威力彩頭獎上看23億元，到底誰能這麼幸運抱走這高額彩金？怎麼買較易中獎呢？根據台灣彩券針對威力彩逾500萬元高額中獎人統計發現，有42%都是每期購買，不固定地點或是在住家附近購買較多，多數一次會買100至500元，而且有6成以上全部都是電腦選號。

根據台灣彩券從97年1月22日至今年7月15日的威力彩中獎統計，平均每2.8個月開出1次頭獎，平均每2個月產生1位頭獎中獎人，而且平均每次頭彩金額6.3億元。

不過，怎麼買才容易中獎呢？若就威力彩中獎人的購買行為分析，台灣彩券統計，500萬元以上高額中獎人有42%的人每期都會買，有22.3%的人是想到就買，另有1成是1個月買2-3次，而且有41.8%的人不固定地點購買，有39.7%選擇在住家附近投注，有1成會選公司附近購買彩券。

不僅如此，台灣彩券統計也顯示，有近4成最常購買大樂透及威力彩，而且有61.1%全部都是電選號碼，也有24.4%是全部自選號碼，至於每次購買金額，有67.8%的高額中獎人一次會購買100-500元，有16.1%則會一次花501元至1000元購買，不過，有44.2%不固定時間購買，有25%下午投注，也有23.7%是晚上購買彩券。

此外，台灣彩券也統計指出，在威力彩高額中獎人中，男性占66%，年齡則以50-59歲最多，占32%，臉型則以橢圓型臉最多，其次則是圓形臉，而且濃眉、雙眼皮、高鼻及厚唇者佔多數，而且生肖屬狗、處女座及血型O型的人最多。

至於威力彩高額中獎人以居住北部最受財神爺眷顧，居住縣市前5名分別為新北市、高雄市、台北市、台中市及桃園縣，其中新北市就占了25%，高雄市占14.7%，台北市13.6%。

真是個需要人照顧的弟弟呢 你就在那邊看著吧，阿驅 這是我的最後一課... 這部本身還算是中規中矩的足球漫畫, 不過每次快輸的時候, 主角就靠著神打來解決困境, 一直是個很讓人不滿的地方. 主角何時可以不靠神打來贏球, 也是我看這部漫畫的重點之一. 最新一集中, 隨著踢學展現壓倒性的實力差, 神打也終於徹底進化, 變成完全的鬼上身了(欸??) 不過這應該是最後一次了, 看起來作者也覺得這樣下去不行, 之後大概就沒有外掛可以開啦 XD 不過連載好像也有要結束的感覺就是...(汗) -- 悲しいでも、美しい。苦しいでも、優しい。 最高、そして最低の純愛物語－－ White Album 2 ~ Closing Chapter ~ ACG AVG FTG http://w7266.pixnet.net/blog -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.204.2.181

海盜攻城戰　一觸即發
　　加勒比海新地圖開放後，隨著玩家陸續開發城市，帶動城市貿易繁榮，總會惹來不肖份子的覬覦─殘暴、貪心的海盜眼紅各城市蓬勃發展所帶來的財富，於是私下集結，準備大肆搜刮加勒比海沿岸城市的財富。

　　本次開放的「海盜攻城戰」，時間分別是下午的一點及晚上的九點。每次攻城會有 2 批海盜進攻，海盜出現刷新間隔為 10 分鐘。每次海盜出現的數量與開拓城市的數量有關，開拓的城市越多，海盜數量也就越多。海盜攻城戰的海盜不具備回血功能，也不會主動攻擊玩家，攻擊對象以城市為主。海盜會從出發點向第1個城市進攻，抵達城市後會先與該城市的城牆裝備進行戰鬥。

玩家可從全區地圖查看海盜的動向

海盜之王現身　不是你死就是我活
　　若海盜勝利，則城市發展度和武裝度會降低，當被攻擊的城市發展度和武裝度降到最低後，海盜才會向下個城市移動；依此類推。當所有海盜被消滅，最後會出現海盜之王，而海盜之王的攻城方式和普通海盜一樣，只是所擁有的戰力比一般海盜要來得高。

海盜攻城，燒殺擄掠在所難免

贏者為王，獎勵豐富
　　打贏海盜的玩家能獲得什麼樣的獎勵呢？每消滅 5 隻海盜船就能獲得 1 次抽卡的機會。若玩家實力夠強，消滅了整個海盜艦隊，則能獲得 1 次抽金卡的機會。當城市的防禦力夠強大，抵擋得住海盜的攻擊並且消滅海盜，則城主獲得相對應的抽卡機會。如果海盜之王被消滅，則所有參與過海盜攻城活動的玩家均能獲得 1 張卡片。

配合本次海盜攻城戰開放的抽卡功能

抽卡方式為 3 張卡片抽 1 張，其餘兩張卡片將進入黑市

海盜攻城瘋夏祭　祭出優惠獎勵
　　這次海盜攻城戰的開放，各大城市的城主不但需要加強城市的防禦力，還能號召同公會玩家們共同抵禦海盜的入侵。為配合新功能的開放，官方將於 7 月 21 日至 7 月 24 日推出儲值、消費返還優惠的活動，並推出「留言一句，航海見真情」活動。玩家留言除能獲得獎勵外，還有機會抽 50 萬銀幣。詳細活動辦法詳見官方網站最新資訊。
