摘要：食藥署昨天發生的內部作業疏失，誤把應該是要請各地衛生局去稽查油品的公文，打成下架油品的公文，還傳了出去。今天，就遭到消基會批評，這種做法根本是先洩漏消息給廠商，讓業者有時間消滅證據，衞福部應該負起最大責任。行政院長江宜樺也說出重話，要求衛福部必須盡速釐清責任，進行懲處。

【曾佳俊／新北報導】新北市府今天持續於各連鎖大賣場、超市進行「油安行動」，除了大統、富味鄉公司油品外，針對「福懋油脂股份有限公司」6項標示不實油品，以及「頂新製油實業有限公司」21項疑似混充大統長基油品的銷售通路，展開全面稽查，今天總共查包裝油品1萬1413件，於3地查獲3項包裝食用油品涉標示不實，分別為纖活美饌低多元健康調和油、龍駿胡麻油及順發優質蔬菜健康油，共下架223件；另外也查獲172件油品(福懋公司64件、頂新公司108件)待退貨中，未發現販售其他經衛福部公布檢測脂肪酸組成不合格油品。

衛生局表示，總公司位於新北市的龍駿胡麻油，因瓶身沒標示原料成分，將約談業者了解，並開出處分書，罰金4到20萬元；另兩件則是成分僅寫植物油，同樣涉及標示不實，將移往當地衛生單位進行約談處分。

【沈能元／台北報導】台北市衛生局持續稽查油品，今再查獲2項產品分別是義大利有機冷壓高燃點葵花油、順發優質蔬菜健康油，因含2種以上（2兩種）成分，卻未標示為調合油，要求下架改正為調合油，才可再行販售。另1件正統特級花生油雖標示為調合油，但字體長寬小於6公厘，須貼標改正後再販售。

【黃任膺／台中報導】臺中市政府衛生局今天下午，在廣三SOGO百貨一樓前廣場舉辦「Fun心笑開懷．健康快樂樹」活動，教導大家認識焦躁，憂鬱等情緒，以及平常如何運動紓壓的方式 。

參加舌動的高一生的楊翔宇說，國二開始，常因為課業壓力重，一遇到考試的時候，情緒起伏更是明顯，特別會有焦躁、不安的感覺，因此會藉著騎踏車來抒發情緒，平均一次騎約1小時左右。
 
董氏基金會2013年「全國民眾憂鬱認知與紓壓方式之相關性調查」，發現11.0%的受訪者有明顯憂鬱情緒，需要尋求進一步的專業協助，換算下來，全台約有209萬人有明顯憂鬱情緒 。

首先我必須開門見山說一下，這部戲充滿著各種不合理 但是它就是看起來很爽 看起來很爽 看起來很爽 因為很爽所以要說三遍。 首先先吐槽一下 整個Asgard的守門員只有Heimdall+一個由Heimdall控制開啟的防護罩 而且這防護罩還要跑到定點才能開??!! 我記得神話裡Heimdall有個名為Gjallar的號角阿!!!地球都知道打手機了 怎麼身為九大國度守護者的Asgard卻要由人當防護系統 而且還要他自己上場捅光學迷彩(?)的敵船 我記得他好像全年無休，24小時待命，他到底年薪多少啊？！ 空間扭曲炸彈感覺很有趣，不過拜託你們智商像個地球人好嗎 做大點拿去丟外星人，看會不會被用個袋子吸收(咦?) 這東西弄大點也不用乙太，九大國度丟一丟以後再慢慢收拾阿 (也難怪你們會被一個Bifrost搶走乙太，根本沒腦袋阿~~~) 前半段滿滿的Darcy式搞笑「That's what i said. That's what i did.」 還有要求實習生脫鞋子給她丟下去實驗 這角色轉職搞笑役了？ 「You save my life.(I'm yours.)」 喔喔喔 告白宣言~~~這宣言有點智障XDDD~* 後面看到空間連結在一起，Mjölnir飛飛(翻譯喵喵是哪招，我還想說Darcy賣萌有點恥阿!!) 看到這錘子飛來飛去，這部戲真的很搞笑XDDD 就像是導航系統沒更新，不知道可以抄捷徑一直帶你繞遠路XDDD 還有Jane的黑科技，神盾局你們到底有沒有打算把這個女人還有裸體大叔給抓起來阿 這種東西放著給外面的人玩真的好嗎？ 劇中 Thor嘴巴上說不要，身體卻很老實的接受Loki的指引 一起進入到另一個世界(喔喔喔~~~灑花~*) Thor幫Jane蓋被子，Loki：「如果我有乙太」 (ˊ︶ˋ)<你想被蓋被子嗎？我傲嬌的弟弟 最後被Thor攬入懷中，Loki的真情流露 「哥哥，抱抱」(腦補對話) 喔天啊，值回票價啊(再灑花~*) 以上吐槽是我的部分，一直灑花看兄弟情的是我女性朋友說的... 有點後悔沒有去看3D版，我猜3D板在祭悼的時候畫面應該很漂亮ˊˇˋ 有沒有看3D版的大大要現身說法一下 -- 男生看到女生那個樣子本來就會忍不住嘛下半身不行還有上半身呀好癢快受不了要射了我本 來就還很年輕啊現在會犯錯也是正常的嘛之前沒做又不代表之後不會做我是說了很多承諾但 做的本來就會跟說的不一樣呀又不是我的錯是妳說要分手是我被拋棄耶你不能總一直想著你 女兒你也要想想我兒子啊反正妳人還活著要求合理的話我們再來賠是她自己要去自殺的關我 什麼事有那麼嚴重嗎我還只是學生又負不起什麼責任我又沒在工作為什麼交往時候我要出錢 　 　　　我　一　定　會　叫　教　官　好　好　保　護　我　兒　子　的　。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.35.83.144

