由於第二集沒有第一集經典，而且又一堆重複梗 所以原本第三集沒有不打算去電影院看的 但因為被朋友邀請，所以就去看了，沒想到卻出乎意料的好看 如果要排的話1=3>2 以下有雷 ======================防雷頁======================= 道格還是一樣被抓走，剩下菲爾、史都以及艾倫 展開大冒險 老周還是有出現 跟菲爾一行人亦敵亦友 第三集跟第一集比較有關連，之前的黑道格也有出現 (我都快忘了你了XDD) 本次的重心主要在艾倫身上，笑點有一半以上都是道格XDDD 而且艾倫還找到了真愛 不過這也告訴我們 "三人行必有我師焉" 雖然艾倫很怪咖，但他卻是幫助大家找到老周的重要關鍵 只有他注意到當鋪女老闆衣服上的圖形，進而卸下對方的心防 而其他兩個人就只是像一般人一樣在詢問 後來跟潔德的小孩講說自己是他的"真爸爸"是怎樣XDDDD 菲爾還是一如往常，當三人行之中的領導 因為他實在不太適合當小丑，當帥哥就行了~ 史都還是一如往常，擔任小丑的角色 由於回到了賭城，所以跟潔德也有一場命運的重逢 外國女明星真的很會保養，四十幾歲看起來還是二十幾歲的正妹(人妻) 也是找到老周的關鍵之一 道格的戲份越來越少，台詞幾乎沒說幾句，雖然希望他的戲份多一點 不過如果他也一起加入大冒險，不知道會怎麼樣呢? 也許會失去原味也說不定? 道格的老婆還比道格有戲份，至於菲爾和史都的老婆，幾乎沒戲分，只有露臉吧 哈哈 如果要吐槽的話，就是他們在搬金塊那邊 老周陰他們的時候，槌子應該還在菲爾他們那邊吧? (老周好像沒拿) 那時候拿槌子敲破木門就可以了吧 XDD 總而言之，還滿好笑的，而且最後婚禮四人行走的畫面再搭配前兩集 真的有滿深沉的感動 第一集的時候 自己大四準備畢業 第二集的時候 自己碩二準備畢業 第三集的時候 身旁多了女生陪我看XD 最後的彩蛋也不錯，那個尺(恥)度已經超越了前兩集 至於如何，請大家自己品味，想知道的請開燈 大家吃了老周送的結婚紀念蛋糕 醒來後 道格一如往常消失不見 艾倫跟老婆相擁 菲爾渾身不舒服 史都變成巨乳(粉紅乳頭)，還穿女生內褲，看下面鼓鼓的，那個應該還在 老周脫光光還拿槍 如果最近想看喜劇片放鬆自己，這部絕對可以滿足您的需求 推薦給各位!!!!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.68.42.57

路透報導，美國科技業人士稱，未來兩個月內，美國、大陸、歐盟及台灣等20多個國家可能在兩個月內達成一項協議，取消價值數十億美元科技產品的關稅徵收，協議內有望被取消關稅的科技產品包括PC、筆電、電話、傳真機、電腦軟體、半導體及許多辦公室用品。

美國資訊技術工業協會（ITIC）高級副總裁諾弗爾表示，我們對將可在7月底以前完成這項協議感到非常樂觀。世界貿易組織（WTO）的部分成員國上周在日內瓦展開會議，並討論該議題，下一輪談判將在6月下旬召開。據了解，該項協議在經過長達16年的討論後，即將告一段落。

據華盛頓智囊機構資訊技術與創新基金會稱，現有協議覆蓋的貿易額約為4兆美元。該基金會預測，擴大後的協議將額外覆蓋20%約8,000億美元的貿易額。

累計16年來參與該協議討論、談判的國家數量已增加到75國，尚不到WTO成員159國的一半，但貿易額已涵蓋全球貿易額的97%左右。

美國駐世界貿易組織大使彭克則不如弗爾樂觀，彭克拒絕預測何時可達成協議，僅表示希望未來幾個月各國可在協議中取得「重大進展」。

新浪財經報導，美國消費電子公司盼望這項協議可擴大至涵蓋平板顯示螢幕，這種產品既可用作電腦監視器也可以用作電視顯示器，不過歐盟擔心若該產品取消關稅，將使以東歐為製造基地的美國及亞洲廠商遷廠，而反對將平板列入免稅名單。目前歐盟對此種產品徵收14%的關稅。

