【綜合報導】今天全台各地依舊艷陽高照，板橋在11時27分已到35.1℃，大台北中午有機會熱到36℃。  

中央氣象局表示，明天到周四各地大致上仍為晴到多雲、炎熱天氣，高溫幾乎都在33℃至35℃間，台北受都市熱島效應影響，還是可能出現36℃左右高溫；周日西半部地區及宜蘭、花蓮地區午後會有局部短暫雷陣雨，南部及台東沿海則是於清晨會出現局部短暫陣雨 。

【大紀元2013年07月08日訊】(大紀元記者孫青鶴美國費城綜合報導)特朗普環球小姐組織（Trump's Miss Universe Organization）以誹謗罪將前賓州小姐西娜.莫寧（Sheena Monin）告上法庭, 上週紐約市聯邦法官判決莫寧向特朗普環球小姐組織賠償 5百萬美金損失費。

現年28歲的西娜‧莫寧於去年6月辭掉賓州小姐桂冠，她在臉書和NBC電台的《今天（Today）》節目中公開表示特朗普環球小姐組織的選美比賽不公正，並說在比賽現場直播之前就已經確定了前五名美國小姐的名字。特朗普環球小姐組織的仲裁人西奧多•卡茨（Theodore Katz） 說的莫寧的言論是錯誤和惡意的，已經使選美公司損失了一位潛在贊助商BP的5百萬美金的贊助費。卡茨還說莫寧居心不良，她曾經反對特朗普環球小姐組織招收變性人參加選美比賽。法官保羅.歐肯（Paul Oetken）肯定了仲裁人卡茨關於損失贊助費的控訴，他說：「西娜.莫寧需要賠償特朗普環球小姐組織5百萬美金損失費，對這個裁決，法庭也為她感到十分沉重。然而同情在法庭分析中不起任何作用，而且法律是明確的。」

莫寧認為仲裁人的做法超出自己的職權範圍，且沒有足夠證據證明她的言論使特朗普環球小姐組織損失5百萬美金。 她在上週四的臉書上寫道：「這不是關於我成了失敗者或者是我一時的名聲的事情，這是關於特朗普環球小姐組織違反對公眾的承諾，它操縱法官的決策為它自己服務。」她說令人高興的是事實總是事實，她希望人們能支持和幫助她進行法律辯護。

日本自助旅行信用卡刷卡相關問題

因今年9月要去日本大阪自助5天，請旅行社代訂長榮假期，在考慮旅平險和機場接送，但是不知道該刷什麼卡比較好。

1.請問旅平險是刷卡就會付在裡面嗎？還是要另外購買比較好？(目前有富邦財神白金正卡和花旗饗樂卡附卡)

2.機場接送JCB晶緻卡有一次免費接送，而萬事達卡是666元起，但是長榮假期是算團費還是機票？(出發是從淡水區是加價區)

3.如果有機場接送有考慮辦JCB晶緻卡，JCB在大阪優惠會很多嗎？

4.在日本刷卡每家銀行手續費都是1.5%嗎？

其實本來看完13集隔天周末就想衝去這個景點拍照了XD 硬是拖了一個星期，看完14集之後決定還是先停格在13集的美好XDDDD 在這時間點去踩點回味似乎還不賴XDD 而且因為白天太熱，所以等到晚上才出門XD 於是第一次晚上來到這個景點。 之前是白天來的。 不過其實日劇場景幾乎都是晚上比較多。 上星期一看到這個片段，馬上就認出來了。 因為以前來日本遊玩時就有特別來找過這個景點!! 那個噴水池太好認了!! ※若葉東公園。 http://www.city.shinjuku.lg.jp/seikatsu/midori01_001010.html 之前是『父女七日變』裡的腦內幻想小劇場，有在晚上的噴水池前取景。 不過我是白天來的。 『求婚大作戰』也有在這裡取景。 原本還信誓旦旦，要去找直樹坐的長凳拍照，然後坐在相同位置過乾癮。 結果一走到公園裡的噴水池，走到取景的那個轉角。 登愣!! 根本沒有長凳這種東西呀!!!!XDDDDDDDDDD 噴水池周圍圓弧狀，有擺放長凳。情侶愛用XDD 不過坐在那兒是面對噴水池的， 無法把噴水池當背景呀~~~~ 於是劇組還準備了長凳來拍攝呀!!!XDDDDD 為了美美的取景wwww 然後公園的四周，就是直樹晚上回家常常經過的路， 松本姐堵直樹告白的地方也在這裡， 琴子陪直樹走回家等等， 都是在這裡周圍XDDD 因為沒得坐直樹坐過的長凳，所以拍完照就離開了XD 已經好一陣子沒有動力去找日劇場景了， 13集這一幕令人太想去實景踩點了XDD 至於其他的新版惡吻場景地點，等以後有機會再去找找看囉XDD ===== 圖文網誌版 http://blog.yam.com/midako0323/article/65764135 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.100.158.197