彰化縣立法委員林滄敏的掌上明珠林珮如，與相戀15年的男友許丁基共結連理，這對新人分別任職國際大廠，都擔任管理幹部，郎才女貌深獲雙方親友祝福。

林珮如31歲，就讀建國工專（建國科技大學的前身）結識同校同學許丁基。畢業後，林珮如考上長榮大學，並出國深造，取得英國蘇格蘭愛丁堡大學語言教學研究碩士學位。許丁基也繼續求學，拿到亞洲科技大學國際企業研究所碩士。

林珮如進入義大利國際品牌Salvatore Ferragamo（費洛格蒙）倫敦分公司，目前擔任採購行銷部門主管；許丁基獲台中愛利克公司網羅，擔任3M工業部門產品總經銷的幹部。兩人遠距戀愛多年，許丁基向林珮如求婚，在10月底完婚，朝夕廝守以免相思之苦。

林滄敏擔任3屆彰化縣議員，轉戰立法委員，連任3屆，服務基層勤快，深獲選民好評。今天下午6點36分他將在花壇鄉全國麗園大飯店為愛女舉辦歸寧會親喜筵，立法院長王金平等政界重量級人士都將是座上貴賓。

《各報要聞》台灣花卉產值，2年內拚200億

【時報-各報要聞】繼花博之後，台北市長郝龍斌昨天宣布啟動「萬花節」，未來每年將固定舉行，以提升北台灣觀光業及全國花卉產業。農委會主委陳保基預估，在都會區花卉消費成長帶動下，國內花卉年產值將可由目前的162億元，2年內衝破200億元。

台北市2010年舉辦國際花卉博覽會，根據市政府統計，當年花博參觀遊客近千萬人，遊客涵蓋在台北市的交通、餐飲、住宿、娛樂與購物等各類消費總支出在內，總計創造逾400億元的經濟效益，也因為台北花博的成功，台中市日前也爭取到2018花博主辦權。

郝龍斌也透露，花博後，透過台北市的花卉行銷，每年協助花卉業者增加的外銷金額達1億元，內銷增加20億元，創造的產值更超過50億元。

郝龍斌表示，台北市舉辦花博當時，就希望它不是結束，而是開始，此次在花博公園舉辦萬花節，採用的花卉95％以上運用台灣生產的花卉，一方面希望透過花卉的藝術美學能美化台北市，一方面也讓各地花卉業者能透過到台北市的行銷和展示，增加銷售量並提高產值。

首屆萬花節活動，包含「戶外景觀設計大賽」、「愛與芬芳國際花藝設計大賽」、「花卉裝置藝術設計大展」及「2014台北花卉展」 等四大花卉園藝展覽，展期從即日起至明年3月31日，長達5個月，採免費參觀。

他說，萬花節活動期間，涵蓋多個節日，聖誕節將會有一系列花卉展示及生活美學介紹，春節、燈會也會有不同的活動，「萬花節是花博的延續，不僅能提升城市美學，也讓台北成為美麗城市的願景指日可待」。

農委會主委陳保基則表示，台北市舉辦大型花卉活動，可以讓國際間看到台灣的花卉競爭力，萬花節展出的許多作品，幾乎是花博再現而且更細膩，不輸給當時的花博。（新聞來源：工商時報─記者崔慈悌／台北報導）

【蔡進男／基隆報導】新北市1名32歲洪姓攝影師，曾替26歲范姓外拍女模拍攝內衣清涼照，沒想到因此喜歡上范女，但又礙於范女有男友，不敢直接表白，竟用暱稱「張玉玲」，在范女臉書粉絲專頁留言，「如不與洪姓攝影師一同出遊，將把她（范女）的內衣清涼照散布網路上！」范女心想清涼照雖然沒有露點，但萬一被男友看到，恐影響2人感情，勉為其難答應出遊。

不料隔天洪男食髓知味，再度用同樣手法要脅范女出遊，范女不堪其擾，只好報警處理，警方訊後依妨害自由罪將洪男移送法辦。檢警調查，洪男2年前也曾用樣手法，騷擾過其他外拍女模，有恐嚇罪前科；檢方偵查後依妨害自由提起公訴，全案審查終結，法官認為洪男犯後態度良好，判處拘役80天，或易科罰金8萬元，可上訴。
