新北市板橋區新成屋「板信城品」位成都街，鄰近熱鬧的府中商圈，至新板特區也不遠，生活機能相當便利，規劃22~60坪、每坪不二價55~60萬元，共69戶含1店面，訴求基地為板信商銀的起家厝，並邀請澳洲PTW建築團隊規劃，成為在地指標案。

「板信城品」基地面積共327坪，為板信商銀的起家厝，是在地知名的風水寶地，未來1樓店面也將開設板信商銀，現場專案經理簡依玲表示，以風水學來看，社區樓下為銀行即擁財庫，因此推出後反應熱絡。

簡依玲說，「板信城品」至捷運府中站僅550公尺，鄰近板橋後站商圈，食衣住行各項機能完整發達，走路搭乘捷運沿途可慢逛各個特色店家，基地鄰近附設幼稚園和社區大學的忠孝國中，可滿足各年齡層居住者的需求，旁邊還鄰近派出所，治安環境佳。

「板信城品」邀請澳洲PTW主持設計師John Bilmon親率團隊規劃，與A.O.E奧宇聯合建築師事務所黃翔龍建築師打造，規劃地上15樓、地下4樓，設計獨棟單層A1~A7共6戶，為A1戶43.11坪、A2戶31.3坪、A3戶22.04坪、A5戶60.84坪、A6戶26.62坪、A7戶49.26坪，每坪不二價55~60萬元，每戶總價1500~3500萬元。停車位有坡道平面和坡道機械，坡道平面規劃30個，機械車位有18個。休閒設施有交誼廳、閱覽室、空中花園，建材配備有5+5mmLow-E膠合玻璃、Grohe龍頭、TOTO馬桶，廚房擁6面鋼琴烤漆面板、美國杜邦人造石檯面、豪山廚具。

我滿16歲未滿17歲時因一件未注意的車禍而牽扯出肇事逃逸
我聽對方說因當下後車(對方)擦撞到我
但我沒感覺到且因上要上鐵路平交道也不穩我也沒感覺所以就騎走
後來因在場有警察也就吃上這條公訴罪 ....

開庭時我已滿17歲未滿18歲結案(102.7~8月)也是還有民事賠償
判下來是假日輔導課上完是(102.12.23)

當時有問監理所人員他們也說不清楚只知道禁考一年以為是已滿18歲開始算一年
到現在我已滿18歲了又聽一些朋友說是從結案開始算

那到底是從我滿18歲開始算一年可考駕照(等於要19歲)?
還是從判刑開始滿一年就可考駕照?

因為我現在已開始上班需要有機車駕照 ..
現在也7月初了想說如果是從判刑算一年的話
我最快下個月就可以去考了 !

麻煩了 ...! 真的很急> <

我爸65歲了他常常會煮東西到忘記,鍋子燒壞之前幸運的又發現避免一場火災但鍋子已燒黑我爸不知已燒多久這種狀況有兩次我家廚房在客廳外面平時少有人走在那裏,我很害怕會發生火災,已安裝煙霧偵測器,我住在三樓有甚麼逃生設施可購買或措施可預防嗎?

http://shibasuki.pixnet.net/blog/post/28621134 我對哲學之道的印象除了銀閣寺，就是春天的櫻花和秋天的楓葉，難以將這裡和紫陽花連結在一起。但行前網友分享的一張哲學之道紫陽花照片太吸引人，我這天早上又剛好沒排行程，便到這來看看。搭公車在"銀閣寺前"下車，穿越馬路就見到哲學之道的"標示牌"附近有一叢紫陽花，不過都是半開的狀況。我接著沿哲學之道往南走，正納悶"這裡真的有紫陽花？"時，就見到有好多株色彩豔麗、被陽光照得發亮的紫陽花在路邊。心滿意足地拍下幾張照片後，我一邊期待會看到更多紫陽花、一邊又擔心時間不夠（太晚出門、又訂好午餐），可惜接著只有零星的花球，甚至在"優佳雅銀閣寺店"後，紫陽花就幾乎絕跡了。雖然我是臨時起意而來，還是有點失望紫陽花數量不多，尤其那日太陽很大，我撐著陽傘走完哲學之道都懷疑自己快中暑。但想想除了這裡，京都市區好像也沒有其他地方可以拍下"紫陽花和水道"的畫面，我也不是毫無收穫。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.240.82.42

連兩年闖入決賽的「英國希望」，四強戰中以6（2）-7、6-4、6-4、6-3擊敗波蘭的Jerzy Janowicz，中間出現了一點小插曲，因為天色已暗大會決定關閉中央球場屋頂，比賽得暫時中斷。

Murray覺得關閉的時間有點晚，氣勢被打斷的他一度表達抗議，但只能無奈接受，「既然這是室外賽，你得盡量維持室外賽的特性，我只得重新找回我的注意力，我去沖了個澡，和人聊了一下，等著回來比賽。」

經過30分鐘的中斷，Murray狀況不見影響，順利擊退 Janowicz，作為波蘭首位大滿貫四強選手， Janowicz感到有點失望，他說：「我沒有發揮到自己最好的一面，這是我在這裡打得第二糟糕的比賽。」

「不過我內心深處還是很高興的，這是我第一次打進大滿貫準決賽。」 Janowicz表示，明天自己就會沒事。

而大會第一種子Djokovic則以7-5、4-6、7-6（-2）、6-7（8）、6-3拍落Potro，歷時4小時43分鐘，兩人打出公開賽年代以來，溫網纏鬥最久的四強戰。

是這樣的...... 我昨晚剛入手的 Xperia ZL 今天早上大概還剩7%左右的電量吧然後我就關機把它放下去充電大約充了5~6個小時可是現在卻無法開機長按電源鍵只有下方紅燈會閃個兩三下這到底是怎麼了呢??????Q________Q -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.167.231.205

不知道發這種文是否適當，本來想PO問板可是怕一下就被洗掉，只好求助food板的神人大大們我想找一家咖啡店，位置在台北市光復南路、國父紀念館附近賣甚麼好吃嗎裝潢怎樣都不清楚只知道老闆(男)有很多老唱片，好像還有老式的唱盤之類的這家店是我以前一位重要朋友的愛店，如今與那位朋友因故失聯了，想去緬懷一下隨意看看。無奈我完全不喝咖啡不知道如何找起，希望有神人指點，超級感謝。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.248.17.194

【陳建緯／台北報導】北市陽明山區一位專種高價木材「厚皮香」的吳姓民眾，多次遭到一名劉姓男子盜採，地主考量劉男已70歲，因此都放過他，怎知竟食髓知味不斷來偷，昨天上午劉男又再度前來偷盜，地主不堪其擾憤而報警，劉男見警到場還拿砍刀與警對峙，警方趁隙奪刀逮人。

警方清查劉男車上偷來的「厚皮香」竟多達650支，市價高達15萬以上。警方偵訊時，劉男坦承年輕時曾當木工學過雕刻，偷回來的木頭多拿來製作成拐杖或刀劍類；警方訊後依竊盜罪將劉男移送法辦。
