微軟自有品牌平板電腦Surface RT與Surface Pro昨（4）日在台灣上市，日本Surface RT今年2月上市後，連續六周市占率超過iPad，和碩、F-TPK宸鴻、群光等供應鏈受惠。台灣微軟總經理蔡恩全指出，此次在台上市，希望朝此目標邁進。

為讓利給品牌廠商，微軟不急著讓Surface上架，由品牌廠的Win 8產品先賣，所以延到現在才在台亮相。

Surface平板電腦去年10月底上市，微軟推出自有品牌的硬體產品時，引起與微軟合作多年的品牌夥伴宏碁、惠普等不滿，宏碁更直言「這是傷害PC產業的決定」。蔡恩全說，因此只要是筆電品牌廠商所在的國家，Surface產品都不會放在第一波上市名單內，例如日本Surface RT今年2月才上市、Surface Pro在3月。

Surface概念股包含組裝的和碩、觸控面板的F-TPK宸鴻、鍵盤的群光和F-科嘉等；台灣則是聯強負責代理Surface，進行相關的物流和售後維修等。

Surface RT與Surface Pro昨天在全台燦坤及法雅客100家旗艦門市全台同步開賣，蔡恩全與燦坤董事長閻俊傑並在燦坤台北電腦應用展攤位上首賣，希望帶動台北應用展買氣，同時挹注燦坤營收。

蔡恩全表示，台灣微軟特別向總部爭取，Surface在台上市與美國同步提供促銷優惠價格，Surface RT單機價格10,888元起，主打商務市場的Surface Pro單機24,888元起。蔡恩全分析，Surface RT在日本上市後，有好幾周市占率都超過iPad，在中國大陸市場銷售市場也傳出佳績，台灣雖規模較小，但也希望能創造佳績。

我的鼻頭很大已經縮鼻翼自體軟骨隆鼻了，但是就是鼻頭大五官看起來就是還好
我還回去診所問，結果醫生說~我本來以前就鼻頭大，所以縮鼻翼之後加上自體軟骨隆鼻手術回復後，鼻翼雖小了鼻子也挺了，但是重點鼻頭就是好大，拍照起來整個鼻子就是大拉，難道沒有辦法把鼻頭變小的手術嗎???我問醫生醫生說我本身條件鼻頭就有點大，所以手術回復舊是這樣，可是我還是不想鼻頭大，誰知道鼻頭能縮小的手術，還是根本就沒這個手術呢??有誰知道請給答案好嗎???

北市府文化局表示，活動串連城東、中山雙連、內湖、文山四大街區，推出超過百場趣味活動，包含工作坊、講座、展覽、表演藝術、自主創意行動，還有快閃表演。

活動包含「街角創意大串聯」、「小招牌製造所」、「街角遇見表演藝術」、「街角遇見新一代」、「超級城市‧肥沃論壇」的5大主軸，昨起至9月30日陸續登場。

文化局表示，「街角創意大串聯」由企業、設計、藝術團體自主發動策畫，用創意為日常生活帶來改變。

如「制服抱抱」行銷創意團隊，計畫在機車綁上蝴蝶結造型氣球，騎士每星期一穿梭在街頭，向路人微笑打招呼，要讓機車騎士在Blue Monday也有好心情，感受台北人情味。

「街角遇見表演藝術」結合2013華山生活藝術節、古舞團、行為藝術家葉育君，在台北街頭推出即興式快閃表演，與現場民眾互動，展現「城市即舞台」生活意涵。

「小招牌製造所」則邀知名平面設計師聶永真、插畫家王春子、水越設計、珍珠茶屋及天晴設計，為實體店面訂製專屬招牌，完全免費，限量接受報名。

「新一代設計展」特搜42件作品在街區店家展出，並邀設計師駐店一天，與民眾互動。「超級城市‧肥沃論壇」邀名人對談城市，主題從都市色彩談到聲音探索等。

文化局表示，12、13日將在內湖和城東街區舉辦街區招牌導覽，由設計師帶民眾欣賞特色招牌。每場限額30人，可上網報名。

　　《繹　雕塑展》開展方式令人耳目一新！郭老師帶領參觀者進入展演空間，一片漆黑裡逐一點亮展品，光與影的襯托下，雕塑品《重生系列》、《心相系列》及《生命之歌》等，都像是被賦與了生命力，活靈活現了起來。

　　現場並安置數顆大石，當作座位給民眾歇息。郭老師說，他希望參觀者來到他的空間，可以坐下來放鬆欣賞，觀察這律動的形體，想要傳達新生的契機，由心出發，展現生氣蓬勃的生命力，迎向世界，自由綻放。

我的貓其實活力飲食都很好，只是帶貓去作個年度基本健檢比較安心，卻搞的貓現在整隻腿腫淤血..(不知道會不會有什麼聽說打針引起腫瘤的問題)！健檢想有個安心，現在卻只有更擔心和傷心！！

