衛局提供皂黃、過氧化氫試劑

基隆市衛生局提供免費「皂黃、過氧化氫」試劑各二百份，供民眾自由索取，主要用於檢測各式麵條、丸類、豆製品，若食品上有雙氧水殘留，點試劑後將呈現黃褐色；皂黃試劑則適用於鹹魚、黃豆乾，若有皂黃殘留，點試劑後將呈現紫紅色。

衛生局指出，過氧化氫是合法殺菌劑，可使用於魚肉煉製品，以及除了麵粉及麵粉製品以外的其他食品，但是過氧化氫常被不當使用於麵類製品，以及過量使用於魚丸類及豆乾類製品，誤食含過量過氧化氫的食品會造成噁心、嘔吐、腹瀉、腹痛、腸胃道刺激。

皂黃屬於工業用色素，規定不得作為食用色素，但部分不肖業者常添加在醃漬鹹魚、黃豆乾上，以便呈現漂亮的黃色，人體吸收後，會損害肝臟細胞，導致肝癌發生。

衛生局說，民眾自行檢測若檢出疑似殘留情形產生，請撥打二四二三○一八一轉一八二通報，並請提供購買地點，衛生局將派員抽驗。衛生局地址為信二路二六六號，因數量有限，索取前可先電話洽詢。
