版上 EL粉持久完美持妝粉底(罐裝) 超火紅的 爬完文 我也燒到了 今天火速去櫃上試妝 馬上也跟著拜了一罐 櫃姐今天使用一樣是擠了半個滴管量的特潤 ~ 混合粉底液後再塗在我臉上 妝感就很服貼 但現在冬天到了~ 我膚質偏乾~ 怕冬天單用這瓶會崩裂 ^^" 特潤很好用 我知道 無奈特潤現在好貴好貴 ~ 不知道大家有無何經驗 除了特潤外 都混合甚麼精華液來推這粉底液 ~ 可讓底妝更保濕更服貼一點呢 若是價格不高的保濕產品更好 謝謝 ps ~ 因為想說是要混合粉底液使用的 故在此版發問 若真的不符板規~請告訴我 我馬上刪文 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.34.174.162

【王家俊／台北報導】歌手張懸2日在英國開唱秀出中華民國國旗，引發台下大陸留學生不滿嗆聲。國民黨立委吳育昇上午在立法院內政委員會關切陸方可能封殺張懸年底在中國的演唱會，陸委會主委王郁琦表示，若因事件影響張懸到中國開演唱會，是令人遺憾的事情，會盡最大努力向陸方轉達感受。

吳育昇要求陸委會把看法轉達中國國台辦主任張志軍知道，王郁琦說，「好」。

吳育昇說，張懸有一首歌叫「寶貝」，她是中華民國的寶貝，王郁琦應該向外交部長林永樂表達，從國際宣傳的角度，肯定張懸在國民文化、非政治外交的努力。吳育昇擔心，前總統陳水扁時期，歌手張惠妹在國慶唱國歌後被中國封殺，12月底張懸在中國有演唱會，若台灣官方未表態，中國「好事之徒」恐會去卡張的演唱會，甚至封殺。

王郁琦在答覆民進黨立委姚文智詢問實說，對張懸在臉書的憂心感到「心痛」，會能力範圍溝通，希望陸方不要泛政治化，或對張懸有不公平對待。立委追問大陸海協會會長陳德銘月內將訪台，政府應表達保護張懸的訴求，對此，海基會董事長林中森表示，兩岸交流在「九二共識」之下，若有理念不同，希望擱置爭議、共創雙贏。此外，林中森也說，陳德銘目前沒有拜會王郁琦的規劃。

台南市某私中女學生，疑因功課不佳及膚色黝黑，長達半年遭同學言語霸凌，女學生隱忍最後拒學，經家長追問才獲知，但認為校方處置不當，昨將女學生轉學。校方表示，已盡最大努力化解歧視，未來會加強學生品行道德教育。

女學生家長向本報投訴，女兒最近一周突然畏懼上學，情況一天比一天嚴重，追問後才知道，因為功課平平，膚色黝黑，常遭特定同學排擠，甚至連老師叫到女兒姓名，多名學生除訕笑，還不時有詭異笑容，在走廊碰面時，還會有誇張閃避動作，女兒情緒幾乎陷於崩潰。

家長表示，同學一再用肢體動作或言語霸凌女兒，讓人十分難過，但校方處置作為似嫌消極。

該校人員無奈說，教官室、學務處及班上導師都有介入處理，也多次告誡帶頭學生，甚至還曾向女學生道歉，不過少數學生頑皮依舊，為此導師還沈痛寫著「被排擠的人可憐，最可悲的是，這麼久以來，同學竟然就這樣隱忍群體暴力手段在班上…」等字句，對於女學生最後轉學收場，相當遺憾。

本月2日《蘋果》直擊Vivian和男友到VERA WANG挑婚紗，終於鬆口正籌備婚事，不過她未因而怠惰工作，隔2天照常開工。記者4日下午4點多，直擊她穿牛仔褲、白襯衫搭上停在家門口的保母車，全身最顯眼的是她喜事罩頂的大紅帽，增添精神奕奕的氣色。

趕拍《寒蟬》

一旁助理提著行李箱跟她上車，保母車一路往南開，最後停在樂生療養院迴龍院區急診室門口。她們進入院區後，有工作人員站在電梯旁管制，表示因為正拍攝電影，請民眾改搭另一邊的電梯。
調查後發現，電影《寒蟬》劇組封閉3樓病房區拍攝，許多工作人員神情認真地圍繞在旁，至晚間8點半左右，Vivian才搭保母車離開。事後詢問，《寒蟬》從花蓮移至台北取景，拍攝賈靜雯和周幼婷的醫院戲，才借用樂生的醫院場景；Vivian當天是到該處化妝、梳髮，再到附近另處拍攝。

男友李云峰身為新加坡馬可波羅海業主席，但在台灣也經營威絡思娛樂公司，不過，記者查詢公開資訊，該公司資本額僅200萬元，與海業逾6億元的市值落差頗大，看來他在娛樂產業僅剛起頭牛刀小試，所幸因投資了Vivian主演的電影《72小時莎到你》而結緣，不知是冥冥安排或早有屬意，肯定的是，未來雙方事業有更多連結。昨徐若瑄經紀人柴曉倩表示：「無法代替李先生在工作上的事務做回覆。」

富士康傳測試大蘋板 明春問世

（中央社台北2013年11月6日電）根據中國大陸威鋒網報導，蘋果長期代工夥伴富士康目前正在測試一款全新加大版iPad，據稱這款「大隻佬」iPad將於明年春天問世。

根據科技網站「蘋果內幕」（Appleinsider）報導，大陸平板資訊威鋒網報導，富士康測試的蘋果（Apple US-AAPL）加大版iPad螢幕尺寸共有兩種，分別是11.4吋或12.9吋。威鋒網透露，蘋果計劃於明年3月推出加大版iPad。

過去數月來有關蘋果將推出「iPad maxi」的傳言與臆測一直甚囂塵上，7月時「華爾街日報」（WSJ）報導，消息人士透露蘋果正在測試新款iPad的原型機，搭載的螢幕尺寸「略小於13吋」。

9月時大陸媒體傳出蘋果正與另一家合作夥伴廣達 (2382) 攜手，開發12吋加大尺寸iPad。（譯者：中央社趙蔚蘭）
