排球下盤訓練菜單

請你幫我開出一個訓練!

1.腰力!

2.彈跳力跟!

3.體力的方法菜單!

因為學長都說我在打排球的時後跳得不夠高導致我有時候在打A快的時後
打不到球!

所以請你幫我開一個訓練行程表,我的訓練時間就2個月(暑假),希望有可
以快速養成的方法!

還有因為我的一傳比較爛,我也試過對牆練,可是沒啥用,所以可以加一
些練一傳的方法!
