*到法院抄印文件,到監所接見最高壹萬貳仟元*

*撰寫函文最高貳萬元*

*出庭費用最高貳萬元*

*撰寫書狀最高伍萬元*

*調查證據最高伍萬元*

*出具意見或具備文件最高捌萬元*

*總酬金民事及刑事案件每個審級不超過伍拾萬元,案情增加可增至貳拾萬元至貳拾伍萬元*

在您委任律師時委任書註記清楚
