三星擬做「自殺機」　手機被盜就自毀

【綜合報導】為了預防智慧型手機和平板電腦被盜的問題，南韓廠商三星及LG考慮，將設計「自殺機制」防盜。

南韓警方的數據顯示，智慧型電話的盜竊數字急升，由2009年的5575宗，急升至去年的31075宗。因此三星及LG考慮在電話內設置「自殺機制」，一旦電話被盜便會「自毀前程」，竊賊除了無法使用偷回來的電話外，亦不能取得儲存在手機內的敏感資料。

此外，在設有「自殺機制」的手機，就算手機SIM卡被更換，或者是電訊商或手機製造商解鎖電話，竊賊也無法使用。