去了網路評價說還可以的三重的三和動物醫院，就醫過程就感到隱隱的不快了，看診中，獸醫院變菜市場一樣，我帶貓正在看診，其他人到處走動像在逛街就算了(甚至還逛到我旁邊來，我的貓正在看診ㄟ!!)
健檢要詢問相關事項，一度根本也無法對話，因為已經不大間的診所，幾位客人當在自家客廳一樣聊開了，聊天聲音又超大聲，要跟他們比大聲才能問問題了！根本不管有人的寵物正在看診主人正在擔心著。
獸醫也根本沒制止的意思，還跟他們有一搭沒一搭的對話。(彷彿在開寵物派對，是我走錯地方是吧！！)而且感覺一直漫不經心，完全沒在好好幫我家的貓除了抽血也該做些外觀上的檢查。事後還說什麼幫我趕走其他狗主人了，關我什麼事阿!
嘔的事來了，健檢要抽血，獸醫可能自覺自己打針技術已之高超，或著反正對我如親人般重要的貓，對他來說不過就是隻雜種畜牲而已。也常習慣性這樣瞎抽，也沒人有意見過吧。我不是他這樣對寵物瞎抽血的第一位，也不會是最後一位。
貓毛也不剃，直接扎，我看他扎進去抽血還有一段根本抽沒血是「空抽」，他還辯說健檢不需要這麼多血。
好啦，誰叫我自己送上門(去年也是到這家健檢，當時覺得獸醫有些話說的很實在，也不會為了賺錢亂推銷貓不必要的產品，但卻刻意忽略他對上門的寵物其實並不用心)，加上經過太多其他三重差勁的獸醫院，顯得他沒這麼糟…。糟中選不要太糟的選擇…

結果，那健檢儀器竟然測不出來，也不知是否根本就是自己儀器機型也舊了(該淘汰了)，診所環境設備整個感覺都很舊了，還怪我家貓什麼上層血怎樣怎樣，所以驗不到，我懷疑根本他一開始抽血地方就沒抽好，硬抽。
好啦，只好在貓另條腿再扎一針抽血(我他X的還感謝他讓我再免費驗一次)，也幸虧這次我提醒他應該先剃貓毛再抽血吧，這次抽血就沒有類似抽空針沒抽到血的狀況。
結果其他指數正常，就血糖兩百多偏高..，獸醫就開始武斷的說貓有糖尿病..，貓眼睛因為糖尿病顏色不正常！我請教他哪裡不正常了(還問我面紙盒什麼顏色，他看的顏色和我不一樣。)講的比鬼故事還懸，誰聽的懂！
況且都還沒確診是糖尿病，而且貓眼有狀況也該是儀器測或已經很嚴重才有明顯狀況吧！用肉眼看！
我家貓眼有神漂亮的要命，他自己眼睛才該洗一下！一付我質疑他專業態度的話，要我去台大動物醫院或就去買糖尿病處方飼料。
幸虧我還是先回家冷靜一下，網路做了一下功課，又去其他家獸醫院請教，結果事實是貓糖尿病根本不是這麼武斷光憑一次和一個血糖值就判定的。例如貓會吃多喝多卻暴瘦，我家貓根本也沒有這狀況。血糖偏高也有很多外在、內在、環境的多重其他因素..(我家貓有時真的太乖，抽血淤血成這樣，那天診間又來了不少的狗，還是乖乖任人擺佈，連哈氣都不敢，到回家才放鬆的張嘴喘氣，牠也可能因壓力緊張而血糖升高的…)
健檢該有的檢查耳朵、牙齒、量體溫..等等都要我一一提醒，才一直心不在焉的動作，檢查耳朵也沒用儀器，又一個神醫來著，肉眼就能知道貓耳內狀況。
跟其他遇到過素質差勁的飼主一樣也只能自認倒楣，這極糟的貓健檢經驗和非常粗糙的醫療判定(這事可大可小)，如果我完全聽他的，讓健康的貓貿然去吃處方飼料，或吃不對的處方飼料，沒病變有病!!
最氣也心痛的事，回來我看我有提醒的要先剃毛再抽血的貓左腿沒事，另外一隻貓右腿就沒這麼僥倖了，當天就隱隱覺得怪，因為沒剃毛，只覺得貓膚色怎麼這麼深充血瘀青色，想說應該只是扎針處有這狀況，今天再仔細看，還特別剪了一下毛，才發現淤血瘀青的範圍遍部很大的範圍，再觸摸比較兩腿，也明顯比另一隻腫脹許多…，心疼死了。
真想去砸那間診所！！！！
這隻貓就像我的親人一樣，不是他的大客戶，沒讓他診所賺大錢，也不用這樣糟蹋我的貓吧。
難道當寵物主人的我們，除了罵一罵，極度心痛憤怒只能往肚裡吞掉，而素質不良的獸醫繼續執業，等待下個倒楣的飼主….嗎??!!
早知道我不要帶去健檢，等貓有狀況才不得已去獸醫院嗎，演變到這樣也太可悲。
請幫幫我介紹個有點素質的獸醫院吧，不要求要多有愛心，至少不是這麼素質誇張的獸醫院和獸醫師。
本來已經有點等不及要趕快再帶貓去複檢，如今看貓腿的瘀血瘀青、腫脹不知何時會消….！下一間獸醫師會比較好嗎！！？….一次又一次的糟糕獸醫院看診經驗。讓我看也不是不看也不是…

針對公民1985行動聯盟昨晚發起的「萬人凱道送仲丘」活動，吸引25萬民眾上街怒吼要真相，台北市長郝龍斌今（4）日表示，這是公民自發性的活動，過程理性和平，他個人高度肯定台灣民眾的民主素養。

台北市長郝龍斌今日出席日本愛媛縣舉辦的「松山to松山包機直航」記者會，宣布台北市與愛媛縣兩地同名松山機場的包機直航，將於10月11日對飛；而10月13日「松山-道後溫泉祈福機械鐘」也將於台北市松山區亮相，屆時將成為台北市觀光新亮點。

針對媒體提問有關昨日凱道湧進25萬名民眾送洪仲丘、要真相的活動，郝龍斌表示，整個過程理性和平，他個人高度肯定台灣民眾的民主素養。

郝龍斌表示，民眾的訴求是查明真相，他建議總統馬英九以三軍統帥、協調五院的高度，組成專案小組，儘快釐清真相，讓司法調查得到民眾的信任，這是當務之急。
