【綜合報導】昨天台灣25萬民眾，為了洪仲丘案身著白衫上凱道抗議，新加坡網友說，佩服台灣人為了陌生人上街追求正義，並說台灣是個有人性的社會。
 
根據「中央社」報導，新加坡「海峽時報」（Straits Times）與「亞洲新聞台」（Channel News Asia）、「聯合早報」都刊登相關訊息，引起新加坡網友熱烈討論。
 
「My New Life in Asia」在「海峽時報」臉書說，「因為台灣人活在一個自由的國家，如果人民揭發不公不義，不必害怕被槍斃或要坐牢。」
 
「Stephen」在「雅虎新加坡」網頁說，新加坡也曾有幾個孩子在服兵役時死亡，但是大家只能接受，台灣是國防部長下台，總統道歉，軍官被起訴，「台灣還是1個比較有人性的社會」。

標題[問題] 清淡的食物

來到中壢外食久了 每天都吃便當、麥當勞、火鍋、滷味、義大利麵、牛肉麵等輪流吃 有點膩了，吃完都覺得胃不太舒服 想過要自己煮，也買了電鍋 但沒冰箱再加上平日要上班回來也累了 所以不考慮自己煮的選項 因此想問一下中壢靠近交流道附近 有沒有比較清淡，有家常菜味道的食物? 只要不要太油膩都可以接受 價位不在考慮範圍內 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.231.181.77

士林文化節昨天開跑，前身為彈藥庫的芝山文化生態綠園，被布置成軍火彈藥庫的模樣，還有學生專門協助導覽，吸引不少民眾圍觀。 圖／芝山文化生態綠園提供

「芝山風華‧士林文化節」昨天登場，下周日起至9月底，一連9場音樂會將分別於士林公民會館等地登場，活動免費，採事先報名，有興趣民眾不要錯過。

北市野鳥學會芝山岩管理處長李明晃表示，士林區的歷史文化景點相當多，為讓民眾了解士林的人文歷史，和在地團體共同合作，一塊舉辦士林文化節。今年不僅音樂場次較以往來得多，還有芝山文化生態綠園的軍事遺跡導覽活動。

一連9場音樂會全由士林當地樂團演出，包括蘭雅國中管弦樂團、中鼎愛樂社曼陀林樂團、芝山國小口琴社、士林聖教會音樂團、雨農國小弦樂團等。

演出場地幾乎遍布整個士林區，像錢穆故居、林語堂故居、士林公民會館、士林官邸、台北數位藝術中心等，讓民眾一邊欣賞音樂，一邊參觀場館。

李明晃指出，很多人都不知道，芝山文化生態綠園的前身是國防部軍事情報局特種武器彈藥室軍營。為重現當年場景，不僅有槍枝、軍品、衣物、照片的展示，還有身穿迷彩軍服的小小導覽員，在現場唱軍歌、操槍、換崗，讓整個生態綠園彷彿搖身一變成為軍營，歡迎有興趣的民眾來體驗。

芝山文化生態綠園表示，下周日起至9月29日，每周日下午都將固定舉辦免費音樂會，下周日下午2點，請來中鼎愛樂社曼陀林樂團、台北曼陀林樂團及士東國小弦樂團，在中鼎公司一樓大廳(中山北路六段89號)將有精彩演出。

活動重頭戲莫過於9月29日下午2點至4點，在士林官邸露天舞台的音樂馬拉松表演，總計10個樂團將接力演出。

美國國際貿易委員會（ITC）原訂1日公布蘋果控三星侵權案結果，決定延後八天至9日再裁定是否對三星手機與平板祭出禁銷令，但未說明緣由。

ITC法官潘德在2012年10月裁定，三星侵害蘋果三項技術專利與一項設計專利。

ITC將部分疑點交由潘德重新審理後，又發現Android的選取文字功能侵害蘋果數項專利。

9日將是蘋果的大日子，不僅ITC將公布這項判決，美國聯邦上訴法院也將在當天舉行聽證會，處理蘋果針對法院拒絕對遭控侵權的多項三星產品發出禁銷令所提的上訴。

《你敢有聽著咱唱歌》（台語版《Do You Hear the People Sing》）填詞者吳易澄，今天在《蘋果日報》論壇版發表《黑暗中搖動大鐘的繩索》一文中表示，《你敢有聽著咱唱歌》之所以打動人心，全是因為政府阻絕民意，黑箱政策、威權與卸責，引發全民共憤。

當25萬人集結凱道，要求政府公布一位義務役軍人之死的真相與改革時，總統卻隱身深山，面對排山倒海的批評，只換來一句「謝謝指教」，甚至感到委屈哽咽，仿佛自己才是受害者。

在803萬人送仲丘當天，其實也是苗栗大埔朱姓阿嬤過是3周年。當年因為被毀田而輕生的大埔阿嬤，時任行政院長吳敦義竟只以「這婦女好像平時就有一點病痛，好像是憂鬱」來搪塞，當權者袒護有權力者，一味的對受害者落井下石。

從洪案、徵地都更到服貿爭議，群眾上街表達心聲卻遭政府暴力對待，這也徹底粉碎對國家的信任。《你敢有聽著咱唱歌》歌詞，反映人民的心聲，就像是傷心的人渴望被理解一樣。若要以一句話來為台灣定調，那麼就是人民無力對抗政府與財團。
