快失控自撞水泥擋土牆，因強大撞擊力致前輪扭曲變形、掉落，她也慘遭摔飛，頭破血流、左手腕骨折、全身多處擦傷，現場血跡斑斑怵目驚心，送醫後不治。 警方調閱前後路段的監視器畫面，確定黃女前後並沒有來車，且當時山區起霧，初步判定她騎單車自摔才發生不幸。

新竹市成德高中學生冉俊賢參加在烏克蘭舉行的「世界青少年拳擊錦標賽」，台灣時間昨天凌晨與烏克蘭地主選手爭奪決賽權，以些微差距落敗而獲銅牌，創下台灣男選手首度在世界級比賽奪牌的紀錄。

冉俊賢準決賽演出精采，上台時高舉雙手，鬥志高昂。他在3回合比賽都採取主動攻擊，面對烏克蘭地主選手路巴契克，在全場觀眾一面倒的呼喊中，儘管對手高出他一個頭，冉俊賢仍展現出沉著應變的能力，和十足的拚鬥精神。

雙方纏鬥3回合，最後來自義大利、南韓及英國的3名裁判，分別給冉俊賢27、28、27分，路巴契克則獲得30、29、30分，3名裁判一致性判定路巴契克獲勝。

奮戰後落敗，冉俊賢不敢相信輸了比賽，難過得一度落淚，他用手遮臉擋淚，一下台即與教練柯文明擁抱。

柯文明說，台灣這次6位選手出賽，5人被淘汰，只剩52公斤級的冉俊賢是最後希望。冉俊賢雖被對手以身高壓制，仍積極出拳，全程展現旺盛的鬥智，與路巴契克實力不分軒輊，「雖敗猶榮！」

路巴契克則稱讚「台灣的冉俊賢是可敬的對手！」國際拳擊總會也在官網上，形容冉俊賢擊敗多位選手，肯定他的實力。

來自花蓮原住民的冉俊賢，從16強賽中一路過關斬將，先擊敗土耳其，再力挫立陶宛、亞塞拜然等拳擊強國好手，並打敗有「戰鬥機」之稱的選手，令他國選手也紛紛關注台灣選手的搶眼表現。

冉俊賢在4強賽落敗，最後是獲得銅牌。他在出發前曾說，「很期待和其他高手比賽，要努力拿下獎牌！」昨天果然如願，在台親友相當開心。

亞泥上半年繳出亮眼財報，主要是受惠中國第2季獲利大幅提升，法人看好，隨亞泥新中國產能將於9月底及年底開出，且中國水泥報價持續看漲，第4季亞泥可望喜迎旺季行情。

受惠於華東地區水泥報價大幅走揚及煤炭價格走跌，亞泥中國的毛利率由第1季的11%，跳升至第2季的23.7%，亞泥轉投資的亞泥中國上半年稅後淨利達人民幣逾2億元，年增逾一倍，帶動亞泥第2季稅後淨利達25億元，季增逾一倍。

統一投顧指出，中國基礎建設及交通建設進度加速，帶動水泥需求暢旺，亞泥出貨量仍呈現逐季成長趨勢，配合目前水泥價格已開始反彈，第4季旺季行情仍然可期，加上亞泥江西五號及六號窯將分別於9月底及12月底投產，全年出貨量可望達2,600萬噸，年成長12%，對亞泥中國地區營收及獲利表現將帶來一定助益。

【綜合報導】北京地鐵4號線今早7時許因車站廣播指訊號系統故障，造成4號線來回列車停駛。停駛情況目前仍持續。
 
由於事發時正值上班時間，再加上本月面臨中秋送禮等因素加持下，已成為北京「最堵月」。大批原欲搭乘大眾交通工具避免堵車的乘客被迫滯留月台，部份乘客改乘其他交通工具。

朋友祝我父親節快樂，原因是我有一個女兒，阿妹。

阿妹年紀不詳，大概也不小了，她（牠）長大後跟著我就有四年了。

●蹦跳撲跑如運動員

●用眼睛說話如演員

四個春秋寒暑，我們同在一個屋簷下，一起吃喝拉撒睡。有了阿妹才知道，生命的基本原型，就這五個狀態：吃好了，喝好了，拉好了，撒好了，睡好了，生命就自然健康。生活平安，無恙無災，直到悠然地老去。

