【綜合報導】來台為線上遊戲代言的韓國男子團體「SHINee」，前天返回韓國時，韓籍保鑣竟以暴力拋摔日本女粉絲，造成該名女粉絲多處挫傷，右肩疑似脫臼，因傷勢嚴重無法與偶像搭乘同班機前往韓國。

前天傍晚，SHINee準備搭乘大韓航空班機返回韓國，通過桃園機場第一航廈證照查驗櫃檯時，數名同班機粉絲跟隨在旁，走了數公尺之後，一名日本女粉絲HATTORI（二十歲）突然跑到偶像身邊，卻被韓籍保鑣拉住後背包，並以環抱拋摔到SHINee成員後方。由於韓籍保鑣力道太大，女粉絲痛到倒地不起。施暴韓籍保鑣及SHINee成員則視若無睹，頭也不回地往候機室邁步前進。女粉絲經過一天休息之後，昨晨五時許返回日本大阪。

【蘇聖怡／台北報導】民進黨立委陳亭妃接獲王姓替代役男家屬陳情指出，王男身高180公分，體重111公斤，BMI值34.26早已超過免役標準，加上有肝硬化問題，王爸爸擔憂，兒子無法負荷成功嶺體訓，恐成洪仲丘第二。但役政署卻堅持，役男入營前沒有申請重測複檢，入營後就不予受理。陳亭妃批評這根本是「不管役男死活！」

陳亭妃說，現行兵役法身高180、體重102.3、BMI31.5以上為免役體位，去年7月卻修正役男服役體位區分標準，以免徒增徵處作業以及防範役男人為規避兵役為由，刪除身高體重以入營實際測量為認定標準，陳亭妃痛批，徵兵體檢與實際入伍時間相差數年，身高體重都會變化，役政署罔顧役男權益。

內政部役政署副署長鍾國屏說，為保障役男權益，去年放寬體位標準，因此入伍時不再辦理檢測，若役男提出疾病問題，會送醫學中心複檢，不適合當兵會驗退；但服役其間因身高體重變化不辦理停役已行之有年。鍾國屏也強調，徵集令入營須知中也說明，若身高體重不符標準，入伍前可向縣市政府提出。

不滿役政署答覆，陳亭妃痛批，難道出事才要處理？鍾國屏強調，「若因身高體重發生問題，我辭職！」
