【陸運鋒／台北報導】今天清晨3時許，台北市萬華中華路與開封街口，1輛自小客撞上安全島後翻車，救護車抵達時男子已自行爬出車外。

警方調查，簡姓駕駛(男，40歲)酒測值為0毫克，他自稱行經該路口時，因為天色昏暗視線不良，沒看見安全島所以才會撞上造成翻車，警方將車輛排除後已恢復通行。

修改：輔助道具免費

控兵爭霸的續作，一樣以單色未來風格構圖。玩家要操作部隊利用群體的力量去攻擊敵人。遊戲開始後會看到自己的兵營人數慢慢變多，點選自己的兵營再往敵人或 中立的建築就可以開始進攻，一開始可以儘量去佔領中立的建築來培養自己的勢力，然後慢慢用數量來取勝。當自己的兵力增加了之後，可以一次用滑鼠框住好幾個 建築去一起進攻。本次比較特別的是可以決定出動全部的兵力或一半的兵力，在畫面的左上角有出兵模式的切換，玩家可以視戰況來變更。

在遊戲中玩家的兵營有幾個種類：

Barracks：一般的兵營，容量50
Big Barracks：大兵營，容量80
Armory：裝甲兵，生產很慢，但威力很強
Jumper：飛行兵，不受地形影響可以直接攻擊某個據點
Tower：防禦的據點，會自動攻擊周為敵人

除了兵營之外，本次還可以利用過關之後拿到的技能點數來強化能力
Advanced：兵營增加的單位+1
New Genes：兵營增加的單速度+1
Base Training：裝甲兵傷害+10
Heavy Guns：裝甲兵傷害+20
Jet Packs：飛行兵速度+10
New Recruits：飛行兵增加的單位+1
Static Effect：閃電衝擊冷卻時間-10
Chain Effect：閃電衝擊的攻擊目標+1
Shrapnel：核彈的傷害+10
Termite Warheads：核彈的冷卻時間-10
Advanced Backup：使後備兵冷卻時間-10
Prolonged：使後備兵的持續時間+10
Ice Com：使凍結冷卻時間-10
Freezer：使凍結持續時間+10

每一關過關之後也會拿到金錢，金錢可以重複打關卡來取得，並且可以在商店中購買輔助道具
Lighting Strike：閃電衝擊，在敵人附近落下閃電殺死他們
Nuke：核彈，可以重擊敵方的兵營造成50人的死亡
Freeze：凍結，一定時間內使敵方的建築無法作用
Backup：後備兵，加速我方兵油可以生產更多兵
Skill Point：增加一點技能點

廉價航空近年正夯，機票及稅金雖低廉，但若加上行李托運、餐點等服務費，有的甚至比一般航空公司還貴，最高有3000多元的差價，也另衍生許多消費糾紛。

今天出刊《壹週刊》報導，設定6月21日訂8月2日至6日機票，單人5天4夜來回台北、東京的直飛班機，以一般航空、亞洲航空及廉價航空，在相等條件相較下，一般航空機票加稅金為1萬5295元，亞洲航空及廉價航空加計行李托運、餐點、舒適包等相同服務的費用，亞航逾1萬7000元、廉航也近1萬9000元。

廉航與一般航空相比，除機票和稅金普遍較便宜，其他加值服務費用都較貴，且多不提供「空橋」服務，旅客得自行提行李、登梯上機；相同日期、地點的航班時段也多較冷門，常得凌晨出發，清晨抵達。

《國際經濟》南韓5月經常帳盈餘，創86.4億美元新高

【時報-外電報導】南韓央行周四公布5月國際收支平衡表，初步數據顯示，受到強勁出口提振，南韓5月經常帳盈餘增至86.4億美元，創下單月歷史新高，且為自2012年2月以來連續16個月實現經常帳盈餘。

南韓今年4月份經常帳盈餘為39.3億美元，去年5月則為盈餘35.7億美元。

南韓5月商品出口總額達495.9億美元，較去年同期461.6億美元成長7.4%；商品進口總額為423.2億美元，較去年同期444.5億美元減少4.8%。商品進出口實現72.7億美元順差，較去年同期的17.2億美元順差大幅提升，拉抬經常帳盈餘大幅成長。

不過，5月金融帳戶赤字規模達115.8億美元，較4月份的25.7億美元大幅增加。
