于美人夫婦出庭　夫低頭快閃

【劉志原╱台北報導】于美人婚變案，今第四天開庭，針對夫婦探視小孩方式進行調解，于與丈夫James首次在法庭相見，庭訊35分鐘結束，于美人與律師賴芳玉一同走出法院，James則趁媒體包圍于美人時，戴著帽子及墨鏡，低頭不語與律師從妻子身後快閃離去。
 
于美人指出，她與丈夫James分居後，兒子跟夫同住，但她近日不知兒子行蹤，擔心兒子被丈夫帶出國，已聲請假處分，禁止夫私帶兒出國獲准，另聲請酌定親子權行使，要求丈夫與她討論，兒子探視方式，台北地院今進行調解，這也是2人婚變後，首次在法院見面。

央行不打低匯價 學者：兼顧各產業

相較於鄰國調整利率，台灣已連續8季維持利率不動。學者認為，台灣雖然經濟疲弱，但物價不像韓國這麼高，因此利率維持不變。對於產業界不滿央行的匯率政策，學者分析，央行匯率政策本來就得兼顧各產業，更何況以日圓近來貶值幅度放緩情況來看，業界受到的衝擊理應變小，實在沒有道理要求新台幣貶值。

央行已連8季維持利率不動，學者分析，台灣現在經濟疲弱，利率大幅變動的空間不大，「往下沒空間、往上又卡在經濟狀況不好」；反觀周邊鄰國調整利率，主要是熱錢因素。台經院景氣預測中心主任孫明德：『(原音)像韓國降息是因為經濟不好，東南亞升息是因為希望留住熱錢，台灣比較沒有這樣的問題，我們面臨跟韓國一樣，經濟比較疲弱，但我們物價沒有韓國這麼高，所以我們利率會維持不動。』

工具機業者要求央行讓台幣貶值，以提振出口，不過，央行總裁彭淮南強調，如果放手讓台幣貶值，只會增加台灣1,500萬機車族的油錢負擔。學者也認為，近來日圓貶值幅度已經放緩，業者受到的衝擊理應變小，匯率政策不該是討論焦點。孫明德：『(原音)匯率一貶值，進口東西變貴，所以單為了某個產業去變動匯率，我想大概不是央行想做的政策方向。他要兼顧出、進口，各產業都要兼顧。最近看起來日圓貶值幅度沒有之前這麼兇猛，感覺起來工具機受到的壓力沒有前一陣子這麼大。』

彭淮南在27日的央行理監事會上重砲回擊工具機業者，強調不該為了工具機業者而犧牲「沉默的大眾」。對此，工具機和機械產業業者表示將拜訪經濟部長張家祝，研究該如何搶救出口。

會有機器人取代人類的一天嗎???

 今年2013年，賈伯斯改變了世界，世界正在改變中，從人類的日常生活不知不覺無形中在改變，我們也會因為科技發達帶來的便利性而獲得滿足。

也許2020年、2035年、2050年、2075年，科技又是煥然一新的樣貌。我們曾經看過電影，科幻片系列的，就像那樣。
我覺得機器人不一定完全取代人類，有可能機器人與人類共存，各國勞工問題人手不足的時候也會運用機器人，像在人類無法進入危險的地方工作時也可以運用機器人代替人類工作。

在人類的歷史長河，從遠古時代，科技落後、沒有文字、沒有語言，逐漸到高知識科技，這樣一覽人類的歷史長河，就會發現人類真的進步好快，慢慢在改變世界、改變地球，甚至發展出太空科技，這樣也說不定唷~

數百印尼漁工 抗議仲介扣膳宿費

〔自由時報記者楊宜敏／蘇澳報導〕南方澳印尼籍漁工數百人，為了二千五百元膳宿費被扣除，昨前往仲介公司前抗議，警方持盾牌、出動水箱車到場戒備。部份船長等不到船員出港作業，氣急敗壞，經過三個多小時，漁工才接受國與國協商討論的答案，平和散去。

南方澳漁工說，印尼駐台辦事處通知他們，五月一日起被雇用的漁工，台灣仲介不能再從他們薪資中扣款二千五百元膳宿費，事隔快兩個月，台灣仲介仍持續扣款，但南部漁工並沒有再被扣這筆錢，要求宜蘭也應比照辦理。

船長李源章等人的漁工，因參與抗議行動，漁船無法出港作業。李說，漁工平常除了薪資，不論進出港，吃、住、喝等各方面，每人每個月都得再花五千元，豐收時還可以分紅，沒有虧待他們，若漁工不扣除膳宿費，船長也不要再提供食宿了。

