【綜合報導】德國大城市房價連年高漲，導致社會低收入及失業者無房可住。德國「聯邦無家可歸者協會」最新公佈的數字顯示，全德目前有28.4萬人成為無家可歸者。

該協會稱，「無家可歸者」指的是那些無法負擔最低房價或租賃房屋，只能借住親戚朋友家、社會救助站，甚至流落街頭。2011到2012年之間，全德街頭露宿者達2.4萬人。由於政府並未精確統計，該協會認為實際人數還要更多。

聯邦統計局曾指出，2011年德國民眾的人均住房面積約13坪，雖然這個數字還在日漸增加，但社會貧富不均卻讓低收入者根本沒有立錐之地。在德國政府取消25歲以下失業者的住房補助後，這個情況更加嚴重。

【劉煥彥／台北報導】歐美股市昨天持續反應美國聯準會可能提前於9月縮減QE的利空。以美國來看，雖然短線持續反應QE而下跌，但美元指數近2日走勢並未明顯向上噴出，意味目前問題不在QE，而在先前股市漲多處在相對高檔，所以稍有任何風吹草動就使指數下跌，研判短期國際股市拉回整理不變，後續要觀察美元是否轉強，及美股是否能儘速止穩。
 
大慶證券認為，以台股日線來看，指數在8000點之上已形成頭部反壓。若以技術面1比1測幅滿足點來看，短線約在7827點會有初步支撐，大約在目前年線附近。由於年線仍為上揚走勢，研判短線大盤有機會出現跌深後技術性反彈，惟整體型態轉弱，整理時間將拉長，操作須嚴控資金水位。

【綜合報導】狗是人類最好朋友的說法再添證據：研究發現，打呵欠不但會人傳人，也會人傳狗。

日本研究指出，狗對人類真正打呵欠時十分敏感，故主人打呵欠時，狗也會被「傳染」，隨之打呵欠，顯示狗也有人一樣的同理心。研究針對25隻狗及其主人進行實驗，發現當狗狗望着主人或陌生人打呵欠或張大口作打呵欠狀時，較易會受主人影響而打起呵欠來，亦對真的呵欠更為敏感。

研究指出，打呵欠一般認為是為了減壓，但狗狗跟着主人打呵欠，似乎並非為減壓這麼簡單。

雲林縣手編達人許崢嶸，去年拜南投縣竹編大師林根在為師，投入竹編世界，即日起在雲林縣虎尾驛推出「竹夢虎尾驛籮筐」展覽，傳統的技術加上新的思維，激盪出新藝品。

許崢嶸與林根在相識10多年，去年才正式拜師學藝，許崢嶸為表學習的企圖心，連續2個月雲林南投奔波，而且指名要挑戰迷你物品，傳承在地文化精神，「天下無難事，只怕有心人」。

林根在曾獲得第一屆國家工藝獎的竹編藝術燈，昨天首次在虎尾驛展出，讓民眾對於微小物品特感興趣，拿出手機拍照。

林根在指出，竹編和打包帶編織其實大同小異，差別在於竹子無法任意彎折，有打包帶的編織當底子，竹編對於許崢嶸而言小意思，期望他在編織過程中加入新元素，可以在雲林另外開課，將竹編發揚光大。

許崢嶸笑說，編織就如同他的體重一樣，伸縮自如，有無限的可能，此次作品有千禧龍、巨型茶壺、茶盤組等物品，另外每六、日，虎尾驛也會安排DIY體驗課程，歡迎踴躍參加。報名電話（05）6335893

針對明年開始國內機票價格即將調漲，華信航空指出，隨著這些年來油價高漲，航空燃油成本已由原來的占營運成本15%提升到30%以上，目前許多航線都是賠錢在經營，即便是調漲以現在的油價，離島航線還是會出現小虧的局面。
