立法院長王金平提出黨籍確認假處分，昨（13）日被法院裁定准許後，暫時保住黨員身分，下周二（17日）將繼續主持立院開議，並邀行政院長江宜樺施政報告總質詢。

王金平雖遭國民黨撤銷黨籍，中選會也已通知立院註銷王的立委資格，昨日上午王依然主持朝野協商，朝野黨團黨鞭也都出席參與。

經過協商後，朝野共識邀請行政院長江宜樺下周二到立法院進行施政報告總質詢；因江宜樺日前曾指王金平「繼續主持議事恐引發爭議」、「已做好沒有王金平院長的準備」，外界都在看，江宜樺下周二的施政報告要如何進行，是否等於認可王金平為立法院長。

馬王爭議，行政院評估受影響的法案至少有43個。其中，明年度總預算案將慘烈過關，但勢必被大砍。至於兩岸服務貿易協議若無法順利過關，將延宕台灣參與區域經濟整合進度，並重創投資信心。

周一黨政座談會 將改開黨團大會

此外，下周一國民黨政策會原訂召開「立法行政部門議事運作研討會」，這是立法院每會期開議前一天，國民黨中央固定會請行政首長與黨團立委們的座談會，討論新會期的重要法案與政策。身兼黨主席的馬總統、行政院長與部會首長、立法院長都依慣例會參加。在此情況下，王金平仍有權力出席該會議，與馬總統再次平起平座。

對此，在法院裁定准許王金平的假處分聲請後，林鴻池傍晚緊急返回黨中央，與黨副秘書長曾永權會議近四個小時。會後他說，本會期開議前因為有「新的變化」，為因應開議後在野黨杯葛議事等「可能的衝擊」，所以將原訂的研討會改為「黨團大會」，希望聽取黨籍立委的意見，凝聚共識。換言之，國民黨以此方式避免掉是否承認王平金為立法院長的尷尬情況。

北市社會局今年5月推出「母親節圓夢專案」，邀請150名經濟弱勢媽媽、隔代教養的阿嬤寫下願望，由社工人員募集社會資源，為他們實現夢想。不過礙於經費有限，至今僅60人圓夢。

社會局長江綺雯表示，既然邀請媽媽寫下夢想，只要是市府能力範圍可做到的，都會盡力完成。最近收到一筆百萬元捐款，已要求婦幼科人員提出計畫，希望將款項用在圓夢專案上，幫弱勢媽媽達成願望。

150名圓夢專案的協助對象，來自各區婦幼中心、社福中心，有些是經濟弱勢的單親媽媽，也有隔代教養的辛苦阿嬤，以及不少新移民婦女。婦幼科長杜慈容說，每年母親節都會準備不同慶祝活動，今年則是邀請婆婆媽媽寫下夢想，由社工人員為他們實現。

媽媽們的夢想五花八門，有人希望帶小朋友吃牛排大餐，有人想要微波爐、電鍋，讓孩子能熱飯菜，也有不少媽媽想和家人外出遊玩。

杜慈容說，多數母親的夢想都是具體、能實現的，僅少數人想要孩子健康長大、成績進步，或是希望環遊世界、住大房子等，太抽象、金額太龐大的願望，就超乎社工的能力範圍。

母親節過後4個月了，圓夢方案募到的20萬元經費早就用完，仍有逾半數的媽媽還沒收到禮物。社會局希望號召更多社會資源，讓母親們早日達成願望。

蘋果日前發表新機，金色的iPhone 5S備受矚目，昨（13）日網路上也傳出一款金色的新HTC One，對此，宏達電表示，對於市場傳言不予回應。

目前新HTC One已有包括黑色、銀色、紅色、藍色，若網路上流傳的照片是真的，金色將是新HTC One的第5種顏色。宏達電昨天股價下跌3元，收在138元。

昨天市場上也傳出宏達電調整生產線人力，宏達電表示，生產線的派遣人力人數，每個月都因為契約或季節性調整，而有所變動，至於生產線的正職員工則沒有明顯異動。

不僅是宏達電，日本科技網站傳出，三星也決定推出金色款的GALAXY智慧手機，據傳三星決定在2013年底前建構出可生產鎂鋁合金等金屬機殼的產線，以推出採用金屬機殼的智慧手機產品，而在三星將推出的金屬機殼智慧手機中，將有一款為金色款機種。