仲介業者說，船主已供餐、供住，依規定，可從薪資中扣除二千五百到五千元的膳宿費，這筆費用挪做漁工保險、就業安定基金，也是在保障漁工權益，並未中飽私囊，日前印尼政府片面宣佈，要求漁工不要讓台灣仲介扣款，不符我國規定。

縣府勞工處官員到場，向漁工說明我國規定，重申雙方歧見要靠兩國政府協談，才能有結果；警方動員大批警力待命，並準備警用盾牌、水箱車，以防範可能的暴動。

不過，抗議的印尼漁工還算平和，但因語言不通，偶而發出躁動聲，幸好未釀成紛爭；不過，漁會也發現有陌生臉孔的外地漁工，是否涉及煽動，將請警方深入調查。

縣府統計，宜蘭縣印尼籍漁工最多逾一千六百人，其次菲律賓有五百多人，中國漁工一百多人，越南籍不到五十人。漁工薪資比照勞基法規定基本工資一萬九千多元，扣除掉膳宿費、勞保，以及漁工來台前借款等費用，每個月約實拿一萬四千到五千元。

課程學到戰爭 小學生折千紙鶴祈福

〔自由時報記者蘇孟娟／台中報導〕明道普霖斯頓小學學生從課程學到戰爭，認識到戰爭的傷害與殘酷，發起摺千紙鶴活動，學生費時一個月時間，集結摺出千紙鶴，學生許下盼世界和平的心願，校方肯定學生心意，將把學生的千紙鶴送到日本廣島和平公園展示。明道普霖斯頓小學外籍教師卡門（Carmen）在進行到世界之窗的課程時，介紹核子炸彈造成輻射汙染等議題，讓學生意識到戰爭的殘酷，考量五月時台中逢雨季，學生無法到室外活動，乾脆教學生摺紙鶴，學生查詢資料得知網路上有不少摺千隻紙鶴可以許願的故事，也發起摺千紙鶴的活動。

結果卅五名學生利用空餘時間摺紙，短短一個月的時間就收集到千紙鶴，昨日學生集合成果，許下希望世界和平的心願。

學生曾亭瑄說，起初感覺摺紙技巧複雜，但摺到後來技巧純熟後，下課大家都會比賽誰摺得快又多，她已練就下課十分鐘就能摺出五隻紙鶴的功力，感覺很有成就感。

校長洪武吉說，對現代學童而言，對戰爭的概念多很模糊，課堂中的學習是教學生和平的意義，學生主動發起為世界祈福的心意令人肯定，校方將把千紙鶴送到日本廣島和平紀念公園展覽室，讓國外人士看見學童的心聲。

從小到大都學了很多的詞跟成語 雖然都懂意思，但我分不清楚，該在什麼時候將他安插進句子@@ 常常打字的時候，就會在句子前後加上"的" 導致一篇文章一堆 "你、我、他、的" 像是"久違" 我剛剛查了教育部字典，它說意思是:好久不見 我的句子:期盼在未來的路上，我們能打一聲久違"的"招呼 它給的例句:說了些久違想念的話 我想過雖然這樣講也能通，可是不會奇怪嗎@@??? "說了些好久不見想念的話"->好久不見跟想念中間不用加上"的"嗎... 我想過試著刪減掉那些贅字，但我怕看起來會不完整... 還有連接詞，因為、所以、然後、於是、因此、可是、不過、之後...很多很多 每次在打字的時候，每一句開頭都是用這幾個，連自己看了都有點煩= = 可是不用的話，好像又會接不上 我想...會不會是因為我會的連接詞太少了... 我並沒有希望自己能打出多優美的文章 只是想解決這個問題TT... 謝謝!!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 113.196.145.15

【綜合報導】因身材發福常被中國網友調侃的天后張惠妹（阿妹），《蘋果日報》前天在松山機場近距離拍到她，證實臉及腿確實些微「消風」。

《蘋果》見證她的確變瘦，一身黑的她身形的確「消風」些許，雙腿也變細，雖仍有努力空間。記者連珠砲提問「有送Sam什麼生日禮物嗎？」「最近有什麼塑身計劃？」「覺得自己現在是胖還是瘦？」「覺得自己現在身體（狀況）好嗎？」她全以「謝謝」帶過後微笑入關。

