摘要：台北市議員賴素如涉嫌利用議員職權，護航太極雙星團隊取得台北車站雙子星大樓聯合開發案，遭到羈押至今已經快要滿四個月了。昨天賴素如被依違反貪汙治罪條例起訴，台北地院合議庭法官今天裁定繼續收押，理由是賴素如和證人的供詞還是有出入，否認貪汙的她，又遲遲無法交代帳戶內來路不明的錢。另外，太極雙星的金主程宏道則是以100萬元交保。