媚登峯：請名醫顧問 並無暴利

（中央社記者林長順台北6日電）台北地檢署偵辦媚登(峰)案，昨天傳喚疑在台行醫的美國知名牙醫，訊後交保。媚登(峰)今天表示，曾委請名醫擔任顧問，並無暴利。

媒體報導，陳俊龍出身彰化醫生世家，在美國完成哈佛大學牙醫博士學位，成立國際植牙牙周醫學中心，擁有多間診所。陳俊龍自創五合一植牙手術，能快速無痛完成植牙手術，國際巨星麥可傑克森家族、芭芭拉史翠珊都曾是他的病患。

檢調查出，在台灣沒有醫師執照的陳俊龍，曾透過媚登(峰)創辦人莊雅清仲介，在媚登(峰)台北診所為貴婦進行植牙手術，涉嫌違反醫師法。

陳俊龍昨天抵台，承辦檢察官立即將他傳喚到案，訊後諭令新台幣20萬元交保，並限制出境。

媚登(峰)集團今天發表聲明，強調陳俊龍在美國以獨有的植牙技術，頗有聲名，媚登(峰)基於服務客戶初衷，確曾委請陳俊龍擔任顧問，並聯繫若干會員與陳俊龍及其醫療團隊，進行植牙。

聲明表示，媚登(峰)集團因協調聯繫所獲款項，扣除成本費用及後續相關承擔事項支出，實際上所餘甚微，絕無媒體報導獲得暴利情事，集團正彙整相關事證及單據，將陳報檢調單位。1020706

【大紀元2013年07月06日訊】 (大紀元記者魏思明溫哥華編譯報導）7月4日晚，400多名居民參加了在西基隆那（Westside-Kelowna）選區舉行的補選辯論會。省長簡蕙芝和其他7名候選人參加了該選區的補選。
　　
7月3日至6日，西基隆那（Westside-Kelowna）選區補選預先投票正在進行中，正式補選日將於下星期三（10日）舉行。
　　
5月14日的省選，簡蕙芝自己所在選區灰點區敗給對手、NDP的尹大衛（David Eby）。為獲得省議會議席，簡蕙芝必須在補選中獲勝方可繼續擔任省長一職。西基隆那（Westside-Kelowna）選區自由黨省議員Ben Stewart辭去省議員，讓出了席位。
　　
在7月4日的辯論會上，多名候選人對省長簡蕙芝在5月舉行的省選中失利，失去省議員資格一事發起攻擊。
　　
卑詩新民主黨候選人戈登（Carole Gordon）特別就簡蕙芝作為省長的表現給予批評，「奧克納根地區的失業率在上升，私營部門損失了31,000個職位，12,000名居民遷居他省，超過他省移居本地的人數。」她同時指出，在簡蕙芝的領導下，卑省的經濟增長速度位居全國倒數第二。
　　
不過簡蕙芝此次參加補選並沒有像5月省選時那樣攻擊對手，取而代之的是許下多個在該選區促進增加經濟的承諾，特別是對農業的發展。其中包括：「擴大果樹再種植計畫，這樣更利於持續性發展。在校園種植果樹和蔬菜的計劃畫可以使我們購買到本地出產的蔬菜水果，並為全省提供。」
　　
簡蕙芝還承諾修建第二座橫跨奧克納根湖的大橋，「讓我們現在就開始行動，如果我們在大溫低陸平原地區能做到，在這裡我們也可以做到。我想這裡的工作應該從現在就開始。」
　　
另外6名候選人亦參加了辯論，包括卑詩保守黨的厄普蕭（Shawn Upshaw）、4名獨立候選人和vision黨的一名候選人。
　　
如果簡蕙芝當選，將成為第三位選自內陸奧肯那根谷選區的省長。如果簡蕙芝當選，她將成為繼老班奈特（W. A. C. Bennett）和他的兒子比爾‧班奈特（Bill Bennett）兩位前省長之後，第3位選自奧肯那根選區的省長。◇

18年的初代三冠王已經懶得再修了
每個月都修一次好煩....
因為三陽維修保養都比較方便與便宜
想說趁7月有活動換車

主要是
a.雙載跑市區
最重應該有135kg
假日才會郊區趴趴走
要受得了雙北爛路面
(避震似乎z1跟evo比較好)

b.踏板空間要大
有時候會載一些大型貨物
(z1好像就很窄)
剛量了一下
三冠王踏板長26公分.椅墊跟前置物箱距離27公分
