歐股盤後─等待Fed會議 併購交易助攻 泛歐連漲2週

週五 (13 日) 歐洲股市收高，寫下連續第 2 週漲勢。包括德國醫療服務巨擘 Fresenius 及有線電視營運商 Kabel Deutschland 傳出併購消息而走揚，帶動大盤走勢。

今日泛歐 Stoxx 600 指數收盤小漲 0.2% 至 311.46 點，但盤中一度下跌 0.4%。本週總結勁揚 1.8%，因投資人等待美國聯準會 (Fed) 下週進行例行月度貨幣政策會議，可能將宣布開始退出量化寬鬆 (QE) 刺激措施。

今日 18 個西歐國家股指中共 11 個收高，其中德國 DAX 指數及法國 CAC 40 指數上揚 0.2%，英國富時 (FTSE) 100 指數下跌 0.1%。

瑞信 (Credit Suisse) 駐蘇黎世歐洲暨瑞士投資長 Anja Hochberg 指出，由於總體經濟環境令人可以接受，加上敘利亞議題有所進展，市場信心似乎略微改善。不過他仍表示，雖然中長期展望樂觀，但他們目前仍選擇在場邊觀望，以等待眾所矚目的 Fed 下週政策會議結果出爐。

美國國務卿 John Kerry 週五與俄羅斯代表 Sergei Lavrov 於日內瓦會晤，就如何移除敘利亞化學武器進行協商。敘利亞總統 Bashar al-Assad 表示，美國總統歐巴馬 (Barack Obama) 的政府必須停止軍事威脅，同時不再提供反叛軍武裝，他們才願意交出化武。

Fresenius 旗下子公司 Helios同意買下 Rhoen-Klinikum 擁有的 43 家醫院，Fresenius 股價應聲勁揚 3.6% 報 91.10 歐元。英國電訊巨擘沃達豐 (Vodafone) 則表示，至少已有 75% 的 Kabel Deutschland 股東同意他們提出的 77 億歐元併購公司出價。後者股價聞訊跳漲 6.3% 報 91.82 歐元。

據傳這名女子聲稱她的腳踝被植入晶片，遭一名貪污的警察代號P所控制，P警察透過視訊攝影機監控她，每次P警察到她的公寓，就會把攝影機關掉，這些訊息都是女子寫在紙上，透過鏡頭告訴觀看者，網路上大家都在猜這名女子到底是誰。
 
也有民眾擔心女子被非法拘禁，通報警察這起事件，據傳警方早已知道這號人物，並表示這名女子精神異常。

文化部獎勵投資的電影「大稻埕」正在國立傳統藝術中心拍攝，部長龍應台昨天「探班」，與豬哥亮、隋棠及宥勝等主角相見歡，「大稻埕」預計明年初上映，龍應台很期待透過喜劇，呈現1920年代台灣的美麗與哀愁。

由於國片「大稻埕」將國立傳統藝術中心的民藝街坊改為1920年代大稻埕繁華景象，宜蘭縣長林聰賢將保留布景，推動影視產業。統一蘭陽藝文公司總經理黃千里表示，布景至少會保持半年，也有店面會永遠保留，讓影迷回味。

10月3日前，傳藝民藝街坊都封街拍攝，每周一到五下午2點，會有「電影探班」活動，帶領20名遊客到片場探班10分鐘。購票入園的遊客可獲1張電影「大稻埕」的明信片及票卡，園區規劃電影「大稻埕」展覽館、經典國片回顧、座談等。

導演葉天倫執導的電影「大稻埕」，是文化部繼「大尾鱸鰻」、「志氣」後獎勵2千萬、投資5百萬元的電影，本月在國立傳藝中心打造復古街景，封街拍攝。

文化部長龍應台昨天到傳藝探班，為導演葉天倫等工作人員和演員加油打氣。龍應台對這部電影很有信心，也很期待，她說，因為「雞排英雄」拍得很好，所以繼續獎勵投資，「變成合夥人，意義更大！」相信會是很好看的片子。

龍應台說，大稻埕劇本的時空背景在1913到1920年間，是郭雪湖、李臨秋、鄧雨賢等文人時代，希望看到當時「文化台灣」的轉變，從以武裝抗日對抗政治壓迫，到利用思想啟蒙、美學去改變台灣，透過喜劇，展現美麗又哀愁的時代感。

全劇敘說宥勝飾演的大學生和豬哥亮演的朱教授，穿越時空到1920年的大稻埕，意外捲入日本皇太子蒞台、蔣渭水抗爭、郭雪湖完成經典名畫等事件。豬哥亮開玩笑說，以前女主角都搭配素珠、美秀或彩樺，這次搭配隋棠，「拍得很爽！」

和隋棠有沒有親密對手戲？豬哥亮笑說，「我這個人還會放過她嗎？」他說，現在才演到在追隋棠，「不能講太多，不然大家就不看了！」隋棠笑得很開心。宥勝看到劇本就激動落淚，他說，第1次演出這種時空穿梭劇，相當感動。

葉天倫說，透過很多單位幫忙，才打造出百年風華街道，現場很多道具都已是「骨董」了。

2011年，GALAXY Note率先業者推出大螢幕手機（5.3吋），當時市場抱遲疑態度，隨Note、Note 2熱賣，引領市場趨勢，接下來各品牌大廠都陸續推出大尺寸螢幕機種。

三星行動與資訊事業部執行長暨總裁申宗均（JK Shin）表示，三星在2011年推出原創的GALAXY Note，為智慧裝置揭開全新類別。

GALAXY Note的成功，讓三星深信消費者希望智慧裝置能提供更高效功能的服務，使用者也期待這些新功能可提升生活品質。申宗均表示，GALAXY Note 3不僅功能強大，更透過獨創方式，讓使用者能持續述說屬於他們的生活故事，盡情分享工作、玩樂與生活等各種精彩體驗。

Note 3採用5.7吋Full HD Super AMOLED顯示器，同時僅168克重，電池續航力則有3200mAh（毫安培），搭載1,300萬畫素的相機，內建智慧防手震與高演色性CRI LED閃光燈等功能。

三星表示，此次Note 3運用柔美且更富質感的背蓋與車縫線，讓Note 3展現類似經典且耐用的筆記本手札質感。

在功能強化上，包括全新「Multi Window多功視窗」，使用者可在應用程式間流暢切換，無須關閉視窗或開啟新頁面；S Note也提供更進階的筆記方式和全方位解決方案，使用者可透過更便利的使用介面與「Easy Chart」功能輕鬆撰寫、組織、編輯和瀏覽筆記；同時搭載Samsung KNOX服務，擁有更強化的隱私性與安全防護。

而原生於GALAXY S4的「Group Play娛樂共享」功能，此次在Note 3則有更強化的功能，使用者可以與朋友同步串聯播放影音的共享影片全新功能。

例如最多可連接五部裝置，拼在一起組成一個「大螢幕」，帶來新的群組觀賞體驗。

此外，三星這次也特別推出GALAXY Gear，是一款全新概念裝置，讓使用者隨時與數位生活保持連線，GALAXY Gear將通知使用者來自GALAXY Note 3的新文字訊息、電子郵件與各種資訊，並可預覽內容。
