遭到劣質徵信詐騙的社會新聞，屢屢上報，民眾要慎選徵信，以下9點教戰手冊，教導民眾快速挑選合法又正當的徵信！

1. 徵信應該有政府立案的執照 ：

注意委託的徵信是否合法。沒有營業執照的徵信，勿輕信、勿輕易交付任何資料和金錢，民眾到徵信後，可先要求觀看合法立案執照。

2. 徵信一定要親自到徵信參觀：

有些徵信掛羊頭賣狗肉，或者根本沒有公司組織，可能只是詐騙集團。注意挑選的徵信內，是否氣氛詭異，若感到有異狀，要盡速藉故離開。

3. 徵信要廿四小時營業：

全天候營業的徵信，才能隨時地幫你蒐集資訊，迅速幫你解決問題。

4. 找徵信要貨比三家，但勿貪小便宜：

由於徵信市場並無所謂公訂價格，完全視乎委託的事項大小和困難度，因此各家徵信訂定的收費標準也不一樣，民眾可以貨比三家，不過必須切記：「低價不是唯一的考量」，小心避免不肖徵信業者很可能先以低價取得委託，期間再任意加價。記住：服務品質才是最重要的。

5. 徵信業務員品行端正、有正式名片：

不要只打電話詢問，最好能當面跟徵信的業務員洽談，並藉此觀察本人的言行、品性等。記得留下徵信業務人員的名片，如果要正式簽約，請徵信業務人員讓你觀看身分證等證明較安心。

6. 徵信具備正式的合約委任書：

如同搬家一樣，徵信必須出示合約委任書，上面載明契約條款，經你同意，填妥委任書，委任該徵信幫你做徵信工作，完成簽約，才能獲得保障。

7. 親自到徵信進行簽約：

最好能親自到徵信進行簽約或洽談，避免不法的徵信業務人員私下舞弊。

8. 委託服務費用要求匯款徵信公司帳戶：

簽約交付現金需再次打電話到徵信與徵信業務員的主管確認，千萬不可以依徵信業務員要求匯款到私人帳戶，徵信業務員私下接案的服務品質必定不佳，而且出了問題，還可向徵信申訴處理，委託品質較有保障。

9. 徵信設有申訴管道：

受到任何不平才有管道申訴，不妨事先試打電話，看看有無接受投訴的處理人員。
