由南山人壽得標的「世貿二館」開發案，位置緊鄰台北101，是地上45層的摩天大樓，預計後年完工。

台北101發言人劉家豪指出，台北101施放跨年煙火的安全棟距是100公尺，「世貿二館」與台北101之間的棟距只有60公尺，基於安全考量，煙火只能從第45層樓開始施放，到時候跨年煙火將只剩原有規模的一半。

「再過兩年，人們將再也見不到台北101氣勢磅礡的煙火美景了！」劉家豪說，台北101挾著「鶴立雞群」的優勢，周遭沒有大樓阻礙視線，跨年煙火的景觀具獨特性，如今有了新的摩天大樓阻隔視線，跨年煙火將面臨縮水，十分可惜。

劉家豪說，他樂見有更多的摩天大樓加入信義商圈，共同打造台北的天際線，未來也許將會與「世貿二館」溝通協調，以合作方式呈現煙火，也許會有不同風貌，但可確定的是，原本台北101「一柱擎天」式的跨年煙火，將走入歷史。

今年台北101的跨年煙火仍委法國團隊施放，且更加強音樂節奏，增添歡樂氣氛。目前贊助廠商還是未知數，但希望是有國際知名度的台灣本土品牌，把握最後兩次台北101跨年煙火的國際曝光機會。

昨晚台北101舉辦10周年慶VIP派對，邀數百位VIP與會，除延長營業時間至11點，還推出101件獨家商品、滿5千送5百、澳門豪華行等滿額禮，為周年慶暖身。劉家豪指出，今年預計會出現6百位「百萬刷手」，有信心業績成長兩成以上。

畢業於劍橋大學的凱莉平日是一名會計師，但在工餘時間會與2名朋友扮演美人魚，去到派對及不同娛樂場合進行水中表演，這個真人版美人魚組合漸漸獲得很高的評價。

由於不斷要作出水中訓練及游泳的緣故，凱莉擔任美人魚的表演工作後身體反而變得更健康，甚至比起患病前更佳，讓凱莉相當開心。

他當下不高興叫我不要做了！馬上去寫離職單！
當時，我也不知措？只好跟行政拿離職單，打電話問我主管。他說：就寫對公司制度不滿意。
沒想到！我後來去勞工局申訴，開協調會時前公司請副理代開會，硬凹老闆沒說叫我寫離職，是有叫我不要做了...然後協調委員們都説：一造說一詞如何取信？
（還有一個比較老的在休息時說我寫了離職就比較輸面）現在上網查才知道理由要寫：非自願離職。
害我應該說的都沒想到！副理說我跟老闆爭取時他沒在場，只知道老闆是有說看我是不要做了還是...那為何後面接著叫我寫離職沒聽到？還不是老闆交代你說的！
然後對方資料沒帶齊全，預定下次9\23再開。
假如...資遣費、預告20天工資、不當扣繳，我都認雖！

（1）一年以上未20天前告知遣散，老闆請人來一句謊話：「他沒叫我寫離」
前面2個助理也不敢作證，難道就讓他為所欲為？資遣費、預告20天工資我就沒辦法爭取了嗎？
（2）（還有未加勞健保和勞退6%）協調員也清楚的説了！我們上下班要打卡、請假要寫假單•••就是勞工、以勞基法走。勞健保的部份我是可保留訴訟權，但公司只被罰錢嗎？我沒補助？在那上班也一年五個月了。

會不會到最後我只能補助勞退6%?
難道老闆叫我寫離職，我寫了一切就不成立？勞基法不是保障勞工的嗎？
況且資遣費等等是以我近半年平均收入計算，那我近半年月收入30579，業績算可以了我為何要走人！？（總共訴求9萬7千多）我離職也實際有損失，再找工作、被不當扣繳等等...損失的時間、金錢、精神真的不少。
況且老闆還在LINE嗆我，想跟他玩？我玩的起嗎？這些這次忘了提證，先跟我勞工局的主辦人商討...