其實手機的顏色，隨消費者的喜好多元，已出現更多選擇，例如，此次蘋果的iPhone 5C就有綠、黃、紅、白、藍等五種選擇。

索尼近來推出的Xperia Z系列，紫色款都有很好的銷量。業者表示，在亞洲市場，紅色機種相當受到歡迎，而且不一定只有女性會購買，不少男性消費者也會挑選亮麗的紅色機種。

文化部獎勵投資的電影「大稻埕」正在國立傳統藝術中心拍攝，部長龍應台昨天「探班」，與豬哥亮、隋棠及宥勝等主角相見歡，「大稻埕」預計明年初上映，龍應台很期待透過喜劇，呈現1920年代台灣的美麗與哀愁。

由於國片「大稻埕」將國立傳統藝術中心的民藝街坊改為1920年代大稻埕繁華景象，宜蘭縣長林聰賢將保留布景，推動影視產業。統一蘭陽藝文公司總經理黃千里表示，布景至少會保持半年，也有店面會永遠保留，讓影迷回味。

10月3日前，傳藝民藝街坊都封街拍攝，每周一到五下午2點，會有「電影探班」活動，帶領20名遊客到片場探班10分鐘。購票入園的遊客可獲1張電影「大稻埕」的明信片及票卡，園區規劃電影「大稻埕」展覽館、經典國片回顧、座談等。

導演葉天倫執導的電影「大稻埕」，是文化部繼「大尾鱸鰻」、「志氣」後獎勵2千萬、投資5百萬元的電影，本月在國立傳藝中心打造復古街景，封街拍攝。

文化部長龍應台昨天到傳藝探班，為導演葉天倫等工作人員和演員加油打氣。龍應台對這部電影很有信心，也很期待，她說，因為「雞排英雄」拍得很好，所以繼續獎勵投資，「變成合夥人，意義更大！」相信會是很好看的片子。

龍應台說，大稻埕劇本的時空背景在1913到1920年間，是郭雪湖、李臨秋、鄧雨賢等文人時代，希望看到當時「文化台灣」的轉變，從以武裝抗日對抗政治壓迫，到利用思想啟蒙、美學去改變台灣，透過喜劇，展現美麗又哀愁的時代感。

全劇敘說宥勝飾演的大學生和豬哥亮演的朱教授，穿越時空到1920年的大稻埕，意外捲入日本皇太子蒞台、蔣渭水抗爭、郭雪湖完成經典名畫等事件。豬哥亮開玩笑說，以前女主角都搭配素珠、美秀或彩樺，這次搭配隋棠，「拍得很爽！」

和隋棠有沒有親密對手戲？豬哥亮笑說，「我這個人還會放過她嗎？」他說，現在才演到在追隋棠，「不能講太多，不然大家就不看了！」隋棠笑得很開心。宥勝看到劇本就激動落淚，他說，第1次演出這種時空穿梭劇，相當感動。

葉天倫說，透過很多單位幫忙，才打造出百年風華街道，現場很多道具都已是「骨董」了。

中壢市黃姓貨車司機，日前在郊區路邊傾倒化學廢棄物26桶，桶子上分別貼有聚脲樹脂、二異氰酸二苯甲烷等標籤，警方前天逮捕，依公共危險及違反廢棄物清理法法辦。

30歲的黃姓貨車司機本月4日在中壢市高鐵南路與福達路口附近，傾倒26桶化學廢棄物，桶子上均貼有「警告」標籤，前天落網後坦承偷倒。

黃姓司機供稱，化學廢棄桶是一名透過無線電所認識的同行「浪子」所有，因為他的車臨時壞掉無法托運，才被找去幫忙載貨。浪子原本說好要載到處理場傾倒，但打電話給處理場一直沒人接，後來因為自己又要用車，浪子便建議先倒在路邊，隔天再來收。

