首都卡拉卡斯的水果販雷伊說，他等著馬杜洛創立啤酒部，他說：「這會讓我和所有醉鬼樂翻。」

【方翊倩／綜合報導】余小姐投訴，因搬家向中華電信申請網路移機，客服人員承諾完成移機前不收網路費，但本月收到中華電信寄信催繳7、8月網路費。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，台北市余小姐表示，6月21日申請移機後就搬去新家，客服人員承諾移機未完成前，不會收取網路費用，不過7月8日中華電信的工程單位來電告知，她新家附近的光纖設備須調整，暫時無法裝機，一拖就3個多月。9月17日余小姐竟還收到中華電信通知信函，催繳7、8月的網路費共2015元。她抱怨，「遭質疑欠款不繳，對我的人格是種污衊。」

中華電信回應，余小姐申請移機後，在完成移機前的網路費確實不該收取，因內部作業問題才導致催繳單寄出，這方面確有疏失，會簽結這筆欠款。

因應全球節能風潮，日本Honda車廠預計11月21日第43屆東京車展中，為品旗下N系列輕型都會掀背車第四代車型N-WGN行舉行全球首發，本周先行在日本官網上公開它的外型與內裝設計。

N-WGN 其實正是N-WAGEN的縮寫，它依循本田汽車新世代微型掀背車的最新設計精神，強調節能與安全、舒適、多功能。從官網釋出的定裝照，N-WGN車頭設計與風格，與本田家族成員如CR-V等十分神似，共有三種車型，標準型G車型，水箱護罩採單一飾板並結合大型進氣口氣壩，另G Custom車型有複合式燈組搭配橫柵水流瀑式水箱護罩，另有搭載渦輪增壓動力的G Turbo車型。

內裝走簡約風，中控台有大型液晶螢幕，排檔桿上移至中控台下，單環式儀表具備多功能顯示，更凸顯其簡約的設計精神。動力系統搭載自然進氣小引擎，另有G Turbo渦輪增壓車型，變速箱採用無段變速，底盤有則配備VSA電子穩定控制系統，內含ABS和TCS循跡控制系統。

紐約時報報導，捷克共和國中間偏左社民黨在廿六日的國會大選中拿下最多票數，卻未囊括多數選票，反映捷克選民對貪腐與政治現狀的不滿。

社民黨得票率約僅百分之廿點五，遠低於預期。許多選民把票投給矢言終結貪腐的抗議政黨，使擁有捷克護照的斯洛伐克億萬富豪巴比斯為首的「不滿公民行動黨」一舉拿下百分之十八點七的選票。共黨得票率約百分之十五，排名第三。捲入醜聞的執政黨公民民主黨潰敗，得票率只有百分之七點七。

捷克各政黨選後將展開籌組聯合政府的冗長協商。巴比斯表示，他無意加入任何聯合政府。如果巴比斯改變立場，「不滿公民行動黨」與社民黨可能拉攏另一個政黨，組成多數政府。巴比斯也可能同意支持少數聯合政府。無論如何，巴比斯已經可以左右捷克政壇。「不滿公民行動黨」成立僅一年，缺少明確的意識形態與經濟理念。

政論雜誌「捷克周報」副主編普雷索爾表示：「抗議政黨是大選的贏家。投票結果反映的是捷克人對政治現狀、貪腐與經濟衰退已經忍無可忍。」

柏林圍牆倒塌後，捷克在其已故首任民選總統哈維爾領導下，成為全球的自由象徵，捷克政界最近卻爆發行賄與非法監視的醜聞，以致許多捷克人認為，捷克並未實現一九八九年推翻共黨的革命理想。哈維爾生前曾經無情批判捷克的權力集團。

除了捷克，東歐各國人民最近針對一九八九年共黨倒台後出現的政治生態，紛紛表達積蓄已久的強烈不滿。成千上萬保加利亞人抗議貪腐與經濟困頓，匈牙利總理奧本的威權作風則導致大批匈牙利人遊行示威。
