好天氣到周二變天，中央氣象局預測未來一周天氣型態，白天陽光露臉時偏熱，早晚則有涼意，值得注意的是，從周二晚間開始，受東北季風增強影響，雲量變多，溫度也將一路下滑，全台低溫下探22度，也吸引了不少民眾，提早進補，薑母鴨店，羊肉爐店，都成了熱門選擇。

麻油爆香傳出陣陣香氣在加入鴨肉燉煮，不少老饕天一冷就愛這一味，秋意正濃民眾吃薑母鴨，提早進補，因為秋天氣溫就像溜滑梯一樣一下掉了4～5度。入秋後這波東北季風更強，星期二晚間越晚越涼北部東北部溫度下探到22～23度，星期三晚上到星期四清晨最冷，北部東北部將只剩18～19度、中部20～21度、南部23度，而厚厚的雲層也將帶來局部降雨。

濕濕冷冷的天氣，預計要到周五才會回暖個2～3度天氣漸趨轉涼，民眾出門前還是得記得攜帶雨具跟多一件外套，以防秋天天氣變化大一下太陽一下飄雨的天氣，讓身體招架不住。

目前這一波東北季風正在南下接近台灣，所以其實周二晚上北部地區就會越來越涼，等到周三一早起來，天氣就會變得涼颼颼，這波東北季風預計影響台灣到周四，所以未來兩天北部地區都是涼颼颼的感覺，低溫有機會下探到20度以下，空曠地區有機會來到18度，就連中南部低溫也只有23-24度左右，各地早晚都是偏涼。中午北部的高溫也只有23-24度，不過越往南走越加溫暖，南部高溫還有30度以上，因此衣著部分北部得穿著薄長袖加上外套，而南部還可以穿著短袖，南北溫差在周三將近7-8度，提醒南北往返的網友們小心別穿錯衣服囉！

而這波東北季風帶來的水氣不多，除了基隆北海岸、宜蘭及山區有機會下點短暫雨之外，其他地區都是多雲到晴朗的穩定好天氣。所以週三的天氣重點就是北部會明顯轉涼，提醒大家要注意保暖囉。

小弟最近在研究刷機 也用了大大們推的備份軟體 以為可以安心的刷
由於s dous 的rom極少 只好跑到大陸網站載rom 刷玩雖然很幸運的成功了 但是確是簡體字 無法改成繁體 所以又點後悔
但我也爬過近上百篇的文 因為手機型號非常少人用 所以也沒台灣大大做適合GT S7562的rom
有沒有哪為高手可以幫我找到適合我的rom只要確定能用 是繁中的

另外我身邊有個朋友用的是跟我同支手機 我是不是能把他的手機備份之後再刷到我這支？？大大能教我嗎？還有 有哪些全機備份軟體好用多人推的~可以附教學最好

捐款大戶醫院牆上留名 住院病房升等

為了感謝民眾捐款，部分醫院打出了捐款10萬，即可在院內大廳牆上留名的方案。如果捐50萬以上，生病住院還可享受病房免費升等。

捐10萬元，就可在醫院牆壁上留下名字。原本出現在寺廟的募款刻字景象，現在居然也出現在醫院！為了籌募捐款，新北雙和醫院把捐款10萬元以上的捐贈者名字，刻在醫院大廳牆壁上；如果捐50萬元、100萬元，還可享有住院病房升等、自費項目打九折等優惠。

在健保總額支付的影響下，為求永續經營，醫院除了衝門診量，擴大自費項目外，對外籌募捐款也成為重要管道之一，於是有醫院把捐款額度和就醫尊貴結合。

享尊貴健檢、醫藥費打折

慈濟醫療體系就有「慈誠」會員，每年捐款給慈濟基金會超過一定額度成為「慈誠」委員，至慈濟醫療體系醫院就醫，除有專人引領、陪同就醫，自費項目還可打九折。

北部一家大型醫院募款手法更是推陳出新，院方參考坊間廟宇捐款作法，只要捐款金額超過10萬元，名字就會被刻在醫院大廳走廊牆壁上，就像寺廟捐款大德的芳名錄。

此外，捐款越多，就醫優惠也越多，捐款50萬元、100萬元，等同成為醫院VIP，就醫可說無往不利，除了醫療自費項目享九折優惠，每年還有兩次尊貴健檢，連續五年。如果不幸生病到醫院看病，還會有專人陪同就醫。若需要住院，還有病房升等，可從四人健保床升等至雙人病房，甚至有機會住進單人病房。

這項捐款就醫方案推出後，不少富商、上市上櫃負責人相當心動，因為花錢捐款，就像是買了一張有形、實際的醫療保險，除了享受更貼心的就醫服務，申報所得稅時還可抵免，相當划算。

官方：不違法但感覺不好

對此，衛生福利部醫事司司長李偉強指出，醫院提供優惠措施刺激募款績效，並未違法，但感覺並不適合，因為會給人醫療階級化的印象，形同捐錢拿醫療救命金卡一般。至於醫療費用打折，也涉嫌醫療廣告化，建議醫療院所使用其他名詞代替，一旦有人檢舉，轄區衛生單位就可展開稽查。

嘉南大圳嘉縣鹿草段婦人溺斃落水原因待查

嘉南大圳嘉義縣鹿草段，今天傳出溺水事件，五十三歲林姓婦人的屍體在三個多小時後才尋獲，死因是跳水輕生還是失足落水，正由警方調查釐清。

嘉義縣消防局獲報，鹿草鄉「下麻村」嘉南大圳內，有民眾落水，救難人員趕到現場，看到岸邊有一雙拖鞋，但不見人影，立即下水進行搜尋，直到三個小時後，才在落水處下游約三百公尺處發現一名溺水婦人，但早已氣絕身亡。