黃嫌表示，他知道路邊傾倒廢棄物是違法行為，起初也不願意，但浪子一再保證隔天車修好會自己來載走，而且桶子裡裝的都是廢機油，不會有危險，兩人才趁著夜色昏暗四下無人「處理」掉車上的26桶化學廢棄物。

中壢警分局逮捕黃後，黃才得知原來廢棄物還在原地，「浪子」並未處理掉，撥打手機已暫停使用，氣得直呼倒楣，責怪自己交友不慎。

環保局指出，這些傾倒物的確實成分仍待化驗，檢驗結果預計下周即可出爐。

荷蘭藝術家霍夫曼授權高雄市展出的黃色小鴨（Rubber Duck），昨天充氣測試後首度「游」入光榮碼頭，圓滾滾鮮黃色鴨身、橘紅色嘴喙，才一現身，許多人都讚嘆「好可愛」、「好漂亮」。

身高18公尺、鴨身最長距離25公尺的黃色小鴨，為了擔心天氣變化，影響作業，昨天試充氣時，在外部加設一部大型充氣鼓風機，測試情況不但良好，而且只在7分鐘內就把鴨體充滿空氣，圓潤的黃色小鴨頓時成為駁二藝術特區的焦點。

昨天下午黃色小鴨從駁二藝術特區拖到光榮碼頭時，才遠遠的露出鴨頭，碼頭上圍觀的民眾已經起騷動，「那裡！那裡！看到沒？鴨子的頭啦！」等小鴨全身出現，許多小朋友尖叫「小鴨！小鴨！在那裡！」

高雄黃色小鴨將從9月19日中秋節起展出到10月20日，展出地點就在光榮碼頭。

最近很紅的半澤直樹就出現了兩位片岡愛之助和香川照之 市川海老藏 市川猿之助 市川染五郎 中村獅童這幾位也都很出名 老牌演員中村梅雀也是古裝劇大河劇常客 他們演技更不用說是硬底子的 只是最近日劇圈出現了很多這種歌舞伎演員 是以前就這樣還是最近越來越多的趨勢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.192.149.46

【綜合報導】宛如電影場景的畫面，穿著長袍的老漢騎著騾子，身後還拉著2匹負責運載行囊的騾子，這名自稱「騾子」(Mule)，現年65歲的男子，30年來都是像這樣騎著騾子，在美國各大城市流浪，聲稱是為了抗議都市化。
 
不過神奇的是，騾子先生可是擁有多樣高科技產品，像是智慧手機、平板電腦和數位相機等，還會上上臉書更新近況，這位真名約翰席爾斯的男子，來自舊金山，選擇過游牧生活，他在冬天打零工賺錢，夏天時才開始騎著騾子，遊走美國各大城市，約翰為何開啟游牧生活的理由不得而知，但近幾年他開始積極反對加州都市發展，表示自然生態逐漸消失，應該有人站出來發聲。
 
選擇這樣特別的生活方式，露宿公眾場所，約翰也常遭警察取締，還曾經因此入獄，不過也有人因他受到啟發，願意免費當他的律師，還有製片家跟著他拍攝紀錄片。

標題[問題] 法國 羅亞爾河區域城堡的交通

打算在去巴黎的時候安排羅亞爾河兩天一夜城堡之旅 目前的計畫是第一天從巴黎到布洛瓦 參觀布洛瓦城跟雪農梭堡 晚上住布洛瓦 隔天去香波堡 然後回巴黎 想請問一下 1.去的時候(11月) 是不是已經沒有開那班城堡間的巡迴觀光巴士了? 2.如果到雪農梭堡的話是不是要從步洛瓦到圖爾 然後再搭火車過去嗎? 3.從布洛到香波堡 是搭火車到Mer站嗎? 4.兩天一夜的話還有推薦什麼地方可以去的嗎? GOOGLE了一下發現羅亞爾河地區的交通資訊好像有點少 麻煩各位幫我解答一下 謝謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 221.120.64.153
