六年前，婷婷到婦產科做超音波檢查時，赫然發現長了一顆○‧五公分的子宮肌瘤；一年後，子宮肌瘤不但數量增加，還長大到八公分，造成她腹部疼痛、頻尿、經血量多等困擾。後來，婷婷選擇到大型醫院接受子宮肌瘤清除手術，當時醫生採用傳統剖腹手術拿掉肌瘤，那次手術讓她住院七天，回家休養一個月。

「剛開完刀回到恢復室時，我手腳冰冷，痛到快暈過去，真是太可怕了！」想起六年前的那場手術，婷婷心有餘悸。

不幸的是，最近婷婷到婦產科做例行檢查，照超音波又發現子宮長了許多肌瘤，最大的也有八公分。醫生告訴她，雖然子宮肌瘤屬於良性腫瘤，建議最好再動一次手術，以免因病變引發其他疾病。

由於害怕上次剖腹手術的痛苦重演，這次婷婷選擇傷口小、疼痛少、痊癒快、感染機會較低、只須住院三天的腹腔微創手術。手術之前，婷婷必須每個月到醫院打一針，先讓子宮肌瘤逐漸縮小，而這種針劑必須自費，一針的費用五千元，要連續打六針。

選擇新手術 保險少賠3萬元

針劑療程打完、又住院動完手術後，婷婷出院就把收據、醫生開立的診斷證明書交給保險業務員，請他幫忙申請理賠。但是，當理賠金發下來後，婷婷發現第二次住院手術的保險理賠金，居然比第一次住院手術的理賠金額整整少了三萬元。

婷婷生氣的問：「明明都是子宮肌瘤手術，同樣的保單、理賠金額為什麼不一樣？而且理賠金額比我自費的四萬元醫療費還要少，怎麼會這樣？那買醫療險有什麼用，動手術居然還要自掏腰包看病！」

事實上，不只婷婷碰到這樣的狀況，有越來越多的美人們也遇到同樣的疾病，只因選擇的治療方式不同，保險理賠金額就差很大的情況。磐石保經行銷經理黃月女解釋：「醫療險不是買了之後，保險公司就一定會理賠所有的住院、打針等醫療費用，還是要看診療是否符合『保單條款』的理賠定義；而且治療方式會隨著時代不斷進步，但是當年買的保單卻可能無法跟上醫療的變化，所以才會出現治療方式不同，理賠金也不同的情形。」

以婷婷的例子來說，她買的醫療險是以「終身住院醫療險」當主約，搭配實支實付型定期住院醫療險，理賠項目包括住院一天理賠五千元住院日額保險金、住院手術保險金 （以 「手術名稱對照手術等級表×保額」計算理賠金額）、住院期間雜費上限五萬元、住院前後門診保險金等。

門診打針費 醫療險不理賠

不論是終身醫療險、實支實付型定期醫療險，要獲得保險理賠金，前提是必須「住院」，若是進行不用住院、當天手術當天回家的門診手術，那麼門診手術保險金就會依照一天住院日額保險金給付；有的保險公司門診手術則會比照住院雜費的限額，只要門診手術的醫療費用，超過健保給付的自費金額，在住院手術雜費限額內，就會全額理賠，至於到底要賠多少，還是要依照保單條款以及所買保額而定。

像婷婷第一次住院七天加上動手術，符合「住院」理賠等條件，所以依照住院天數以及手術等級，總共理賠了五萬元。但第二次手術只住院三天，再加上先前的針劑是在門診施打，並沒有住院，因此，第二次保險理賠金只理賠了三天住院日額保險金，加上住院手術保險金，自費打針的三萬元就不在理賠範圍內，所以這三萬元婷婷就得自掏腰包支付，無法透過醫療險彌補損失。

小弟人在美國,剛好看到有大大在B&H訂了RICOH GR,剛好4月把Olympus XZ-1售出後,就一直在觀望新的相機,主要是XZ-1拍小朋友的成功率越來越低了,小朋友越來越會動,高ISO的噪點又無法接受,本來考慮NIKON Coolpix A,但爬文後發現對焦速度比GR慢,又大了一點點,所以GR就成了我的目標,當然我知道拍小朋友單眼是最佳選擇,但小弟很懶的帶一堆東西,只希望相機可以放進口袋,所以不考慮可交換頭的相機了.
另外順便買了一個EYE-FI 16G MOBI WIFI記憶卡,試用後真的不錯,非常方便,只要相機及手機都在開啟狀態下,相片一拍完馬上就傳到手機了,而且很快.

