立院服貿審查 本會期恐難完成

兩岸服務貿易協議能否在立院本會期審查完畢？對此，立院院長王金平昨日表示，這須看民進黨立委主持的服貿協議公聽會進程快慢，才能決定。

國民黨立院黨團昨日召開記者會，再次質疑按照民進黨召委目前排服貿協議公聽會的進度，可能還需要3個月才能開完，本會期將無法實質審查，呼籲綠營儘速讓服貿協議進入逐條審查，別成為歷史罪人。

民進黨內政委員會召委段宜康則表示，他將按照原訂計畫，只要他輪值召委，每週就至少舉行一場服貿協議公聽會，其他開會時間則要以審查中央政府總預算為先。

朝野立法院黨團上會期達成共識，將再舉辦16場服貿公聽會，分由立法院內政委員會召集委員排案，結束後才進入服貿協議逐條審查，公聽會何時才能開完，左右服貿協議的審查進度。按照協議結論，由國民黨籍和民進黨召委各排8場的公聽會，國民黨內政委員會召委張慶忠已完成8場，而段宜康則在日前完成第一場公聽會，還剩7場。

國民黨團書記長林德福昨日表示，剩下的服貿公聽會應該儘速舉辦，儘快讓協議進入逐條審查階段，呼籲民進黨團不要成為歷史罪人。
