《國際產業》傳微軟大股東施壓，要比爾蓋茲下台

【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】路透社引述消息人士報導，微軟前20大投資人中的三位已開始遊說董事會向比爾蓋茲施壓，要求他辭去董事長職位。

近年來微軟執行長鮑爾默（Steve Ballmer）一直承受著改善公司績效與股價的壓力，這似乎是第一次大股東將苗頭指向創辦人比爾蓋茲。

三位大股東擔心，比爾蓋茲的存在將阻礙新戰略的採用，並限制新執行長做出重大變革的力道。

要求比爾蓋茲下台的三大股東共持有逾5%的微軟股權。比爾蓋茲持股約4.5%的公司股權，是微軟最大的個人股東。

微軟發言人不願對此消息發表評論。
