悠遊卡公司發卡至今10多年，除固定發行的一般卡片，也與民間企業合作發行特製卡。這些特製卡片，多半只有員工或業者合作夥伴才能取得。許育仁卻總能透過各種管道取到手，還曾在悠遊卡公司舉行的比賽中取得「最多種版面」冠軍。

走進許育仁的家裡，有兩大個書架裝了滿滿的悠遊卡蒐集冊。許育仁攤開每一本，臉上掩不住得意興奮的表情，一張張介紹著，如數家珍。

每張卡片都是大有來頭，如近10家航空公司聯合發行的星空聯盟紀念卡、林志玲油畫愛心公益卡、台北市無車日卡片、明星高中年度紀念卡等等。翻開許育仁的悠遊卡冊，像閱讀一個小型的台灣百科。

其中多張台北市政紀念卡面上還有馬英九、郝龍斌與連勝文的簽名。許育仁說，連勝文簽名是在擔任悠遊卡董事長的時候。他開玩笑地說，若未來連勝文真的當選台北市長，那他的卡片就有連三任市長加持。

許育仁表示，卡片的價值在於蒐集難度，「花錢就能取得的，根本沒什麼了不起」。為得到某張特製悠遊卡，他曾背起攝影機，前往台灣四大濕地拍照，參加徵獎活動。也曾參加過市府的網頁改錯活動，幫忙上網站挑BUG，挑到錯誤寫信才能拿到卡片。至於在各種活動現場，排隊答題只是小case。

許育仁表示，蒐集交通票券一直是他的興趣，從早期的公車剪點集票卡、磁卡等，一路蒐集到悠遊卡。

桃園縣吉佳生技公司負責人劉宏清父子，佯稱自行調配混充的奶粉是自紐西蘭原裝進口，銷售兩岸；甚至塗銷過期奶粉的製造及保存日期後重新噴印延長期限。新北地院昨天依詐欺等罪判劉三年六月徒刑；劉的兩名兒子通緝中。

法官批評劉宏清（六十七歲）父子為一已之私，欺騙消費者，賣混充及過期奶粉，罔顧企業良知，惡性重大。

判決指出，劉宏清是桃園縣吉佳生技、以勒行及新北市五股區豐堤納等三家公司負責人，他兒子劉先智、劉昀智負責協助處理公司奶粉製造及銷售業務。

劉與兩名兒子考量原裝進口的奶粉成本較高，二○○九一月到二○一○年十月，自紐西蘭進口奶粉原物料後，再以自行調製的配方，加工混充麥芽糖精、葡萄糖等添加物。

劉宏清父子為促銷奶粉，透過業務員向藥局佯稱自行調配的奶粉是紐西蘭原裝進口的「卡洛吉蒂」奶粉，是知名「卡洛塔妮」羊奶粉的副廠牌，來自相同乳源，在台灣及大陸銷售，讓消費者誤信是紐西蘭原裝進口的奶粉而購買。

劉宏清父子見存貨未銷完，將過期或已過期奶粉罐底的製造日期及保存期限塗銷重新噴印，延長期限三年，再把這些過期奶粉賣到大陸浙江、四川等地。

檢調前年三月接獲檢舉，搜索劉宏清的公司查扣兩千多罐奶粉；檢驗並未發現有危害人體成分。

劉宏清的兩名兒子潛逃未到案；劉宏清辯稱，該公司「卡洛吉蒂」奶粉和添加物都是原裝進口，他未要求業務員向藥局佯稱是知名奶粉「卡洛塔妮」的副牌，更未賣過期奶粉。該公司銷售到大陸的奶粉未標示「紐西蘭原裝進口」，標示「原裝進口」代表自台灣「原裝進口」到大陸，並沒有錯。

【林巧雁／台北報導】立委費鴻泰今天在財委會質詢時指出，自從財政部說要加強查緝預售屋逃漏稅，他的服務處接到數百通支持電話，但是希望查緝不要有3000萬的門檻，換屋多在2000萬左右，3000萬以上、以下的預售屋都要查，特別是轉手3次、4次、5次炒作房價的投資客。
 
財政部長張盛和也同意表示，所有金額的預售屋都要查，沒有門檻，以轉手的預售屋為母體來查。
 
立委詢問財政部拿得到預售屋轉手資料嗎？張盛和表示，根據稅徵稽徵法，可要求仲介提供，內政部也會配合提供資料。

國民黨榮譽主席吳伯雄今天在第九屆兩岸經貿文化論壇開幕時表示，2008年海協會長陳雲林第一次到台灣時，與海基會董事長江丙坤決定互換稀有動物，大貓熊團團、圓圓在大家期待下生了小貓熊圓仔，今天圓仔在台北取得身分證。