阿妹看起來不老，她的眼神明亮如星，食慾旺盛如虎，蹦跳撲跑如足球運動員。她坐立在那裡，看窗外風景，好像一名剛啟蒙的孩童，對一切動靜事物，皆心生好奇；又好像一名嫻靜的婦人，看待一切煙花人事，皆自覺富足；也好像一名傲立於天的女神，細數世間一切紛擾，皆冷眼旁觀。

窗外景物看膩了，她反坐過來，看我。直直地看。她是極出色的女演員，她用眼睛來說話。一切台詞都刪去，有眼睛就夠了。她是飾演阮玲玉的張曼玉、是擔綱演出《為愛朗讀》（The Reader）的凱特溫絲蕾（Kate Winslet）……她看我，一句話不說，就把我的心融化了。沉默果然是力量。

除折瘸了的尾巴，她看起來是那麼美好；白頸腹，身披黑青波紋橄欖綠新裝，胖瘦穠纖合度，毛色柔亮，曲線天然完美。她不怕生，樂與人親，惹得左鄰右舍人見人愛，有的稱她漂亮寶貝，有的直喚她的小名，有的屈身跪下叫她貓小姐。

是的，她是貓。一隻被迫與我同居的貓。她原來活得海闊天空，自由自在，也多災多難，後來活得出入不得，嬌貴多多，也規矩多多。這個規矩是雙面的，她訂我的規矩，我也訂她的規矩。有時為這些事，我們鬧得不愉快，最後都以妥協收場。好比說，她堅持七點半吃早飯，我說不，八點。她氣呼呼，沒轍，只得妥協。好比說，我堅持上床不准尿被子，她不理，半夜還撒了。我氣呼呼，只得妥協，給她身下墊尿布。

●她安舒我不再獨唱

●小日子過得還不錯

我們相擁而眠。枕在我的手臂上，或貼在我的大腿旁，她覺得安舒。而我是覺得有她作伴，就不必對著午夜藍，天天獨唱日子荒蕪啊。我們，這樣算不算小日子過得還不錯？

誰知，人生也有掉拍子的時候，腳步亂了，要重訂舞曲。那踉蹌一步，她跌入我的懷中，羞得把頭埋進我的胳肢窩。她說，怎麼這樣？我說，沒辦法，只能這樣。小菊花先用嬰兒油濡抹，棉花棒也沾油，緩緩地、極體貼地如感同身受般，伸入花門。前導作業完成，食指也上油，以堅持到底的態度，穿過直腸，終於探觸到隱藏多日的敵軍。投降吧！你們無路可走了。敵軍嚇得結屎面，投降成糞。降軍龐大，一團一團被挖出來，讓天下人見得其酸其臭。

她打咕嚕。

自戀、與誘人戀上，是偶像必要的功課，17歲出道至今超過30年的劉德華深諳其道。舞台上，只有一個不斷電的不老偶像，哪有尋常的半百男人？

劉德華「帥」很久了，但能到52歲都還能讓觀眾群的中年男女脫口喊「帥」，這偶像是成功的。一場演唱會搏命登台，沒有金曲歌王級的歌聲、舞蹈也稱不上「XX舞王」，可他一回眸、一舉手、一投足都在放電，邀歌迷崇拜歡呼。

然後天王雙手高舉，彷彿沐浴在粉絲「劉德華、我愛你」的聲浪中。「不膩」，他認真說：「我享受30幾年了。」

劉德華還懂得不當天邊一顆傲星。被「家人」（粉絲）喚為「老大」，他演唱會營造「大哥哥」形象，會裝可愛擺革命青年的姿勢，也會耍賴：「這歌不會唱？給我出去！」還有他經典的「上海灘」、「追夢人」英雄救美橋段深情演出，被打都能讓人喊帥。

時間向來是偶像天敵，但誠實面對，更招粉絲疼。劉德華把「50歲、30年」掛在嘴邊，跳到趁機在舞台上躺著調息時，也會自嘲：「這種舞不該是我這種年紀跳的。」

有俏皮、有耍賴、有硬漢，劉德華還有感性訴求，4場都在談到「一個藝人能走到這一步，謝謝大家30年的支持」時熱淚盈眶，蹲坐在舞台上，又讓全場歌迷心疼歡呼。確實，偶像「長歪」大有人在，劉德華因自戀而自愛、自我要求，又能凝聚粉絲的愛，說不定他真能唱到80歲還有這樣場面。