央行利率政策不變 台股今續反彈

中央銀行27日舉行第2季理監事會，維持利率連8季不變，也沒有進一步擴大房市管制措施，台北股市今天(28日)沒受影響，且隨著國際股市回溫持續反彈，頗有挑戰8千點大關之姿。至於新台幣兌美元匯率，在央行透露不會任由新台幣貶值下，呈現升值走勢，一開盤就升破30元大關。

在投資人逐漸擺脫美國聯邦準備理事會(Fed)將縮減購債規模的恐懼之後，美股連續2天上揚，道瓊工業指數收復1萬5000點大關，加上歐洲股市也連續3個交易日攀升，激勵28日開盤的亞洲股市。陸、韓、日、港股全面走揚，台北股市在央行維持利率連8季不變，也沒有進一步擴大房市管制措施下，隨著國際股市續彈升，一早開盤就收復7900點關卡，頗有挑戰8千點大關之姿。

國泰證期顧問處協理簡伯儀認為，央行考量目前沒有通膨問題，因此維持貨幣政策不變，符合市場預期，對於台股影響屬於中性，接下來就得看國際股市變化。他說：『(原音)整個來看，對於股市和房市還是一樣，沒有特別的影響，維持既有的狀況，所以這次利率不變，也不推任何進一步打房的措施，也沒有推另外一波的量化寬鬆的態度。整個來看，對於股市和房市都是中性。』

匯市部分，由於台股走揚，加上中央銀行總裁彭淮南在理監事會後記者會強調不能任由新台幣貶值、傷害大眾權益之後，新台幣兌美元匯率今天早盤呈現強勁走升，午盤前升值逾2角，突破30元價位。

　　KONAMI 預定於 2013 年 7 月 11 日推出，售價 7,980 日幣的 PS3 版《METAL GEAR SOLID THE LEGACY COLLECTION》，日前公佈最新影片，收錄了系列首作《METAL GEAR》及PSP 版《METAL GEAR SOLID PEACE WALKER》遊戲實玩畫面。另外，官方並將在遊戲上市當天透過 PlayStationStore 同步推出 Game Archives 版《METAL GEAR SOLID INTEGRAL》下載，售價 600 日幣。

　　本作將 1987 年發行的 MSX2 版系列首作《METAL GEAR》到 PSP 版《METAL GEAR SOLID PEACE WALKER》等共計 8 款由小島秀夫監製的遊戲，除了 2 款以下載碼方式同梱的 Game Archives 版遊戲之外，完整收錄在一片藍光光碟中。內容集結了《潛龍諜影》系列由小島秀夫監製的 8 款遊戲及 2 部 Bande Dessinee 化影片以及超過 100 頁以上的手冊「METAL GEAR SOLID THE LEGACY BOOK」同梱。

778b9be595818d17fec60e7ac6c5a3c2 隨著國軍朝向親民、愛民的路線改變形象，軍隊內部的情況也不再像過去那樣隱藏在迷霧之下，國防部除每年舉辦多場大型的「國防知性之旅」營區開放活動外，一些重點的軍事演習，也通常會允許開放給部分受邀民眾及媒體參觀，小編這次就親臨了陸軍六軍團重砲實彈射擊的現場，並難得的前往新竹湖口營區參訪。

當兵是每個台灣男人共同的難忘回憶，雖然這共同回憶即將隨著的全募兵制的推行而成為過去，但至少到目前為止，男人只要一談到當兵的話題，鮮少不會敞開話匣子高談闊論一番的，而這也是拉近距離的最佳方式。小編脫離軍隊生活也有六七年之久了，很幸運（或是不幸）從來都沒被點召、教召過，因此很難想像還會有回到軍營的一天，實在是既期待又怕受傷害啊！尤其小編本身服役時就待過金門的砲兵部隊，更是格外的具有親切感。

本次六軍團二一砲指部實施重砲射擊的地點，位於新竹新豐的坑子口靶場，二一砲指部素有天下第一砲指部之稱，總共在此部署了31門M109A2及M110A2型自走砲，採兩線配置，面朝台灣海峽海面，其中M110A2型自走砲，也是國內口徑最大的火砲，口徑為203公釐，M109A2的口徑則為155公釐，演習目標是對進犯的假想敵船團實行反舟波射擊。

自走砲由於擁有砲管及履帶，因此時常有人會把它跟戰車搞混，除了自走砲的口徑較大外，戰車比較重視短兵相接，所以裝甲較厚，並會採取近距離的直射式炮擊，而自走砲通常位於較後方，以提供遠距離的火炮支援為主，因此重視高仰角的射擊能力。