【金屬盤後】金銅價齊跌

（中央社台北2013年9月14日電）金銀期貨價格呈現6月以來最大週線跌幅，因市場預測美國聯邦準備理事會（Fed）下週縮減刺激，加上針對敘利亞交出化武計畫談盤展開。

紐約商品交易所12月交割期金價格下跌1.7%，每盎司收1308.60美元，盤中一度觸及1304.60美元，為交易最活絡合約價自8月9日以來最低。金價本週跌5.6%。

12月交割期銀價格下跌1.9%，每盎司收21.72美元，本週累跌9.1%。

10月交割期白金價格上漲0.1%，每盎司收1444.50美元，本週計跌3.4%。12月交割期鈀價格上漲0.9%，每盎司收699.10美元，本週漲0.3%。

期銅價格跌至5週低點，外界預期聯準會下週會議後將開始縮減貨幣刺激，暗示經濟成長趨緩。

紐約商品交易所12月交割期銅價格下跌0.2%，每磅收3.2035美元，盤中觸及3.1905美元，為交易最活絡合約價自8月8日以來最低，本週計跌1.8%。

倫敦金屬交易所（LME）3個月後交割期銅價格下跌0.3%，每噸報7041美元（每磅3.19美元）。

　　 忠孝東路三大「鑽石」地段都更案－龍麟建設（大股東為三圓建設）正義國宅、SOGO復興館對面的大華建設安東街都更案、五段和松山路口的森業營造永春社區都更案，同步出現轉機。

正義國宅昨（13）日獲都市設計審議，若順利進行都更審議、環評，將有機會在今年底取得建照、拆除建物，2014年動工，市場專家預估將有機會挑戰每坪200萬元。

至於永春社區都更案，則在昨天首度舉辦公辦公聽會，大華建設都更案，年底將申請進入都更審議程序，雙雙出現進展。

最受矚目的是正義國宅都更案，經耗時18年、被業界封為「最牛」都更案後，昨天終於有突破性進展，主導全案的上櫃營建股三圓盤中跳空漲停，鎖死在99.7元。

三圓建設董事長王光祥昨天表示，正義國宅實施者為三圓大股東參與的龍麟建設，三圓本身也是擁有3分之1產權的都更地主之一、也擁有近50坪一樓店面，依照進度，希望年底前整合完成土地，並取得建照，明年拆除建物並動工興建。

據悉，三圓2009年從富邦建設接手55％的龍麟建設持股、成為正義國宅都更案真正實施者以來，已陸續投入80億元整合拒遷戶和釘子戶等棘手問題；另外，還包括以每坪1,100萬元向國產局價購的小塊土地，難度、成本都非一般建商所撐得下去。

王光祥表示，該都更案規劃未來興建總樓地板面積約2萬6,500坪，地上31層、地下7層的住商複合大樓。三圓已邀請日本建築大師丹下憲孝事務所設計建築景觀，為「鑽石塔」造型的建築，可望是東區新地標。

大華不動產估價師事務所所長張義權表示，正義國宅都更案為市場上耗時最久、東區規模最大、地段也最搶手的大型都更案，估計住宅行情有實力挑戰「2字頭」。

依目前忠孝東路東區土地行情，正義國宅都更案被市場人士預期，未來總銷金額可望上看250∼300億元。

至於大華建設都更案，為商3特土地，容積率為630％、建蔽率65％，共121.9坪，每坪898.36萬元。

經整合鄰地雍國建設、公圳農田水利會參與都更和合建後，基地已擴大到220坪，每坪土地站上千萬。

大華建設副總經理陳志誠表示，華建預計，2013年底送都更審議委員會，依時程估計大概要1年後，規劃蓋成17層樓的建築，華建希望分回1∼9樓，並規劃為專門出租的醫美大樓。

隋棠笑言：「他要是講有顏色的笑話，我就裝聽不懂，跟他對戲很舒服，不會怕。」豬哥亮再三強調隋棠目前單身，不要「隨便」就好了，她只好尷尬地直笑。
