朋友的劇情: A是一個七年級,年資2,帶一個小Team B是其主管,五年級,年資10 公司是外商,這個部門: B > A > A的Team成員 A工作認真,兩年來改進了很多東西,做事積極,常幫助很多部門 B算是待退年紀,小孩上大學,常常能少一事就少一事 但是AB的差異也造成了一件事,就是很多人只A不找B (B被pass by) 包括國外,也都是找A,pass by B 而該部門,也就是A帶的底下的人,也都是跟A比較好,不太會跟B互動 高層也大多都是跟A互動,因此B就此結下心結 然而A的數字很好,一直都沒有破綻 薪水兩年來大幅調升,title也升至manager 直到最近這個月,公司要開始review 高層發覺這個部門出了點問題 於是B就找A做責任歸屬,造成A的人陸續離職 並在公司的review會議上,當場不給A面子 而B也開始找自己的新人進來此部門 並找新人來跟A說,要A選邊站 於是A順向公司的更高層反應 A決定是據實以報 雖然已經有了可能會離開公司的準備 目前劇情仍在進行中 各位怎麼看A這樣的人? 怎麼看AB這樣的職場關系? 純聊聊分享 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.164.32.146
