美駐阿富汗指揮官 電腦藏A片

（中央社北卡羅來納州布拉格堡15日綜合外電報導）熟悉阿富汗文化的專家今天作證表示，前美國駐阿富汗陸軍准將辛克萊個人電腦內存放色情片，對以伊斯蘭教為主阿富汗人民而言，非常冒犯。

辛克萊（Jeffery Sinclair）為前陸軍第82空降師副指揮官，他遭控強迫與同性發生性關係、猥褻、通姦和違反軍紀。

美軍禁止駐阿富汗美軍持有色情影片和酒類，以免冒犯保守的阿富汗民風。美軍自2001年以來進駐阿富汗。

因此當檢察官今天在審前聽證向證人札法（Morwari Zafar）呈現多張調查人員由辛克萊電腦硬碟取得並印出的圖片後，札法目瞪口呆。

札法於阿富汗出生，曾擔任國防情報局顧問。她說：「這對阿富汗一般民眾來說，非常冒犯。色情片在阿富汗是違法的。」

辛克萊的委任律師本週要求軍法官撤銷辛克萊持有色情片的罪狀，因為這違反辛克萊享有憲法第一修正案賦予的言論自由權利。

辛克萊預計6月25日面臨正式審判，如果性侵相關罪名遭定罪，可能讓他面臨終身監禁。1020516