美國還希望將音響和耳機等消費品及半導體產品等電子零件加入免稅協議中。

另外最初協議內容涵蓋電腦但不含電視機。美國消費電子協會國際貿易總監錢德勒稱，美國一直與歐盟就此事展開協商，希望盡快進展。

截至目前，印度和印尼等20多個資訊技術協議締約國已決定暫不參與擴大該協議的談判；但諾弗爾表示，美國科技行業正繼續接洽這些國家，希望它們能共同參與談判。

安樂區行政大樓附近停車位嚴重不足，市府規畫安和停車場立體化，最快明年底可完成都計變更；至於利用安樂分駐所土地興建立體停車場一案，交旅處指出，因需都計變更，加上各方意見不同，最近將上網公告招標，委由顧問公司做可行性評估，再決定。

安樂區行政大樓旁有基隆長庚醫院及稅務大樓，周邊停車位一位難求，不僅影響交通，也造成附近住家及洽公、看病民眾停車不便。聯合報前年12月底披露後，交通旅遊處去年4月決專案申請，變更稅務局大樓前安和收費停車場的都市計畫使用分區，目前已送都市發展處辦理。

交旅處副處長王英哲說，安和停車場原為廣場暨停車場用地，變更為用地後，才可建立體停車場，最快在明年底可變更完成。

另外，安樂分駐所原址屬市有土地，都市計畫使用分區原為機關、果菜市場、道路、汙水處理場與保護區用地。如要興建立體停車場，也必須變更為停車場用地，並配合改善周邊交通動線，並經各業管機關同意變更，才能確定整體開發範圍。

由於果菜市場希望在安樂分駐所現址新闢道路，連通麥金路、安樂路口。王英哲說，果菜市場提出的要求，也列在可行性評估中，將研討道路的寬度，以決定是否作為果菜市場專用或與後方新建社區共用等。

王英哲說，去年已編列2百萬預算，作為興建停車場的可行性評估報告與推動都計變更之用。4月、5月間已會同市府各單位及果菜市場，開會研商，本月初上網公告招標，委託顧問公司做可行性評估報告。最快能在明年完成都計用地變更，後年起依促參法辦理招商。

(請先參考舊文/精華區文獻後再提問) (問題文請將問題描述清楚,以便版友回答) (驅動問題,可以先GOOGLE,別小看GOOGLE哦^^;舊文中也有教學) -------------------------------------上以三行PO文請刪除 廠牌: lenovo 型號: T410, T430 購入日期: 兩年前和一個月前 距上次使用正常時間: 都正常 OS版本: XP ＆ Win8 平常作業內容: 上網、影片、文書作業、遊戲 有無內建還原功能(Y/N): 有 問題內容: 選購配件：TP專用底座好 還是專門散熱座好？ TP幾乎是當桌機在用的 平常都不關 外接的東西也多 有時操得兇一點硬碟所在位置會明顯溫度飆高 （T410不知道是不是因為曾潑到水當下秀逗過 偶爾會熱當） 偏偏房間是家裡最悶熱的一間 最近隨著夏天到來又當過一次 所以想買個幫助散熱的東西 幾年前曾經看過有人用TP專用底座 是小尺寸TP回家後接上去用的 只記得那人說船塢底座很好 但是不記得有沒有包括幫助散熱這方面 找了找船塢底座的資訊 大部分重點放在外接媒體方便 有鎖 對於我的外接硬體來說應該實用 但沒有說能否降溫 請問船塢底座有幫助散熱嗎？ 有風扇嗎？ 接上去之後TP本體的USB還能用嗎？ 是否一定要接到船塢上？ （因為T430有USB3.0插槽 船塢不一定有） 另外請問有什麼推薦的專門散熱台嗎？ 搜尋舊文章只看到一篇推薦ELECOM冷台的 那個型號好像也沒在賣了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.168.220.45