最後想請教大家,爬文後有幾個問題請問一下.
所有的外閃都是可以接在任一台相機上嗎?是不是可以,但只是某些功能會無法使用?
小弟想買個可打跳燈的外閃來用,重點是體積別太大,出力不要小到連在大一點的住家客廳都不能用就可以了.
爬文後看到Canon 270EX 和 Sunpak RD2000 Digital.
主要是外閃產品實在是太多了,根本看不完,不知道怎麼下手.
指導一下小弟吧.

我住在新竹，最近發現家裡有很多支壞掉了 而且不能開機的舊手機(非智慧型)，想要拿去賣掉可是又不知道可不可以賣.....

請問新竹有哪邊是可以賣這種手機的嗎?有人有在收購嗎?

【綜合報導】美國紐奧良一處加油站停車場，在昨天發生有一對父母發生爭執，但最後竟把6個月大的女嬰當犧牲品，把嬰兒丟在停車場，2人各自開車離去，最後女嬰的父母都遭到警方逮捕。

警方指出，女嬰的父母分別為馬汀(Leonard Martin)和瓊絲(Jasmine Jones)，當天瓊斯和坐在車內的馬汀發生爭執，隨後瓊斯從後座拿起嬰兒籃，就直接把裝有嬰兒的嬰兒籃放在馬汀車子的引擎蓋上，之後瓊斯自己開車離去。

但這時馬汀也未將嬰兒抱回，而是把嬰兒丟在停車場上，自己也開車離去。加油站的超商店員山米(Sammy)發現後，趕緊將嬰兒抱回店內，並通知警方處理。警方最後依虐待兒童罪將馬汀和瓊絲逮捕，而嬰兒將暫時由社福單位照顧，等待其他親屬來領養。目前嬰兒狀況良好，也沒有受傷。

小弟我一直是Mobile01的潛水版友，在中華電信推出大省後，

因為受不了老舊的HTC Mozart和app稀少的Windows 7.5，便想趁這次機會換支手機。

在看到gigabyte旗下的Gsmart推出綁約免費機種 M1v2，與其他相近規格與價位的手機比較後，

小弟毅然而然地選擇了M1v2，畢竟小弟在主機板和筆電上一向都是Gigabyte的忠實愛用者，

就這樣和女朋友展開了M1v2情侶機的生活。

7/18拿到手機時，感覺質感蠻不錯的，手機很漂亮，

周遭的朋友也都紛紛詢問這是哪牌的手機，他們對這支手機簡潔美麗的外觀深深被吸引。

但真正在使用的我和女朋友卻有點開心不起來，因為我們的手機雖然外型真的不錯，

螢幕也很正常且沒亮點，但卻也如討論區網友所表示的下面三鍵不穩，

常常變成磚塊，尤其是當安裝到內存大約剩40%時，連螢幕的觸控都有問題了~

即使刪除一些軟體什麼的都沒有效果，不得已只好一直恢復原廠設定。

但情況一直是存在的，每每上討論區看看網友回應這支手機和客服回答，

無奈感一直存在，不知道要何時才能真正解決這問題。

直到今天實在是惱了，因為恢復原廠設定至少十幾次，上網找刷機的方法。

後來發現有點複雜，在無奈的情況下只好順手再點開Gsmart的官網瞧瞧。

赫然發現了檔案下載裡竟然放進了韌體更新 V1.29.06，裡面寫著"修正觸控鍵的問題"

小弟激動的立馬下載並安裝更新。

一開始安裝好後，小弟崩潰了......因為發現觸控的問題變得更嚴重，

後來重新安裝不下五次都一樣，逼近放棄邊緣時，隨手把充電插頭插上後就出去晃晃了~

再回來後，無意識的打開手機滑了個兩下，

忽然有種爽感上身~~怎麼變那麼順咧~~~

現在手機被校正的蠻好的~謝謝客服辛苦的統計問題回報希望未來在韌體讓能有在更進步的空間~~!!!

雖然觸控問題有明顯的改善，但在內存管理的部分希望能夠更妥善些，

因為在大約還有40%左右時手機依然會比較當~

希望未來能夠有修正和解決!