警方調查指出，死者是家住鹿草鄉的五十三歲林姓婦人，上午出門後就失去行蹤，因為她最近情緒並不穩定，因此很有可能是跳水輕生，但確實死因還要進一步調查確定。

恐怖情人持刀進校園殺傷小女友再自殘

台南市一間高職驚傳校園兇殺案，二十七歲吳姓男子和女友感情生變，今天持刀闖入校園，先刺殺十六歲女友兩刀，再自戕四刀，兩人身受重傷，送醫急救，目前尚未脫離險境。

警方指出，吳姓男子和小他十一歲的女友交往，遭到女方家人反對，雙方家長還一度相約談判。男子不滿感情生變，今天竟然手持尖刀闖入小女友就讀的高職，在四樓梯間踫到女友後，立即上前猛刺兩刀，隨即自殘四刀，二人雙雙倒臥血泊中，嚇壞當時在一旁的其他學生。

二人身受重傷送醫急救，被殺女學生腹部有兩處刀傷，左側腎臟受創嚴重必需摘除；吳姓男子腹部有四處刀傷，肝臟受創。兩人經手術治療，仍然沒有脫離險境。

警方指出，刺殺女友的吳姓男子與女友兩人都是來自單親家庭，彼此交往一年多，但雙方家長都不贊成，疑因情緒失控才會犯下大錯。

黎巴嫩電視頻道LBC今天(15日)播出的畫面中，出現今年8月遭綁架的2名土耳其航空機師身影，這2名機師表示希望能夠回家。

這2名土耳其航空機師為阿克皮納爾(Murat Akpinar)與阿格卡(Murat Agca)，他們2人都表示自己的身體狀況良好，但希望能夠回家與家人團聚，一起度過從今天開始，為期4天的穆斯林「忠孝節(Eid al-Adha)」。

這2名土航機師說，他們是在14日說上述這些話。

日職／「連5年沒能拿冠軍是我的錯」 渡邊久信黯然辭職

日本職棒西武獅隊總教練渡邊久信宣布下台，15日他在記者會上宣布，將離開老東家。

渡邊說：「像這樣的世界(職棒)若沒拿冠軍就沒有意義，連續5年沒能幫球隊奪冠，我認為自己要負起責任。」

戰績不佳被迫下台，這在職業運動中是常見的事，本季中日龍隊跌到B級球隊，總教練高木守道也下台一鞠躬。

目前西武對的總教練將會由前西武獅隊總教練伊原春樹、潮崎哲也等人為主軸做調整。

這是渡邊政權第6年，本季由於中島裕之挑戰大聯盟，主砲中村剛也因受傷休息到球季尾聲才復出，也影響了戰績。

回顧整季西武獅隊比賽，開季當初西武隊還有拿過第一名，不過王牌投手涌井秀章狀況不佳，連續5年都沒幫球隊拿到聯盟冠軍。

但是西武隊球季末8連勝打到第2名，連續4年都打進季後挑戰賽，卻遭羅德隊「加倍奉還」，無法打進第2輪。

渡邊是在2008年接任目前羅德隊總教練伊東勤的位子，從二軍總教練空降一軍，菜鳥教練第一年執教就拿到日本一總冠軍，渡邊擔任總教練6年，5次球隊都進入前半段。

桃猿隊規畫今年結束後，強化球場內野全區的音響設備，一壘側將比照主場三壘側，拓寬表演平台提升視覺感受，同樣打造升降舞台，架設舞台效果機具。

LamiGirls也會在2014年球季加入海選的新戰力，全面啟動更多的服務，以及更多與觀眾互動的歌舞式加油。

全新大鐵人三項挑戰賽　11月鐵砧山新鮮開跑

鐵人賽三項、鐵人三項、小鐵人、超級鐵人，挑戰極限的競技又多了一項新選擇，它叫「大鐵人」！

大鐵人其實與鐵人賽內容類似，但少了游泳，路跑項目不變，自行車項目變為兩種，卻是一種截然不同的挑戰。

這是今年在大甲鐵砧山舉辦的捷安特盃所推出的全新項目，結合自行車登山賽、越野跑步和自行車越野賽，同樣可選擇團隊型態的接力與獨自挑戰的全程。

由於第一次舉辦，大會請來國內鐵人好手吳冠融與汪旖文，加上哥倫布車隊俞辰憲、向貴雍率先體驗大鐵人三項挑戰賽。

大鐵人三項挑戰賽須成鐵砧山暖身下坡2公里和登山爬坡2公里、越野跑步9公里、林道越野6公里，合計19公里的賽程；接力組以二人一組，一人負責自行車、一人負責跑步。

對鐵人選手來說，不論跑步或自行車，越野項目都是過去沒有機會嚐試的，感覺非常新鮮，試跑過後兩人也提供有興趣報名者一些參考建議。

汪旖文認為，體力是比賽重要因素，技術倒是其次，「跑步最累，一開始你不能衝太快，林道越野較有難度，也較有挑戰性，這是過去沒有機會體驗到的項目。」

「賽道有一半以上是爬坡段，對肌耐力考驗較大，要注意配速，尤其在跑下坡段，對腳的負擔較大，不適合衝太快，不然可能會鐵腿個3、4天。」吳冠融說，配速在大鐵人賽相當重要。

捷安特盃 於十一月16、17日舉行，除傳統的登山爬坡賽與越野繞圈賽，加上新設的大鐵人三項挑戰賽外，還有開放給娃娃兵參賽、詢問度最高的「PUSH BIKE趣味賽」本月底截止報名，意者請逕上中華自行車騎士協會網站報名。
