立法院交通委員會續審「廣播電視壟斷防治與多元維護法」，對於持有多少媒體股份構成結合，朝野立委上午未達共識。政院版原先訂定20%，民進黨立委葉宜津、管碧玲堅持採取在野黨版的10%，提案3分之1的國民黨立委楊麗環則質疑10%的標準，「市場喊價嗎？總要有一個根據理論！」該條文再次保留待後續協商。
