大陸北緯通信(002148.SZ)公布，擬以不低於26.30元/股(人民幣,下同)的價格非公開發行不超過1,900萬股，募集資金總額不超過5億元，投向手機網遊研發及運營項目、手機視頻項目、行動營銷平台建設項目和「WiFi通」建設項目。北緯通信今(9)日恢復交易，午盤暫收漲停，報37.97元，上漲9.99%。

在上述四個募投項目中，「手機網遊研發及運營項目」為北緯通信此次增資的重點，其行動網遊中央運營平台建設、自主研發4款手機網遊、引進14款手機網遊以及手機網遊合計將投入2.27億元，其中定增募資投入2.21億元。另外，手機視頻項目擬投入1.26億元。

大陸行動網路遊戲市場規模持續快速增長，數據顯示，大陸2012年行動網遊市場規模為65.1億元，年增68.2%。在行動互聯網用戶數量和行動智慧終端數量增長等因素的驅動下，預計2017年行動網遊市場規模將達到365.24億元，年複合成長率將達41.2%。