我的長輩過世後留有3-4件藏家級的白翡及綠翠!我查遍了一堆資料才發現翠這東西一直依年代來說價格都不曾價低過!當然是指好到一定等級!20年前好的翠現在據說已經漲100倍~光去年至今年又是翻倍再漲!
老輩早期買了一枚進百萬的綠翠戒子~不是自己的東西都是寶!玉怕比我的這枚戒子目前來說真的還沒有比輸過~不論色或水頭都是相當美!去年在其摩因緣際會下認識一位香港人我把一個我認為不怎樣的墬子他價29萬時~我當時還滿心顯賣了!不過他要我簽寫一張不可後悔的買賣協議書~於是我簽下完成交易~最後在網路上看到比我賣出那墬子還要差的類似翠玉都約再80-100萬我相當後悔~若是以100萬乘100倍那是多少錢!於是我哪去中國鑑定公司開立證書時張老師非常利害一下就說出長輩買的年代!後來一問才隻這樣好的東西一定遇到神麼金融風暴才會流出來!廳長輩說那年剛好台灣的古董業不知怎麼回是依遍倒~當時是因為資金不足拿來與我的家人到頭寸!我想請問像這種藏家級的翠玉要賣是要怎賣~我不想像去年墬子的事件被人當傻瓜!但價位又這麼高要找甚麼管調脫手才不會大虧!謝謝各位網友幫忙!我是要賣並不是再試問市場價錢!但翡翠漲的這麼高~而我的物件聽說是81年珠寶展的主展!所以我衡困惑要如何脫手

台導演：跟拍是常態 做好溝通

（中央社記者徐卉台北2013年10月27日電）法國導演盧貝松近日在台拍攝新片，受到媒體爭相追逐挖內幕，台灣導演瞿友寧、林孝謙都認為這是常態，不過事先與媒體溝通也很重要。

法國大導演盧貝松（Luc Besson）帶著劇組人員與好萊塢女星史嘉莉喬韓森（Scarlett Johansson）來台拍攝新片「露西」（Lucy），沒想到風波不斷，陸續有記者、民眾因偷拍妨礙拍攝進度，25日傳出媒體跟車過近險和劇組擦撞，據傳讓盧貝松相當不滿；有人擔心不利未來國外導演來台取景。

在台灣有豐富拍攝經驗的導演瞿友寧表示，媒體試圖拍到畫面一定是常態，除非到不可理喻的程度，大家只要事先溝通，相互也能夠配合就好，「拍片就必須要預想這樣的情形」。瞿友寧說，像變形金剛4在香港拍攝，還有流氓干擾。

在兩岸都有拍片經驗的導演林孝謙也認為，雖然這幾天看報導好像很嚴重，「但和國外狗仔比起來，台灣媒體已經好太多」，加上台北市影委會的大力協助，應不會影響日後國外劇組來台取景意願。他還以李安來台拍「少年PI」為例，李安也有和媒體好好溝通，只要拿捏好分寸就沒問題。

林孝謙更將台北和北京做比較。他表示，台北保留了亞洲、中華城市的印象，還有文物保存，尤其交通和場地收費都很透明合理，台北可以1個小時從東區到陽明山；在北京一天可能只夠跑一個地方，時間都耗在塞車上；而香港因為地狹人稠，控管更不容易。

林孝謙進一步指出，北京場地租金比台北貴上2、3倍，甚至3、4倍都有可能，例如租一間咖啡廳，一天要價人民幣2萬元，且大陸的圍觀民眾可能高達百人、千人；相對台灣不論台北或高雄，人民都有一定素養，都很友善。

光紅建聖公開發行案重新起算

（中央社記者潘智義台北2013年10月28日電）證期局指出，光紅建聖公司申報首次公開發行普通股案，因申報書件不完備，補送文件後，重新起算申報生效日。

金融監督管理委員會證券期貨局表示，光紅建聖公司申報首次公開發行普通股5400萬股，每股面額10元，總額新台幣5.4億元案，因申報書件不完備，於10月23日補送文件。

因此，依「發行人募集與發行有價證券處理準則」規定，自完成補件日重新起算，如無重大異常，預計屆滿12個營業日申報生效。

桃園縣文化局長張壯謀知道有人跑馬拉松到現場，連忙上前迎接為他們鼓掌，並形容這5位馬拉松人跑出「最不塞車的路線」。

熱愛馬拉松的池睿庭、詹翊釗上午約6點30分，從竹東火車站出發，全程跑完43公里，沿途還有同好顏章聖、曾錦文、鄧致遠加入，中午抵達桃園黃色小鴨展區。

池睿庭表示，當知道黃色小鴨「游」到桃園，就在臉書上約好朋友準備以馬拉松路跑迎接，大家一起到後湖塘看小鴨廬山真面目，而且「真的不虛此行」。

顏章聖說，這次有的人挑戰全馬（全程馬拉松，距離是 42.195 公里）以上距離，上午從竹東火車站出發，沿途經過芎林、竹北、新豐、湖口，大家的衣服上還縫著布名牌，上面印著「我從竹東（湖口）來，要跑去看小鴨」。
